9 gasped on the floor. Her body still shaking from the pain but if helped pull her out of the sheil the demon stuck her in. She curled up and closed her eyes hoping this all would be over soon and she would be back to the dojo.

Irvine quirked an eyebrow at the scene. He smirked. He put the ciggerette to his lips again and blew out some more smoke. He kept it in his mouth and hefted Requiem off his shoulder. He leaned slightly against the sword.
"Well Xol, I suppose some congratulations are in order. You can make a woman scream out in pain. Hmm, let's see if you can do that to me."

9 used the wall to help her stand. Slowly she made it to her feet and looked to Irvine.

Irvine walked over to 9 and put her arm around his head so she could lean on him for support.
