Ame was able to ease herself all the way down to the ground again, completing another 'good' push up out of the many 'bad' ones... She'd be proud of herself if she didn't see this achievement as wimpy or worse... Knowing better than to take something for granted, though, she gave thanks and continued on. After all, she had to get this done fast and not dwell on anything in particular... unless it helped her do things faster...

Feeling like she was doing okay at this point, she sucessfully made her body sink low to the ground again, and lifted herself back up... He rbody still shook, but it wasn't as frequent now... either that or she was somewhat getting used to it... That was a good thing, if no one had noticed... seeing as getting anything done at the moment was taking forever...

She'd atleast gotten five down... that was pretty good for the moment... She was feeling a tiny bit better than an academy student... perhaps now she moved to 'fresh meat' the new genin... Thinking about that, she tried to dismiss the idea... that would be an insult to her team mate, Houka... It wouldn't be right to say something like that cuz it would end up as an indirect insult, and she wasn't like that.

Yawning deeply, she was able to force herself down again.. it was getting a bit easier in her mind... Then again, her fingers were kinda going numb at this point... which somewhat confused her cuz the blood should be rishing to her fingers... not escaping them... Oh well, she was no expert on the matter, she just went with how things felt and picked the closest thing that related... just as long as she got the work done she was fine.

Ame groaned slightly... This had better pay off... I swear, if it doesn't... I'm gonna kill myself an ANBU... Her body wouldn't go down this time... her elbows stiffened up and wouldn't bend. She she had to push herself up again and readjust them until she heard a small pop in one... Atleast she'd gotten part of the problem... Now for the other one... Lifting her other arm, she streatched it out, rolled it.. but nothing.

Rolling her shoulder this time, she'd let her arm twist in the flowing direction and heard another distinct pop in her elbow. This one wasn't as friendly... being a bit more of a pain than the last one, but atleats it was overwith... She lowered herself a couple of inches and back up to make sure her arms would hold... They did fine... so far that is... Chances were, she'd most likely have anothe rproblem soon...

So... her thoughts had wandered through the Chunin examns and her new determination, that justu she wanted to learn from Kairite-sensei, Kairite-sensei and Rei's disappointment since Rei was standing there and if Keirite-sensei was there he's be embarassed by her performance, her own embarassment at her performance, and the random joys of a futuristic device that could help her out and eventually cause her trouble...

Sinking lower, but not all the way, her arms seemed to be taking it well... She'd test it a bit more though before she tried going down all the way again... ATleast she was doing alright... She supposed... Glacing over to Rei again, she saw him staring right back at her... She shuddered mentally. How could he just keep staring at her like that? Was he really staring though... She couldn't tell cuz he was wearing his mask but... perhaps he was asleep?

So, her mind had gone through quite the adventure... Hopping from place to place, subject to subject, during her training that seemed to take forever... though, it probably had only been forty five minutes or so... What a bummer... Lowering herself down even further than before... the next test push up seemed to be doing fine... She was ready to go for anothe rfull finger push up.. and hopefully not hurt herself again.

Things were going a great deal better now. Ame was feeling a bit stronger, physically and mentally... Being able to make anothe rexcellent push up prooved her happiness... It was only a matter of time before she would be finished. And soon, that night maybe, the aching would stop. She couldn't wait for that moment. She wanted to make it as happy and relaxing as possible though... So point in truly relaxing unless you worked hard for it.

Ame lowered herself again into another push up worthy fo the last sucess and those that came oh so greatly before. Things were getting into place... and she'd be done in no time at all now. How great was that? Pretty awsome, that's what it was... Now to just seal the deal with a couple more good push ups... That should do it for Rei... then, may be he'd let her move on?

Just a few more... just a few more... just a few more... She thought to herself over and over again, like a chant to help her get through the last excruciating moments of this cursed exercise. Atleast cartoon stars and birdies weren't circling around her head... Though often she could imagin them doing so. They were actually quite funny to watch, chirping and such as they circled...

Ame lowered herself again... this push up being a tad bit sorer than the last couple, but what the heck. That's how things were,and she was living with it... She just hoped she would be done with atleast one more good push up out of the way... Just one more and she'd be happy with herself and maybe even her performance. First, she'd have to rest a bit... but then she'd be ready to move on...

Ame straightened her back, and bent her knees slightly to get the stiffness out of them to continue on. Then tried to lower herself into another push up. Her fingers were sorta stinging now... rather than going numb... Ws that a good thing or a bad thing? She wasn't quite sure... she supposed ti was better for her to be able to feel... though it may be convienient if she just couldn't...
