(Yes, but it failed, so he was grounded .....in other words, the first roll for bounce failed, so the second roll never had a chance to hit. Bounce is a bit confusing in that way, anyway, the battle is now over)

The ember got critical hit and the Zorua was down in one hit. Their training had paid off as the Litwick stood proudly of its ability. "Good Job,Midnight" Theo praised the litwick as it returned to his side. He would calmly listened and made his way off.

Luke felt the blow on his chest and Koemi thought she heard a crack. Timidly trying to catch a glance of her Pokemon, Koemi bit her bottom lip and it bled even more. "Luke!" she almost hissed. It was only but a few mere seconds before the Grimer slid it's horrid body from her Pokemon. Luke was laying on the ground, but he got up after the Grimer had gotten off of him. His chest 'plate' was cracked and looked a lot like a spider had crawled and had gotten stuck. Luke was almost swaying on his feet and was quite low on energy, but he still had fire in his eyes as he glared at Grimer. Koemi hesitated before whispering, "O-outrage."

Because, you used Outrage, which is an attack that goes for 2 -3 turns, you can attack again. Which means, that my pokemon will be attacking at the same time as yours. If your attack fails, your pokemon is confused, and if it succeed, you attack again ...and afterwards it will be confused)
The attack would hit against the Grimer ...not as powerful as the wave of slime that the Grimer had used before, but enough to send the glop landing backwards in a slimy mess. Though the pokemon was one that would go down she would get back up again ...as she would charge again with another pound to match the incoming outrage.

Luke grinned when the Grimer was sent backwards. Outrage was a move he quite liked until he became confused. Still quite low on energy, Luke stumbled a bit from the impact he had made from hitting the Grimer. He quickly recovered his balance though and took another try at hitting the blob of poison with Outrage again.

OOC: The reason I don't exactly like Outrage is because of the confusion that comes after I use the move. . . Only if that never happened!

Velia walked into the room as she had been directed. She looked around and thought of what to do. She was a poison trainer perfering poisoning and weaking her enemies. She looked up and around thinking. She the smiled as she thought she knew what to do. "Hello I am here to take my battle test"
Law walks into the battle room while staring at the pokeball that held his new found partner. "Ok, now that I'm here what do I do next?" He asks as he stares at the duo colored sphere.
What happen next was something that happen from time to time here ...as the two pokemon crashed into each other ....the Grimer that had been hit before would come down like a wave as the Outrage would have the Lavritar attacking without any sort of thought for the moment.
The two would hit, but, that body of goo would absorb the Outrage while the Lavritar's body wouldn't be so lucky ...as sicken crack noise seem to echo around the place. As the Grimer lay the pokemon flat before moving off of it....blood would be stain it's skin as the pokemon would move away to discover that the Lavritar wasn't moving, wasn't breathing.
That last attack had done more than simply won it the match, it had killed it's opponent. A whitish light would suddenly cover the pokemon's body as it would turn from the pokemon that Koemi had had ....into a pokemon egg.
The voice would declare as the Grimer was called away.
"Take the egg to the pokemon center, and then come and try again. This time, this battle was your defeat."
(Anytime hp drops below - 7, this happens, inwhich case
"Welcome to the Battle arena." A disembodied voice would declare to her. Even as the area seem to shimmer in response to her movements ...as something would drop at her feet.
"I see you are ready to battle, but I must ask ...do you want to take the tutorial version of this battle, or get straight to battling without any instruction?"
"Either way, have your pokemon drink the bottle so that we can begin."
The voice told her ....in a tone that was completely monotone. There was no infliction of emotion there at all, and would have had a person thinking that it was spoken by a robot.
A voice would declare sounding quite big and full of itself. Though who was connected to it would be hard to say ...considering there was currently four students in the room, but one seemed to be distracted with an egg, the other something that looked monstrous, and the last was in the same position as himself.
Neither had an opponent, but both had been spoken to .....as the voice would continue onwards.
"Welcome to the battle arena, here you are to take your last test to be accepted into your class. So, bring it on."
"Though, I guess, I need to find out, if you know what you are doing or not. So choose, tutorials or battle straight out ...and then have your pokemon drink that potion so we can begin."
The voice would tell him ...as a strange goo would appear near his foot. It didn't look tasty at all, but it was a necessity in this place.

Luke crashed into the Grimer, only to feel a sharp stab of pain. Darkness covered his eyes, and he laid there, unmoving. Koemi shrieked then covered her mouth. A sudden bright light covered over her beloved Pokemon and Luke was suddenly an Egg. Koemi watched, shocked, and didn't move. She sank to her knees and her eyes started tearing up. Slowly, Koemi crawled to the Egg, picked it up gently, and stood up shakily. "O-o-okay. . ." she murmured. Koemi walked out, glancing back at the place where Luke had last been, alive. She bit her lip, tasting dry blood, and slowly walked away.

Driftloon drifted into the auditorium followed by a small timid girl with a gaze that you make you tongue tied and frantic to know her name. She looks around the room, she slightly frowns and looks at Driftloon, smiling at Driftloon's reassurance.
"Anyone willing to battle?" Her voice radiating out into the busy auditorium.
Skye looked around once more before started to walk around the auditorium and make rounds until she could battle someone and move on to become a trainer.
