Kenji was born in Iwagakure, Raised in iwagakure, and currently lives in Iwagakure. His parents both live in q quiet villa on the other side of Konoha, in a fairly safe zone. They both occasionally come by to see him at his apartment in Iwagakure that he pays for. He works as a Delivery boy, using that to train his speed. He is far faster than any of the ninja his rank. His parents told him about how he had control of Ice like them, but they never wanted to see him use it. Because they told him that only a truely traumatic incident can unlock the power of it. Small feats can be accomplished, but the power will be dwarfed by 500% without the Trauma pushing the body past it's limit, breaking the inner seal on his powers. He told them he planned to take full control of his Power, And if the seal was broken, it was broken.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Alright, first off, do NOT strech it out like this. This just makes it harder to read for me, as well as anyone who needs to read this. Until you are accepted into Hyoton, your chakra will be low, and you will only have one element. Whats with that backstory? I dont care whyat you put in it, you may NOT control ANY ice, even if its "dwarfed by 500%". The whole point of needing a traumatic experience to unlock a bloodline is because your body is responding to imminent danger, and releasing its limits in order to save your life (as is often the case with bloodline unlocking), the same way a mother is able to lift the side of a car in order to save their child underneath it (Yes, there are recorded cases of that happening. Adrenaline supercharges the body and releases all limits). Besides, being told that you need a traumatic experience would make the experience, when it comes, much less traumatic, and therefore unable to give you the rush needed to unlock the power. @the other two people: BE PATIENT! These profiles are more than 15 posts back, so I have to look at them one at a time. Repost them only after I look at them for final approval.

Again, take away anything for your ninja type shinobi special skills that was not in parentheses in the ninja types forum.
