Any attack or heal.
For example, you can kick, punch, slice or shoot your opponent or even do bizarre creative attacks, such as creating an insanely complicated machine (aka a goldberg machine) to eventually prod your opponent in the shin, or something like that.
Or, to heal yourself, you could meditate, drink a red potion, eat a cheeseburger, go swimming with dolphins, learn Chinese, create an insanely...
