Yeah, I almost killed Kage in another guild, with one of the weakest NPCs available. It was awesome.

After a while you learn that Luo's a busy guy.
Then you just learn to go to other high leveled shinobi for help/training.
...Or you could try to stalk him. Learn his home address and phone number. Then just annoy the crap out of him until he is forced to either post or call the police.

I take a while to decide on things.
I don't want to be the person that creates a profile and then kills off their RPC because they didn't like something about them.
Also, I'm semi-adapting a pre-used RPC of mine for this guild.
"Iggy" takes a while to...
Write out/find an appropriate picture that demonstrates.... him...
