Anywho~
Vll is the FF most people in America started with, just as most people started with Street Fighter ll (the reason why noone has any idea about the game)
That is why it would most certainly sell in America
Theres no doubt people love it
But people say its much better than it truly is. . .in fact, people say its the best game in history. . .personally. . .Id rather play Barbie Horse Adventure. . .

I think FF Advances are the best FF games. Then again, I haven't played any of the numbered games besides one.

lV is my favorite for the gameboy / old a** system
lX is my favorite for the ps1
and. . .well. . .FFX. . .is the only good one for ps2 so far. . .

*sigh* I wouldn't know... I only have a wii...and it's burnt out because my brother plays it 24/7. I'm saving up for a Ps2 though.

fine I'll make my comment respondable
First off I did not buy into any propaganda about the final fanatsy game series
Yes 7 was the first one I played but I was a kid it had a number sure, but I just thought it was anumber
people put numbers in games without it being a series sometimes i think whatevs?
Played got my fav all time character which is Tifa Lockhart, story was flawless and not only did it have an in depth game story they were able to weave in a future and a past. though I would have preferred Zack's story to have also been a movie i PLAYED THROUGH THE GAME FOR ITS FUN!
As well I played through Dirge of cerberus howver much I dislike the stupid shooter battle system
if you weren't so busy criticizing and learned that 7 was the only one with a story where the past/present and future mattered you'd know it was the best!
