rofl I laughed for days when I saw this! I want that made into a T-shirt. You know you're a band nerd when... -you make your own band-themed T-shirts. -your friends ask you to make them band-themed T-shirts.

you know your a band geek when a bunch of football players come up and hug you your friends ask you why and you reply ..."oh i'm in band with them"
You know your a band geek when your mom is reffered to as the band mom even thought you switched schools and don't play in band... (my mom sweatdrop )

You know you're a band geek when you can recite Beethoven's 5 all the way through math class and everybody ignores you/applauses at the end.
You know you're a band geek when you've managed to figure out how to use your instrument as a weapon to escape the jocks' tourment.
You know you're a band geek when you fall to your knees and scream in agony whenever Disney hires a new popstar.
You know you're a band geek when you put together the family sing along with solos and whatever that thing is called when two people are singing something different but it sounds good anyway.
You know you're a band geek when you know what that thing is called in the previous statement.
You know you're a band geek when you play "Taps" when your goldfish dies.
You know you're a band geek when you go to see a movie, and you scream, "The Kindergarteners can come up with better guitar solos than you!"
You know you're a band geek when in the summer, if you don't own an instrument and you can't afford band camp, you find some tire pumps and see-and-says and garbage cans and work with that.

You know you're a band geek when you and your friend are running to Pep Band and you are warming up your mouthpiece.....and still get to pep band early.

You know you're a band nerd when you're playing guitar hero with your friends, someone asks if you're giving them the finger, and you realize you've been fingering along with the music on the arm of your chair for the past three songs adjusting your key as necessary.

SexySesshyLover You know your a band(drum line) geek when you tap out all your songs with you feet. I don't do that, but I do conduct with my foot when I'm not thinking about it. One time, my band director told the drum majors to sit on our hands to keep from conducting this one part (we were inside and he was working with the brass). I started conducting with my foot instead and had to restrain myself.

You know you're a band (in my case, choir) nerd when you write songs to the school bells and the noise the car makes when it goes over the overpass. sweatdrop

you know your a band geek when you find yourself hanging out by the band room as a meeting place for you and your friends (I did this in 8th grade and now I continue to do so with my friends)
when you and your sibling make up new moves for the color guard and both you and your sister aren't in it (yes I did this with my sister)
Also, when you feel offended when someone says something about band- whether it be that they don't like it, etc.
your blowing on something hot or your dogs ears ( they flicker when you do it) and you start to blow down like your playing your instrument, and then begin to review what the band teacher says about air. ( did this when I was blowing on something, and I started to blow down like I was playing my Flute and then started practicing how to control my air. 0-0)
you know your a band geek when,... you start fingering the notes to what song you played during class or start tapping out the beat.

You know you're a band geek when . . .
-Having people help dress and undress you isn't even remotely sexually stimulating.
-You have to get in step with the person walking beside you.
-You start humming/tapping out the latest piece of music in the middle of class.
-You look at the first chair of your section as a Demi-God.
-Some of your fondest memories come from band class/band camp.
-Breaking your mouthpiece is worse then breaking a nail.
