((This RP better not die. I'll be very disapointed if it does.)) Solms could not hear the complaints from the Brig. The cockpit was sealed off by the standard safety blast door. The Hunter's ship dropped out of hyperspace and immediately banked right to dodge an asteroid. Inside his helmet, the Hunter frowned. "Someone aught to clear this mess up." He muttered as he flipped some switches. "Lost Ranger to Geonosis Ground Control, come in. Ive brought Lord Drako the package he requested. Do you copy? Over."

Lamaredd space ...
The Prinny Hawk came out of hyperspace. Now, to see what these Darksun Pirates are all about, and if they indeed know where Angel's brother is, Mordranna thought as the jungle planet came into view.
(( Is the Runner in orbit, or parked planetside? ))

Eriadu, an industrial planet. The DSA fleet in full force pulled out of hyperspace and ships got into formation.
" Lord... We are ready to attack. " A screen came on in front of Drako.
" Good. Kill any who fight back. but leave the structures in tact. I will be needing them. Carry on commander. " The commander bowed and the screen went black.

He found her. Rook couldn't believe the most obvious hiding place would really be its namesake. The heat detectors picked up the body in an instant, ten degrees lower than normal.
The prey was more alert than most quarry would be if Rook was stalking. The woman quickly made way towards the back entrance, in a decent feignt before doubling back to the front. Rook had already seen this before, and headed to the bar for a drink.
He meandered towards the door, while the woman sped slightly faster hoping for the safety of the alleyway. The front door, however, proved to be much a dangerous decision, as when she turned into the alleyway, four armed men found blasterbarrels trained on her.
But like all creatures, the will to survive kicked in, metaphorically and figuratively. Fearing no death, she managed to disarm the first with a kick, a second with a leg sweep. Grabbing a blaster, two shots downed the two standing, and a third planted itself in the head of another soldier. Toying with her prey, she left the last survive and sputter out some blood.
"Tell me why I should not kill you?" She asked. The response came not from the surviving assailiant, but from a vibrosword at her neck.
"Because I really like this man," Rook retorted, drink in one hand and sword in other. The female turned to punch, as Rook tossed the drink up and sheathed his sword in a swift motion, and using a quick grab of the punching arm coupled with a swift turnabout with a foot in the small of the back, Rook grabbed his drink which now came down without spilling a drop.
"You worked for Xizor, and evaded the advances of Savan. I'm not here to take your information from you. But Project Dark no longer is too small for that concern. You will tell me that you will never work for me, then I will say I will compensate you for your lackluster effort. You will demand nothing, because what could a droid want besides peace and quiet in your situation? Though you have some reserve for something, as obvious as day. The line of Xizor still lives, and until you help in its destruction, it will never cease, the endless amounts of hunting and evasion. Rendar himself can't beat every trooper. And that is why we are here, Guri."

The two fighters suddenly paused as alerts blared through the Heroine's Assault. Rain pressed her hand to the side of her helmit. "Bridge, whats going on? Imps? Drake? Reps?"
"Negative Capt- er Ma'am. But we've an unidentifired frieghter inbound who hasnt sent us the code. They seemed not to have noticed us yet."
"Must be blind." She muttered as both her and Rak made their way to the bridge. "Alert the rest of the fleet. Bring guns to bear and power up the gravity well. Lash out with the tractor beams if they're close enough. I want to see who came crawling into our lair."
Quickly Rain and Rak hustled to the bridge as the myriad ships of the Dark Sun band went on full alert. weapons powered up and those ships that had them powered up their gravity wells, making escape for the intruding ship all but impossible while she remained near Lameradd. One does not simply waltz into the maw of an edgy pirate fleet.
Rain reached the bridge and took command of the comn. "Hold it space scum. ID yourself or be spaced. you have more than thirty combat equipped vessels currently locked onto youyr trajectory so the faster you star talking the longer you live."

The Sundered Rose fell behind due to a miscalculation in R1's last maintenance check. Fortunately, they would only be a minute or two behind Mordranna since the correction was fairly simple. Though, they far enough behind to be unware of anything else that may be at their destination.

So, these must be the Darksun Pirates, Mordranna thought as she was being hailed. Time to give them a performance of a lifetime! "My, how rude! Threatening to vape folks just passing by!" she replied, making sure to seem as though she were extra indignant. Still, she thought to introduce herself, putting some cheer into her voice. "I am Flonne Krichevskoy, and this ship is the Prinny Hawk - nin nin!" "I'm looking for someone named Rysda Nomaici, and was told that you would know where he is - nin nin!" As for the woman's voice, Mordranna was certain that it was not Cale. Must be an underling? she thought. Still, she decided to play along. "Are you Mr. Darksun - nin nin?"

Rain arched an eyebrow and nodded to the chief gunner. At his signal a thunderous barrage from the Assault's portside heavy turbos flashed across the hull of the Prinny Hawk, a warning shot that would have made a Veteran Naval captain blanch. "Mark your tone Kriche'. You're in Dark Sun territory. And around here we have a rather strong oppinion of unwelcome guests. What are you doing in this system any way?"

"I'm here on information regarding a Rysda Nomanci, and was told that you have information on him." Mordranna replied, this time in a more official tone. "Assuming said information is correct, I would like to know what you know concerning him."

Shinn Matsunaga Oryo Prime Geonosis Ground Control" This is Geonosis Ground Control. We copy. Master Drako is on his way to take Eriadu. We can have a team take you if you wish? " "Take me where?" The Hunter asked supiciously. "To Eriadu? I'm pretty sure I can find that myself."" Sir. Am sure lord Drako would want any of his goods to be well protected. It is in no way a disrespect to your ablities sir. Will you be on your way alone? " **** The attack was going as planned. The orbital defense put up a fight but in the end was no use. The landing parties flew in after several attack runs by fighters. The planet would be in DSA control in a matter of hours.

(( I figured that. I was just letting there be a chance of whatever before Angel caught up with Mordranna. ))
" Alright, the next time we land, you are gonna give this ship a thorough examination, TWICE. I am not having this sith happen any more. " Angel said angrily, the Sundered Rose's systems having random power spikes. The shields would waver between 90 and 100% and the engines seemed to have died. Without a word, R1 went to work on stabalizing things. It would seem their delayed arrival just got further behind.

"For the record, I'm not "Mr. Darksun." Theres nobody here by that name." Rain said in an irritated tone. "And what makes you think we'd tell you squat about anything?"
Rak pressed a comlink to his ear and nodded before looking to Rain. "Fighters are launched. If it makes a run for it we can chase it down. Thats assuming the tractors dont catch it."
Rain nodded to Rak before continuing the convorsation. "Unless you've got something worth exchanging for that info, then you seem to be howling up the wrong cliff."

Several hours later, Rook found himself heading towards Falleen. His end of the bargain found to be much more difficult than hers, but it would manage to get him close enough to make every bit of it count.
He hadn't been home in years. Decades even. Now Project Dark showed its ugly face again. Everything had to be compromised, his protection, his assets, all were drained from usage. Two people cannot expect to survive against an army of tens of thousands.
"You know, the odds of us surviving this crazy a** plan are astronomically high. One to..."
Rook cut the HRD off. "Desist on the computations. We're going in." The shuttle was far too large, yet far too small to make Rook feel at a complete ease.
He'd just have to land and find out what was left to be done.
