This WHOLE village isn't messed up.
My current RPC is normal…
And my new one will be normal. Just really shy and quiet.

I'm just saying, with the three switches, the village is starting to live up to what I think the Anime's sand village went through. Seeing as they always seemed to be in turmoil.

Well, when the guild first opened up, i was originally supposed to be the Kazekage with this rpc Zane Hajime. But I realized, and this was when I was guild captain, that it would be hard to run the guild AND a village at the same time. So instead i became the village saanin.
Well, that's when the issue of akatsuki came up and how they needed a good leader, so i simply made my saanin 'wander' or dissapear and took up zane hajime nara instead. Well when i came back, we're having the whole, we need a kazekage and i said...well technically my saanin is still alive.
So now zane hajime nara has 'disapeared' and i'm now rping as kazekage, and will be for a while ^^

That seems like way too much hassle to deal with... How hard is it to run a guild as big as this? ( Has own guild, and needs pointers )
Edit: Also who is the Akatsuki leader now?

Blade and Flurry are akatsuki leaders now. And, trustworthy crew members is the biggest thing you'll need
