She began to smile, believeing she was getting the hang of this. Her movements were more precise than the last time, but she was not quite done yet. There was still too much error in her movements, until she could match her movements to that of Moku-Sensei, she would not stop.

This was strange feeling she felt, the belief that she would be able to protect herself. A warmth filled her as she thought of not only being of use because of her ears, but being able to fight aswell. With a sense of confindence she attempted to correct her errors in the last set by trying again.

Her sense of perfection was getting better everytime she attempted to perfect the motions of each sign. She was aware of making at least 3 of them exactly how she had invisioned them. It was frustrating to be going so slow, but time was only seeming that why because of her concentration.

It was funny when she thought of time, seeming as she could never tell the time without her sight. The only things she ever really learned was that in the morning it was cool, but with minor chill, afternoon was hot and the sun was always bearing down on her, and finally at night the chill breeze would set in and the dew would settle.

After her minor distraction, Sorali attempted the set of signs again.

As her movements slowly became slowly more and more precise she decided to open her eyes and actually see the form of the motion instead of just listening ans visioning them in her mind.

She thought maybe if she watched the basic form of her hands and concentrated souly on the sounds that came from her movements in stead of listening to everything around her, she may be able to refine the technique and fluidity of moving from sign to sign with better precision and speed than with her eyes closed and listening to everything not just to herself.

So, with a new idea she hoped to continue to get better as she set her hands to bgin the next set of signs.

Her intuition was correct, her movements were much easier to follow now that her eyes were open and able to identify the forms of her hands by concentrating souly on the sounds made by her own body. This allowed her to see motions more prcisely instead of looking at and outline of her hand, she could now see the outline of every finger and thumb as they moved into the signs they created.

She giggled alittle under her breath, thinking about what her master would say if he saw her doing this and sheing her have fun with it. A happy feeling came over her and she took a deep breath as she set her hands in motion of the next attempt at the full set.

Distracted by her thoughts of her former maste she fumbled the signs and ended up with the result similar to last attempt. She grimaced at not progressing this time, but then simply closed her eyes concentrate on the sign that was giving her trouble.

Unfortunately is was the trasformation from Dragon to Hare and Hare to Horse. Three signs gave her an almost indentical problem, as she moved her hands from one to the other she would fumble her fingers at some point making the sign slightly altered and slower than the others.

She opened her eyes with a determination in her movements as she set for the next attempt. This time she would concentrate more on those three signs.

She was making slow progress on these three signs. She tightened her concentration and allowed her body to form the three signs one at a time. There movements were slow, but she was trying to identify the exact motions that gave her trouble.

Beleiving that she would be able to at least get one of them right this time, she set her hands for the next attempt. This time she closed her eyes for a moment to replay the motion of each hand sign. Then, with a confindent feeling she began her next attempt.

She sighed and clepped her hands together as she had accomplished some of what she was concentrating on. Her face was glitering in a sort of peaceful way, for she had a accomplshed, yet determined look on her face as she smiled.
Her motions for the Dragon to the Hare were now as perfect as she felt and heard Moku do them. She wondred if he was watching her, but quickly set her hands for the next attempt, tossing away all things that would distracted her from her mind.

Sorali laid her hands loosely on her knees letting them rest a moment as she contemplated the last couple sets as if they were a major battle and she was the victor. She closed her eyes for a few minutes and replayed the last couple of sets in the mind.

Studying closely to how she moved and the timing she did it in. There was still five more handsigns to master, but the motions from the Hare to the Horse were going to be the most difficult.

Once that one was perfect she assumed she wouldn't have much trouble from the others. Then again she couldn't predict the future. After her hands rested a while she straightened up and set them again for the next attempt.

He grabbed his scarf and quickly wrapped it around his face. "Thanks for the help." He grabbed the scroll, and started walking back to where he was standing before. He sat down on the grassy field, and opened the scroll, he began memorizing the first handseal. The first seal on the scroll was inu/dog, he studied the picture of it, and just for kicks read the discription. Then he quickly looked over the other handseals, it a came back to him, what each handseal looked like, and that very lesson from when he was first shown the handseals. "Ok the dog, that should be pretty easy." He got back up on his feet, and began to preform the handseal.

(Int mod= 1, and +2 because of the scroll.)

They must get a 12 or higher in order to correctly perform a seal. Each seal must be performed once correctly before being learned. Use the formula: [1d20 + Int Mod. = (#)].

Haritenka perfromed the seal completely correct, it looked exactly like the picture. He was releaved to finally have made a correct seal. He lowed his hands to his sides, and sat down infront of the scroll again. Lets see next up is the snake, ok looks a bit harder but not that much. He got back up and prepared to perform the seal. He remembered something his teacher had told the class once, something to the effect that some handseals are used alot in many element style ninjutsu, he couldn't really remember which where with which element, but it might come back to him later. He took one last look at the picture then attempted to make it.

It seemed that the more Minoru tried to focus his chakra, the harder it became to actually do it. He wondered if he was trying too hard, and that the reason he couldn't accomplish his training was because he was trying to force his chakra in places it wasn't supposed to go. Minoru figured that he should go back to focusing it in his chest instead of his hands. Since his chest was bigger, perhaps it would be easier to store more chakra there. It was a strange idea, since you had to bring the chakra outside of your body in order to make the clones anyway. Could it be that he wasn't forming his hand signs fast enough? Minoru quickly went through them four or five times in order to familiarize himself with the process. Everything had to be perfect for him to pull this off, and he couldn't live with the shame of doing a Jutsu imperfectly. It was bad enough that he couldn't do the things he needed to do; he didn't want imperfect copies of him doing the same thing. Regardless Minoru had to focus on getting it right instead of focusing on everything that could go wrong. Clearing his mind, Minoru tried again to focus his chakra into one area.

Yes, another success. He sat back down infront of the scroll, and read the rest of the handseals. I may have successfully done two but I'm not even close to finishing, but atleast I'm get somewhere. He looked at the next one, the rat. Thats when he remembered that the rat is used in the Nara clan's shadow manipulation jutsu. Not exactly useful to him, but atleast he remembered something from his early days as a student. He got back up and got ready to make the handseal. He took another look at the scroll then placed his hands together, and started to place his fingers where the need to be, hopefully getting it right.
