Blackless- Uuuuh total? About three hours for the wings... and then another three hours shaping the clay and attaching it I'd say. So, about six hours total, but it was spread out. xD I did the wings one night a week ago and did all the clay stuff today.

I think Sailor Uniforms are pretty easy to make. I guess the easiest ways to make Lucky Star Uniform would be to alter the pattern to thoose kiddie cheerleader patterns you can get a cloth stores. You also get a pelted skirt pattern too. In sizes way to small for you, but... Yeah. Or you could find a tutorial. o.o;
