Kiera put her head in her hands and slipped onto her side. "Hikari's thoughts echo in my mind when I touch that cube." She shivered. "They overrun anyone else's thoughts. They shout and scream and it doesn't seem like her but it's still her soft and gentle voice." Her shivering continued. "The screaming never stops. Things Hikari would never say." She shook her head and curled up. "MAKE THEM STOP. PLEASE. MAKE THE SCREAMING STOP. I CAN'T HEAR ANYTHING ELSE." It was getting worse and worse the longer Hikari stayed in the cube.

*Veria glared, "wait... how..." she looked to the cube, it was supposed to seal off all connection... however... Veria stood up and thought quickly, "hang in there Keria..." Veria took the cube with her and dissapeared then reapeared moments later as Veria squtted down, "If anyone would feel hikari it sould be me, not you. This is most confussing however, I perhaps have a fix. For a while now i have been studing the cube, and trying to duplicate it. Sister, the moment we let ameile out we need to seprate Hikrai for Ameiles souls, without harming Hikari. So to do that i will need your help, and maybe the others even..." She held up something new, some sort of device, "do you still hear it?"

Kiera, still curled up in a tight ball, nodded slowly. "Just.. faintly.. She's talking... quieter.." Kiera's eyes suddenly snapped open and she brought her hands to her ears. Eyes wide open, tons of information suddenly passed Kiera's pupils, reflecting dimly in the whites of her eyes. "It hurts.." She whined quietly. Evelyn passed through the door into the room. "I don't really like the noises coming from in here." She looked to Kiera on the floor and flipped her over onto her back where she saw all the different letters and words passing Kiera's eyes. She could pick out a few, but none stayed very long. Like sped up credits on the end screen of a movie. Evelyn seemed to actually understand what was happening. And she was actually getting involved for once. "Kiera, I need you to sort out the puzzle from the cube to get out Amelie and Hikari. There I can stop this." Kiera nodded slowly but looked scared almost as Evelyn propped her up against the wall. Evelyn held her hand out to Veira. "Give me the cube. We have the same idea for separating Amelie and Hikari. Lets do this together."

*Veria nodded and gave Evelyn the cube, "here... i have no idea however right off the bat how to seprate them. I can only scramble them so once they are out they can't do anything... i need somthing to make it so i can take one soul out of the other without damige, do you have any idea how to do this? Or perhaps even more so, do you have somthing else in mind that might be easyer?" She talked fast, worryed as ever, however she sorta looked to evelyn as a elder just now... Hust then Shortstraw came running in but fell to the floor he held his hands on his ears with one eye open, "i dont' know whats going on... but i'm hurting alover!" He yelled unable to get up. ALl he heard was a high pitch noise, and he lost vision in one eye, do to being connected to keria.*

Evelyn grit her teeth together. "Oh god, not you too." She coughed and took the cube handing to to Kiera who was slowly figuring it out again. Evelyn then went over to Shortstraw and pulled him next to Kiera. "What they're experiencing is all of Hikari and Amelie's memories. Kiera's mind is blowing because it's not just this life it's every single life Hikari and Amelie have ever lived and everything they have ever done. Something in Kiera's mind accidentally tapped into the mechanism of the cube and used the touch to start the channel between the cube and her brain." She stared at the cube. "To stop the flow, we need to get Amelie and Hikari out now and deal with them so that Kiera and Shortstraw aren't harmed anymore." Kiera handed Evelyn the cube again and suddenly it flashed and was raised into the air. Hikari came falling out, still in her wolf form, although Amelie's mind still in control. She shook off her fur. "That wasn't.. very long." Evelyn slammed her to the ground. "Don't you try anything now. This won't take very long."

*veria went to do somthing but suddenly Pardioas coffen appeared again and the door opened as the entire room suddely became shadow no longer would hikari be aloud to move or sturuggle even, However he did alow the others to do as needed, "I will hold her..." He hissed, "you get mistress back..." His eyes glared down at Hikari. Meanwhile Veria tried to think, "crap crap crap..." she gulped she badly wanted to help but she wasn't sure what to do, for hte first time ever, Veria was panicing instead of acting, she was afrade to touch them... she looked to Evelyn, "what do i do what do i do!" However shortstraw breath hevily... "thank god..." he replied. He looked to Keria, "you okay..." he asked then looked to the large white wolf, "s**t..."

Kiera was mostly out of it, she lay there with her head hung lazily. However Evelyn moved slowly around Hikari and reached right into her great wolfy chest. "Shortstraw is it possible for you to get a jar ready for us?" She glanced to Veira with a stony expression, a slight grin hiding in the corner of her mouth. "Get on the other side of Hikari. I'll be holding Hikari's soul in while you gently and carefully tease Amelie's soul away from Hikari's and out of the body. If it wasn't for two of us here then it wouldn't have worked."

*Shortstraw nodded and went for the jar, pulling the lid off and sitting back down next to Veria, "yea i got it!" Veria nodded and sat down, she never extracted two souls appart before. She slowly reached in and did as instructed, and as soon as Ameile was out and away from hikari, she shoved her soul into the Jar as shortstraw slammed the lid closed. "is that it?" Shortstraw asked. Meanwhile pardioa shook his head, "not yet... she still has to reconcet Hikari to her body. And thus, you sperent girl should make sure that there is nothing left behind from ameile first..." it seemed paradioa understood the sitation. Veria nodded and inspected Hikari and looked to Evelyn, "okay... now we just put it back in?"

Evelyn carefully worked on Hikari for a couple of minutes before she took out her hands and brushed them on her thighs. "That should just about do it." She moved to Hikari's large wolfy face and opened her eye to see that Hikari's eyes had returned to normal. And to finish it Hikari shifted slowly back into her human form. "She could be out for a while." She glanced to Kiera. "Her too." Evelyn sighed as she rubbed her temple then took the jar with Amelie in it. "Quite frankly, I don't trust any of you with this. Offence intended." She looked to the jar then yawned. "Urgh. You've caused so much trouble you sadistic b***h." Evelyn scratched her head. "I'm demanding a meeting with the Shinigami tomorrow. Whether they're willing or not."

Shortstraw looked up, "Wait... you can't be thinking of takeing ameile to them like that..." Veria agreed and stood up, "I agree that it is better if you handle it. You are much more expinced, as deminstrated here, however i agree, i dont think takeing ameile to..." Suddenly there was a large his as the room cleared and two red eyes appear out of the coffen, "SILLLLENCE! You will not interfear. You are all in one way or another connected, and or a target of Ameile. Thus..." he glared, "You will assit Mistress and Hikari..." He then looked to Evelyn, "just in case i will assit you however... i am tired of this women. It must end here and now..." His coffen slowly closed, "however... if this is to take wake i will need a host... to use unless you care for actully carrying mycoffen with me..." It seemed pardioa also agreed, to him they were all tiny, however he was only aloud to do what keria would let him. That was part of the curse he was under as a Demon Spirt. He did however hate ameile for what she culsed keria. So he would accompiny Evelyn, wether she liked it or not." Meanwhile Veria gave a nod to shortstraw, "they are right. You take care of keria, i will take care of Hikari. At least till they wake up..." Shortstraw nodded and walked over to Keria and squtted down, "alright." He looked to Evelyn, "good luck." Veria nodded and looked to evelyn, "and thankyou again."

Evelyn sighed. "At least someone sees sense." She then glanced to Veira. "It's nothing. I just got tired of you all taking so long on everything. I try not to interrupt so that you all have the proper learning experiences of life. But I really had no patience this time." Evelyn walked over to Paradioa and hoisted him onto her back. "We'll go now, then. It's not very often that the Shinigami get demon visitors. We're bound from life laws to never cross each others paths. But the situation demands it. And I've already broken a lot of life laws." She looked back to Veira. "If I'm not back by the time Hikari wakes up. Be careful with her. This will be another life-changing event for her, most likely." Evelyn nodded as she teleported herself and Paradioa.
Evelyn had transported them right into the thick of it. Even still, the Shinigami wasteland wasn't much to marvel at. The landscape itself looked like the result of a bombed city or a country on the edge of a nuclear fallout. And as the two demons appeared the Shinigami swarmed and asked questions to each other from a safe distance. They did however clear a path towards the Shinigami king who sat at the top of a destroyed old tower.

*Shortstraw carfully picked up keria, although it wasn't as easy as it used to be, "well this isn't the night i expected. Good night." He took Keria to there room and placed her carfully on the bed as he then pulled to covers over her. He then climed in next to her.
Meanwhile Veria nodded and carfully moved hikari to her bed. However Veria basicly sat in the coner of the rooma nd watched, and waited. She was glad that evelyn came into this now, she was afrade, she was even ashamed of herslef by freezing when everything was going on, but as shortstraw told her, she needed to have cofidence.
Meanwhile Pardioa was supprized evely actully carried him on her back. To actully bother with him int he first place. However as they arrived Pardioas coffen door opened asn two red eyes appeared, "You do the talking... i'll just support..." he replied in his whispering demon vioce. Fact was yes he could do alot of the god like things, however there were alot of thing he could not do aswell. he watched all the shimigmi behind them and glared...

With Amelie's soul gripped in hand, Evelyn made her way confidently across the landscape and up the tower. On the last tier, she felt a lot of pressure. Power pressure, yes. The Shinigami king was a very powerful being. Even more so than the old Demon ruler and the new Seraphim leader. The Shinigami king was there to keep both sides and his own men in check. He gave out the ultimate judgement of conspiratorial Angels and Demons to make them into Shinigami. He had that power over everyone and was in close contact with the Devil and God themselves. And still he didn't intimidate Evelyn. Evelyn herself was supposed to be a Shinigami by now because of what she did against the demons. And yet here she was. Upon nearing the Shinigami king, it came clear to her that he looked serene. She saw him sitting on his large throne made from the skulls of humans, and he let out a bestial laugh. "Asher? Is that you? You're a sight to see. I thought you'd be in the seventh ring of hell by now." Evelyn grumbled and put Paradioa's coffin on the floor next to her. "It's Evelyn now, Mathras." The Shinigami king cackled again and stood up, eyeing the jar in Evelyn's hand. "I see you have one of my most favorite Yokai with you." He looked gravely to her. "What is the meaning of this?"

*Pardioas coffen showed two large red eyes, however he didn't speak. So this was the great Shimigami king hmmm. Interesting. He would make a fine snack. However he knew that would complcate things. He was ready for action if needed. However he let Evelyn handle the talking, just as he told her he would. He knew she could not face them alone, however she had the will to stand up to them. So his power would stand up to the shimigami if they were to go after Evelyn, thus his mistress would be more greatful for protecting the lifeline of Shortstraw.*

Evelyn swept her hair back and held the jar with Amelie's soul up. "Why the hell do you insist that this woman live countless lives?" Mathras grinned as he put his head on his hand, sitting comfortably back in his chair. "Because I will it to be so." Evelyn grew angrier. "BUT WHY?!" Mathras was startled at how gallant she was. How ready she was to talk out to her superior, but he glanced lazily down to Paradioa's coffin and let out a sigh of remorse. "I'll ask you a question, Evelyn. Do you know what boredom is like?" Evelyn's eyes thinned. "I know that the only reason Shinigami kill humans and mess with people's lives is so that they can stay entertained. Much of how Amelie ended up so intent to be entertained." Mathras bit his thumb. "Then why do you need me to explain when you have the answer nicely tucked into your little brain?" Evelyn frowned. "It still doesn't answer my question fully. Why her and her siblings? Why just them?" Mathras sighed again. "You know it is possible for even Shinigami to get attached to things. My Shinigami Ryuk and Rem got attached to the three siblings. And I very much like to see how they all mess up countless lives." Evelyn hissed. "You're not even supposed to bring people back to life. You're only supposed to kill them." Mathras shrugged. "Does the lion consider the worries of a lamb? I'll bring her back to life any way I want to. And you can go back to your demon nest." Evelyn shattered the jar and held Amelie's soul in her hand now. "And what if I just destroy the soul right here and now?" Mathras laughed mockingly. "You can't." Evelyn licked her lips and smiled. "Not in the mortal world I couldn't. But here I can." Evelyn shifted into her full demon form and held Amelie's soul in her jaws. Mathras' face contorted. "Wait, you-"
