@Hash: I ended up using Geodude and his Rock Smash. I wanted him to be semi-badass, so I evolved him into Graveler and took Miltank down no problem. =)

Even the stuff that is creepy. But this made me s**t my pants. "Shriek in joy and delight?" I am gonna ******** cry forever.
