RANK: Genin ___ VILLAGE: Kirigakure ___AGE: Seventeen ___CHAKRA _ POOL: 31 ╱ 31 ___ CLASS: Weapon Master ___ SHINOBI TYPE: Tactical Ninja | Elemental Control ___ TECHNIQUES _ USED: None ___ ELEMENTS: Raiton || Suiton ___ OOC: - ___ THEME: Hinoka's theme ___ MOOD: Neutral ___ Clan: Ranton [Storm Release] ___ RYO: 500 The young, pink-haired woman approached the office, walking through the main doors where the receptionist greeted her and asked Hinoka if she had an appointment with the Mizukage. Knowing her place, she merely shook her head. "No it's fine, I'll wait to be summoned. I'm sure he is busy" She said calmly, walking over to a chair and sat upon the cushion, crossing one leg over the other as she awaited her turn. She didn't believe in barging in, especially at her rank she was of no importance to this militia yet. That and it was simply rude. Even though she wasn't native of this village, she still spent a great deal of time growing here since her parents left her in it's care. From their previous positions, she was aware of how the chain of command works; and therefore Luo rested at the top of the totem pole.

As Mrs. Kanai went through paperwork before she locked up the office and left, she came across a hand-written note from Luo. "Tsk," she said to herself as she read it. She always wondered how that boy was able to predict the rest of his day without even being there, and just as well predict Mrs. Kanai's day as well. In all honesty, she was going to send Hinoka home since it was getting late and the office was to close soon, however the note said otherwise. Folding it and placing it under a paperweight, the mal-tempered woman looked up from her desk at Hinoka across the room. "It seems Luo knew you were going to stop by today. He instructed me to let you know to meet him for a mission on the marketplace bridge. The streets of Kiri commons should be pretty clear now, but he left this for you, a mission briefing."
Holding her hand out with a folded note extended towards the girl for her to take, she wondered if the young genin would even be competent enough to participate in the mission. The kage seemed to put too much trust in his shinobi, expecting competence from each one immediately as they graduated from the academy. Still, Mrs. Kanai couldn't help but notice that each graduation class of the academy came out tougher and smarter than the last. Word was getting around that academy students were graduation with overall higher marks semester after semester. Whatever he was expecting of them, it seemed the academy tried its best to fulfill his expectations. Just as well, shinobi parents put more effort into training. Although she doubted him often, his reforms seemed to make the shinobi stronger.

While her body language was composed, she grasped the severity of the situation and the threat that was potentially there. Standing up she walked towards the door and picked up the pace heading for the destination mentioned. Even though she just recently graduated, she was more then willing to demonstrate what she had learned back at the academy and how she can be an effective member of Kirigakure. And more so, that she can be relied on. This would be her first mission, and she planned on accomplishing the task at hand.
