Joker raised both his brows at Eldin. "You know I am insane but not stupid. I hope your not lying to me because then that would make me really sad." He could smell a lie from a mile away and from the way Eldin hestiated and to the things he said just proved it to him. "If you don't want to tell me fine, but the truth always seems to find it's way out somehow."

Shaking his head, Eldin spoke, "I don't think you're stupid...just....my reasons are kid of...odd..." And that was the truth. Most people, unless you were Kalore, wouldn't understand completly and actually take his answer seriously...

"I'm am the oddest person out of all of us which is why no one speaks to me." He sipped his coffee. "Try me. I bet whatever reason it is, isn't odd." He knew alot about odd things being that he was odd. Nothing could surprise him.

Gambler sat back down. She was way to tired to do this. Her mind urged her to which was incrediable because sometimes she just wished she didn't listen. "I hope Dusk did what I said because then this would really suck for me." She muttered.

Area 40, one of the worse places to be. Stepping foot in it, the moment she did, Dusk was hit on, almost killed, and that just put her in a lovely mood. Killing off the people, she was on search. Dusk was a sucky tracker, but she wasn't so bad that she couldn't listen to her heart. He was here...somewhere, he was here.

Eldin played with his drink, speaking so low that only Joker could hear, and even then the man would have to strain a bit to hear, "......Rave......"

Joker leaned forward lowering his voice as well. "Rave? As in the dance rave or the person?" If his spiderman senses were correct it would be the person since Eldin did have an admiration for the man. Which he was too but in the same sense as Eldin.

Kyoshi shifted and turned to face the wall, tucking the blanket around him tighter.

Gambler spreaded out the one of the blankets on the sofa. Then she went into the two bedroom. She liked how many rooms this apartment had but it was in such filth that she wanted to die because it was filthy. Gambler liked things to be cleaned, even if it wasn't her house she would end up cleaning and it would be all shiny and smelling good that her boys literally paid her to clean.

Dusk was now looking at one of the apartment complexes. Glaring, she remembered that Kyoshi tended to for the tall apartments. Dusk didn't know why, but at the moment, she really didn't care. Going in, she glared at the person at the desk. "Tall intimidating male. Would have come here in the past day or less. You got him?" The man almost dropped the money he was counting. This chick was scary as s**t...

"Umm...dance?" He laughed nervously and dropped his head, "Person..."

Joker nodded. "It figures but allow me to let you in on a little secret...." Joker looked around to make sure no one was listening and well he had this thing for the dramatics as you know. "That's not really odd at all....At least to me." It wasn't. "Just don't tell him otherwise he would have a heart attack....I think." He looked at his coffee thoughtfully.

He finished his coffee. And then looked at the sky. That bad feeling getting worse. It had to have been the caffine. He shook his head. Joker looked around. "She's going to kill him." That made his bad feeling worse.

The guy at the desk was shaking in fear, he was sweating bullets and looked around like he was on a high. His cowered slightly and pointed to the direction of the elevators with a shaking finger. "Up-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p. Ther-r-r-r-r-r-e." He barely said. With the other hand he took the money and hid it behind him incase the crazy chick was going to take it. "Bu-bu-bu-bu-bu-bu-bu-but he said no-o-o-o-o-o-o-o one is allowed up-p-p-p-p there." He really didn't want that guy to kill him or take his money away.

"What?" Eldin had heard what Joker had said, but it didn't really click on the meaning of it. "Who's going to kill who?" Now, all thoughts about Rave and his annoying situation were gone. There was the sense of foreboding in the air now that wasn't really there before.

Dusk practically growled at the man. "You are so pathetic..." But instead of staying there, she went to the elevator. Gambler had to be stopped. Once again, the mantra went through her head, the whole reason that she was saying she was here.

If I have to live in this Hell, so does he. There is no way that Kyoshi gets the easy way out...

Gambler sat down on the sofa, her jacket was off. The katana was out of it's sheath and the blade glinted in the dim light. "This is a nice blade." She outlined it softly with her finger. It was almost time to do it. Getting up again, she took the bag of whatever was left of the blankets and put it in the second room. Gambler had covered the floor with blankets in the living room and the sofa and his bed. She left the sliding door open to let in some air. You couldn't really call it fresh since it was Area 40 and well....heaven knows what was in the air.

Joker leaned his chin on his hand. "Gambler is going to kill him." It made sense in a way.

Kyoshi stretched and got up. He looked around at the dimly lit room. It annoyed him. He got up and went into the closet where it was totally dark.

The elevator door opened and Dusk found the only occupied room. Glaring at the door, she knocked. Even pissed off the girl had some manners....

"Who's she going to kill?!" Any mention of killing almost always put the poor boy on edge. There was just something about planning killing that was... so depressing to him. A war, where it's kill or be killed, he could see. But the killing of a single person, planned, he didn't really get...

Gambler heard the knock. "Come in." She said loud enough to not disturb the sleeping Kyoshi. It sounded like Dusk. "I hate it when people never listen to me." She muttered but this must be done. She went to the door to open it before Dusk could listen to the 'come in,' and gave her a glare from hell, showing the katana in her other hand. "You don't look like housekeeping to me."

Joker looked at Eldin. He sighed. "Gambler is going to kill Kyoshi. It's no wonder she isn't here without a single word to us. Don't worry. It's for the best and Gambler always has her reasons." They may not be the saniest reasons but they were good for something.
PostPosted: Tue Oct 20, 2009 8:40 pm

Eldin looked scared and shocked, "What?! But...but aren't they on the same side?" From what the boy had seen, Kyoshi and Gambler were on the same team. They worked together. So...why was she going to kill him? And why was Joker taking this as an ok thing!?

The katana did nothing for the woman seeing red. "Sorry to disappoint..." There was no blood on the blade, so Dusk assumed that the idiot was still alive. "Are you seriously going to do this, Gambler?" Dusk wasn't afraid of Gambler. Both women were deadly, so the fight would be hard. But like this... Dusk wouldn't lose. Or if she did, she would bring Gambler down with her.

Joker nodded. "They are. See. There is a method behind the madness of people. Everyone in truth is mad. Me, I'm just worse. The point is, there is a method to what Gambler does. It may not seem the best or saniest but it works. Take...What Rave did to Dusk to make her chose a path. He didn't have to throw her around the room and reck my furinture but there was a method behind what he did. Not everyone is going to have the same ones or agree with it but as long as it works then it's okay." He ordered water. "Oh, and Gambler isn't really going to kill him in your terms. It's a metaphor......." Joker hoped that his form of explaination was good because he would have to take his meds again to help him. He twitched. Those meds where doing it's job on stopping the twitches.

"Yeah, you kind of did disappoint me." She looked at the blade. "That's a nice blade. You know it cuts through people like butter. Just because it's not bloody doesn't mean I didn't do it. I was just cleaning it and placing the blankets everywhere in the apartment." If Dusk really wanted to fight it would have to be somewhere with space because she was at her limit of snapping. "How about we call it a day and just leave....I mean....It's not like you even care. Because if you did then that would mean that you cared about him." She looked at Dusk from the corner of her eye.

Eldin was pure white, the shock effecting him, "Yeah...but Sir Rave would never kill Princess Cecilia...never..." He shook his head. "But...why actually kill? Or is it not actually killing...I don't know..." Eldin slammed placed his head on the table, covering the head with his hands, confusion eating at him.

Glaring back at Gambler, Dusk shook her head, "It is a nice blade...but if you're actually gonna take it and kill him, physically take his life and save him, then no. I'm not leaving." There was no way that she was going to go through hell while he just died. It wasn't fair. "I don't care about him...not anymore. And I know he doesn't give a s**t about me, so what does it matter?"

Gambler raised a brow. "It matters nothing. Then you shouldn't care that I do this." Yeah she just biding her time for this thing to get over with because exhaustion was going to come get her like a monster soon. Gambler raised her voice. "It shouldn't matter to you what happens to him anyways. Better me to kill him than people in this area because they are going to come after him. And they are going to kill him. Better me than anyone else. Besides, you did half the work for me. I just have to take out the physical and he's really gone."

Kyoshi was hearing mutterings and voices through the thin walls and it was beginning to piss him off. He prayed to God that it wasn't voices in his head because if it was he would put himself on some meds like Joker.

"Ah! It's not killing him in the physical. Nevermind it. Just, you'll see. Hopefully it goes well." He said with a positive outlook which wasn't really healthy in this situation.
