This convention, run by my student organization, will be taking place on October 27th and 28th of this year. I have a bit more information on it on my DA page, so you can run there for some spoilers as to what we currently have booked regarding guests and what not.

Asuma Haruka Time you've been here does not warrant positions, Haseo. Roleplaying ability does. If you want a position, improve that. Don't sit around whining about how you don't have a position. Just because some new members are getting positions because we find them to be good roleplayers, don't try and blame US for something that is about YOU.
I'm tired of people's complaints in this guild. Get over it and do something about it. I don't try and blame you or everyone for something or someone that isn't about me. I worked hard to roleplay with people but I never make it to be a Captain or Vc even 3rd seat. I'm only 6th seat and you used to be Vice-captain of the squad 8 that I joined. I am trying to very hard for being a Captain, Vc or 3rd seat seat. Because all crews WANTS them to be GOOD roleplayers not noobs!

That is because they thought I was a good enough roleplayer that I could handle said position. If you can show to some of the crew that you're roleplaying is on par with the seat you want, then you'll get it. Until then, you need to work on it. That's all there is to it.

As Asuma said, Haseo... positions aren't granted based off of time spent here, but by ability.If you felt you were good enough for a position you could have applied in the captaincy thread. You can also challenge another captain for their position. Some squads do the same for their vice captains. From what I've seen you haven't been given a position for two reasons. The first being that when you try for a position there are other people more suited for the position. The second is you are hardly active and that, too, is looked at when it comes to higher positions. You shouldn't need to have people under you to keep you rping. You shouldn't need someone telling you about a plot. Anyway, those are just things I've seen. I can assure you that no one hates you.

Elzee facing off with an Arrancar King with a few other lowly Shinigami. One minute they're kicking a**, Elzee shows up and goes, "Who's the kid?" and everyone runs past her screaming nearly pooing their pants.
She'd be left with that awesome drippy mark going, "Was it something I said?"
