i grin at her "what they mess with us its only fair we can do it from time to time and avoid the lightning and thunder besides were family in one way or another family teases each other"

"well still we can bother them a tiny bit but yeah your right still it be fun to play soccer with them see who wins" i laugh "imagine Zeus in shorts and Athena as referee" more thunder "oops my bad"

Gwendolyn shook her head. "No, I just get annoyed easily. You did nothing wrong," she assured her as she shook Hunter's hand. Gwen didn't want to make enemies, or to intimidate anyone either. Change just wasn't her thing. "I have a black belt in karate and have been practicing swordfighting the past six or seven years. I think I'm good," she added nonchalantly. Gwendolyn watched with an amused expression as the two half-bloods continued their conversation, almost like a ping pong tournament. The replies went back and forth quickly, deflecting the other's comments.

I stopped talking and noticed Gwendolyn hadn't been talking.
"Is something wrong?"I asked looking at her in unneeded concern.

I smiled and stood up."Sure."I said breezily.

Right before I left I had turned around. I stopped so suddenly. I hated what I saw. There he was. Rex. He had his lips pressed against Zoes lips, his tongue was probably all in her mouth. I wanted to scream or do something but I couldn't all I could do was stand there dazed. I was shaking somewhat and I breathed deeply to try and settle myself but it didn't help. Suddenly beach felt ice cold. I cou;dn't even take in what I was seeing here. Till that moment I always thought we would get back together. I mean I had been having dreams about hi and imaging being with him but all of it...gone. I loved hi, so much and he didn't even care. I started screaming at him. I couldn't control myself but I was not going to loss it, not like so many others I knew at this, this, camp. "I hate you! I loved you never stopped through any of this, and I still love you...yet a hate you" I said more quietly. I was so confused. Tears stung at my eyes. I wanted to say I didn't care but it wasn't true, I loved him more then I knew was possible. Then I just took off.

Blake appeared behind Emma as she ran, "Huh, looks like I missed quite a bit haven't I?" He asked with an eyebrow raised, "Ah well no need in getting angry over this now Emma." He put his hand on her shoulder, "Just let him go Emma." He sighed and turned around letting his back face her. "I don't know what to say so I'll just say it, give up on Rex." He gestured over to Zoe. "She won't be happy do you see the bliss in her eyes? I do." Blake looked up to the sky, "It won't last and eventualy she will be as sad and lonely as you, maybe more." Blake let his hand fall to his sword still haning onto his belt. he walked over to Rex, "Hey Rex..." He punched him in the chest, "Thats for Emma." He whispered in his ear before turning back and walking away.
