Okay i will give a reason why so many. I've looked them up and they are just tacks. You could drop ten and have no more. The chakra colors, are simple. The blood red are just tiny .1 centimeters barely visible to the naked eye. It's a scare tactic for people like the sharangan users.

Please stop challenging my ruling, or I wont accept you at all. Honestly, do you think I dont know what I'm talking about?

For the makibishi, sure theyre small, but theres 40 of them, it adds up. Combined with the face that you have other weapons, and are just an academy student, you cannot have that many. 20 MAX.

And thats exactly why you cant have two chakra colors. The only people who can possibly have two chakra colors are demons, and thats when the demon's chakra is being used. Sharingan/Byakugan/Minds Eye of Kagura users are able to tell two chakra colors apart, having a normal person with two chakra colors presents an unfair advantage to all the other normal shinobi.

@Vanilla: Rock is the only open village. No Exceptions.

You start with only one element, and chakra mouth users must have Doton as their primary.

200 meters? That is beyond ridiculous for any bow other than a ballista. Change it.
