It's normaly on the first page of the freebies thing, if you mean that one.
You can get some good stuff from that forum really. heart
I tend to overspend on so-so art rather than save for super-hot stuff. I have no patince(sp?) XD

black moonrise Audley My suggestion for any prospective member of the guild is this: if you really want to join, just commission anyone (; Fortunately for slackers like me (who would probably never take my own advice) I had over the requirement amount before I even knew this guild existed. It's a fun little guild (: I'll say one of the things I like best about it is that whenever someone posts a commission that I like, I track down the artist and cross my fingers that they're accepting paid commissions - it's a completely excellent system (; I would have to agree with that xDxD;; Where do you guys get your constant supply of gold to commission artsits? o_o Hey, SUnshine. (Can I call you that?) I wouldn't be here if I hadn't held an arti contest back in 04. I got somewhere around 150 pieces from that alone. I then have about 10-20 that are art trade/exchange. And the rest are mostly gaia commissions/gifts. Wher edo I get my gold? Art auctions of course. wink I have one every couple months or so.

Sunshine - Not for gold. RL money only because I need some money for my first semester in college. (COllege! I'm so old now! I've been on Gaia too long!) I will be taking 10k headshots again on 8/21, though. I'll stop when I've drawn 27 more of them. Otherwise, I have plans for an auctio nwith Ryo0oki, and one more pencil auction solo. And then that's it for Gaia art until June 07.

This is kind of like one of those "Vote for me!" posts... I know a lot of people don't like other people who do this, but hey, this is my journal, and it's fine if you ignore it. However, if you do decide to continue, I thank you. Yesterday, Tokyopop launched a new format for its website - turning it into a "social networking" site. One that functions much like DeviantART and lets you upload your work. Similar to DeviantART in function, it has a feature similar to FAV-ing. There's a red dot in the corner that says "POP!" I have discovered that every time a piece is POPped, it goes up in the overall list of pieces. That is, a piece which has more POPs than all the other pieces will remain seen while those that are not POPped fall to the back of the queue.
