giglamesh s**t i can do a lot better than this both my av and my actual rpc gig ,,,,,,gah must find way to fight akeru, and/or wakamashu ninja Why do you want to fight my poor Student (Akeru is my Uchiha)? And no you don't Citrus. -_- That is for when you START OUT as a Genin.

No it doesn't, Jin. Kouri made it quite clear a while back during a mishap for the Suna Academy Class Citrus taught. Just because you get a piece of cloth and metal (headband) and is made Genin does NOT mean that you suddenly significantly got stronger. Those base stats in the Game System, as the template title reads, is if you start out as another rank to balance hypothetical - already gained - training.

Yeah I remember that , that's why I though it did not look right. The good old time were student leave and become missing nin yup that's the life.

Pretty much everyone in the shinobi scroll is like that though. All gennin have 8, chuunin 10, jounin 12 and so on. Even Roy has it like that and im pretty sure he started that character in the academy.

I do see what he is talking about to since gig did the same thing and he started at level 1 , strange.
Time skip maybe did something.

He wrote a crazily long time-skip story and had a huge level jump. Other than that, I can assure you: unless they started at that rank or trained to reach there...then no. And I can pretty much guarantee you most of the Jounin were created Jounin unless they're really old guild members.

and i haven't done a hell of a lot of traing or didnt have a massively long time skip story for gig?
ateru or akera im not sure which his name was......might of been ateru sounded something like that

I can assure you one who earns their way to the actual hunter-nin level would be stronger than any Kage started at lv 60 (unless said Kage put all their points in one area). stare And Citrus, unless you did check with Kitsune or Carlos who does know who started at which rank - then no, don't go making assumptions.
