Yay, Anbother attack by the sarcastic one. I have been trying to help, And i honestly though it was helping. But when Hinote said my help was in the wrong place, I looked for another place to put it. Because it was a question.

And then Orchid Moon said that my help wasn't needed, so I snapped. That was my fault, I'm sorry that you... I'm not going to say any more on this because I have already got the First Ougun against me, and I do not wish te be banned today.

I can tell just from looking at your profile that you, or at least this avatar, is new. I'm guessing that you have a primary account, and are using this one for a Naruto guild, hence your name. Now, I can tell you that people have a life outside of Gaia without being, as you called Tsubaka, a hypocrite. I can also tell you, personally knowing Gregar and Lance in RL, that much of the guild is tied up in the Chuunin exams, which is why most of it seems to be inactive.

Now, having been here not much longer than you have, I can understand your frustration. Things look dead, and it not everyone responds with lightning speed that you may be used to. The Crew already know what the problems are, and are working to fix them. They don't need someone to make a list for them. Actions are already being taken. You may think that you're being proactive in trying to help, but to them you are interloping on grounds that shouldn't be touched by a newcomer. Which, here at least, you are. Rather than gaining admiration and praise, you are being resented and scorned.

I'm not saying you are entirely wrong. Clan lines could definitely have been updated more frequently to reflect the status. However, it isn't always as easy to determine who is active and who isn't. That, at least, is being fixed by the Master List roll call and the Clan/Bloodline roll call. And while many Crew members may not have an active roll, they do have a roll in how the guild runs. Some of them may still be active, and some of them may not. But that isn't the problem at the moment. Having the title of Crew doesn't mean that you can't be delegated to certain tasks. I know for a fact that two non-Crew members are helping to run the Chuunin exams, having been delegated that task by one of the higher ups.

I also know that the main member responsible for the profile acceptances is Gregar. If he's taking a break from that, who can blame him? He's been doing it for the last 50 pages to hear him tell it, and Lance has a job that has to take precedence over all doings in Gaia. I can't speak for the rest of the crew, but I'm sure that every one of them has priorities over the guild. All I can say is be patient with it all. The surface may seem like dead water, but further down are currents that run tumultuously.

I would also appreciate it if you don't try to be a grammar nazi. There are several points of your response that could have done with a little editing. As is, it's a case of pot calling kettle.

Thank you, But there is one thing I'd like to say. By looking at the Guild members part, right next to the View forum button at the top, it took me all of five minutes to look through the bloodlines, post what people were not active, and which ones were even not members of this guild any more.

I'm not angry, lol. I use "language" (Bad words) when I'm calm. Right now, I just had this weird vision...

Quite a task. Good job. But the point of the roll call is to give those who have fallen into inactivity a second chance to keep at the guild. Obviously those who don't want to participate anymore won't answer, and will be stricken from the list. I would also like to put a thought in your head for a moment. Just because a clan or bloodline opens up, doesn't mean that you will have first pick. There are others before you who have waited for said clan/bloodline to open, and will most likely be given top priority.

Again, all that can be said, is to be patient. Explore other areas. Maybe you'll find something else that is better suited to you. If that happens, no harm, no foul. If not, I'm sure that, in time, you'll have lots of fun here. Just take a more respectful route of responses smile
