HermanIII I still prefer the staff. Range plus the ability to non-fataly debilitate your opponent. I'd rather knock someone out than kill them. If given the option that is. I imagine that a samurai would come after you later from a bruised cence of honor if you just knocked them out though. sweatdrop i just use bokken. i dont even use the metal ones. i have one but its a cheap fake (anything massproduced is cheap and fake to me even if its functional. )

The Samurai were the more horonable and sometimes seen as the most skilled warriors. Of Their Time.
The Katana is NOT made for Peircing, It has a curved edge not a Point.
Rapier>Katana.
Even being Said Arc is right. No one can be proven best. Even if we found masters of these blades in this day and age they would not use them as they were meant to be.
The art of the sword is the Art of Killing. Unless you swing with the intent to kill you aren't using your full strength, and the sword will not be used to it's full ability.
Kendo, Swordsplay, Fencing, it's all just games, where the swords are simply toys.
Also I love the Katana Hoshi. But many swords are better.
AND I STILL WANNA BATTLE DX

I think it's kindof bad when a pokemon guild is more into talking useless talk about which sword is better instead of helping a young trainer who has asked 3 times for an Earthquake TM and got no response, and they will never literally end up in a war with sword in modern times anyway, but I guess it's more important to argue about that instead of helping out someone relating to wut this guild is dedicated to. stressed
Does anybody have a spare earthquake for the underdog that has been getting ignored for the past few hours!

Most of my team are just offspring of the originals I used the TM on, and when breeding, TM moves get transferred over.

That was pretty epic Tentae. Although, I dunno about using flame orbs...I mean, getting burned reduces your attack power which blows. I think I'd use the toxic orb, just so I wouldn't get the reduction. But still, that was pretty epic late game sweep.

Arc, are you talking about pokemon with Guts? or for Facade?
Because with Guts the negative effect of burn in nullified.

I had a friend try some wrestling moves he learned in school on me once. He sort of grabed my back and tried to tip me over. So I fliped over and almost squashed him. He decided to call off the whole thing after that. ^_^ @Snappy I have the TM but it's on my Diamond. It will take me a moment to find it.
