Lillia stood outside the fenrir pen watching the little pups fighting with each other and playing around. She leaned on the gate and just watched them, keeping an eye on their ever present mother just in case she became a threat.

But Lillia's mind was far from the rambunctious puppies though she longed to step inside that pen again and hand out the abundance of treats in her pockets. But she stayed back. She knew firsthand what happened when you got too deeply attached. Circumstances had a way of ripping things you thought were yours right out of your grasp. Even if you had a white knuckled grip on it.

She sighed softly and glanced idly at the other enclosures. Wandering around with the Echoes had never been a hardship for her. Indeed it was one of her favorite parts of the job. She loved them all, every last one of them from the mighty to the small. And her heart filled with sadness at the thought that they could be ripped from her because she had been so stupid.

There it was again, Jellybean. A slight laugh as he mussed her hair though. "Alright then hush hush between us three." She shook her head lightly. "You two play security force, I'm going to go feed my Echoes, spend some time with them...even if it is outside the enclosure." A wave to them both, PAID tagging her way into the back labs, indeed intent on what she said.

Erik nodded to her as she left and crossed his arms over his chest. "Really though James, seems this little security system of yours could be quite the useful thing. I mean, I can only get my men to be in so many places at once and half of them are lazy asses. Not to mention I loose a few to doctor Fein when she gets annoyed." A snicker. "You wanna help, either take on Fein or scare the hell out of my guys to get them into gear. Lax security on usual basis makes for lax on circumstantial basis...which is bad. Other than that...I would rather be an assistant."

A shake of his head at that one before he gave James a smile. "Do you know you're calling her that?"

"Shining thier breakfast off your boots with their tongues...damn. That would get me moving, lickity split." He laughed, looking thoughtful a moment. "Good thing I'm not them though. And Fein is out of her mind, but also a damn good doctor as well you have to admit that."

He nodded lightly. "Did you see that look she got at it? That girly bubbly oh isn't that cute look? Women." A snicker as well as a snort, crossing his arms. "Whay you couldn't call her Jel, or Lena, or Elle? You picked the cutsie one." Yes, he was picking. After all, James being cute, what a sight.

"Do you thing ignoring everyone is going to make it all go away? I used to think like that...keep it up and you'll find yourself in monthly appointment scedules with Fein for emotional and mental self indiced trauma." What? She was telling the truth....the past had a way of coming to bite you in the a**.

Jelena came to stand about five feet from the girl, still giving her, her space. but her attention turned to the enclosure, placing her hands on one of the thick horizonntal running chrome painted steel bars. A slight sigh, she missed me close to them already. A look around to the few silent guards that were placed around at entrance and exit doors, a few on the catwalks above.

Jelena was quiet a moment more before sticking her hand through the bars, then looked to Lilia with a smile. "You're the one who seems to want to be alone. But we're not avoiding you...James and Erik have been dealing with security issues, I've been trying to occupy myself since my Project is on lockdown.

A look to the enclosure at the lick at her hand. Standing on the other side of the barrier was the massive ten foot alpha male of the fenrir pack. Yes, they missed her just as much as she missed him. And he nuzzled her hand with his massive wet black nose. "Listen Lilia...you can't think this is all your fault. The things in that article...there were things you couldn't possibly know. Things only I and my own bosses know. It's disheartening to see you so...upset."

Her other hand put through the bars, petting at the gigantic creature affectionately as he evne lay down where he was. What? He missed his mom. Jelena could tell she was about to cry, but wasn't going to call her out on it, no she was going to go a different approach.

"You want the blame...then you have to take the rest. If you feel it's all yours then I might as well call you to Radiance Board on charges of breaking and entering, robbery, data theft, hacking, and trespassing." A nod. "After all...how else would you get hold of information that is kept so tight, unless you did all of that." She was trying to get Lilia to see it was impossible for her to get blamed really.
