"Taken!" Jasiri cried in dismay. "Taken where? And who is Dih-ji?" Her history of the Gods where quite rusty, afterall. She shook her head and looked down at the small helpless fox in her arms. "You must be starving! And thirsty." She said, suddenly noticing the fox's fatigue. "You can tell me everything once you've had some rest." She gently placed the small creature in the grass, in a safe place, and headed out to find her food and water. The water was easy enough to find, but made quite a challenge of carrying back and fourth. She searched around the edge of the watering hole for awile until she found a perfect rock, small enough to fit in her mouth, and it had a large indent in the middle. She quickly filled it with water, and picked it up. She placed it next to Yakuti, and moved her body so the fox's mouth was close to the water. "Drink friend. Ill be back in a moment with food." Jasiri searched the grass, looking for whatever fox's ate. Finnaly she came across a rather large beatle, and seeing nothing else around, picked it up between her paws and carried it back to Yakuti. "Here." She said, the beetle sqirming out from between her paws. She made a face and squished it so it would die.

The queen hid the joy that lept through her at this news. Cubs... how positively wonderful! Seeing the nervous way Mwali announced this news, she guess that in his eyes, such an act might be considered wrong. Sarabi set a concerned frown on her golden face and regarded him solemnly. "Mwali, formerly of the firekin trip, now a hunter for the Pridelanders. We have given you and the king's sister Koho, nanny to the pride, the permission to mate. How dare you have cubs with your beloved mate, when the King and I so heartily approve? For shame." She couldn't stop the smile that tugged at the corners of her mouth, the last few words coming out slightly strangled with the need to laugh.

Kiuma skittered back when Mwali sat, her attention fiercely on the red tail as it flicked before her. She licked her chops as she stared, kneeding the rock fitfully with her paws. The red cub wanted nothing more than to pounce that moving, enticing tail, but she tried to hold herself back. It was probably bad manners to attack a guest...

Description: A young lion who bears a very strong resemblance to the king's late brother, Danzi hasn't much clue to who his father is and only goes by what his mother and other animals have told him. All that he knows is of his resemblance, not much more, and that the Pridelands is where his father was from. Long before he arived, though, he was adopted by Bakhti and, for as little time as he's known them, holds a sense of brotherly affection for Kiburi and Mchele. Beyond hunting, he's not inherited much of the grace his birth mother's name speaks of.

Sarabi smiled softly. "My dear Mwali... half of this Pride is made up of rogues and their cubs. We could no more prevent interbreeding than we can stop the very circle of life in its tracks. Sadly, there are few original Pridelanders left. If we are to keep our pride growing and thriving, we can not deny cubs between true bloods and the new commers. Soon our line would cease entirely, and the pride be given over to the rogues that have joined us."

She rose stiffly, coming over to but her head against his shoulder. "Don't worry so much, Mwali. We Pridelanders are a good deal softer than the hot-blooded Firekin you grew up with. Where they are sand and blazing sun, we are cool water and long green grass. In all the history I know of, the Pridelanders have never kept slaves, and while I or Mufasa lives, we will not. And we kill only to defend or for food, never in anger. Your cubs are welcome here, the sooner the better." The Queen turned and made her way back up Priderock, leaving Mwali with Kiuma.

((Okay...because apparently this thread is still where Kamilika is coming back when she met Ta...since there wasnt a time jump from that...and she was a cub back than...unless I missed the jump...*doesnt think she did* But I will appear when the jump happens to adols ^^))

The ears lowered as she thought on it. Why'd all that happened just for him to take him away? She'd been..... used. The god didn't want to deal with a cub, so he waited...

She felt herself growl ever so slightly, before giving a sigh and flopping to the soft grass. "I don't beleive i can rest proporly until i get Woko back..."

Jasiri padded back and fourth nervously infront of her five cubs. "Not talking to strange lions, no trying to hunt on your own, dont do anything dangerous.." she recited the rules for the berzillionth time. It was the first time she was letting her cubs run off by themselves, and yes, there werent babies anymore, but she would die if anything happend. "Ill be by the den, if anything, anything at all happens that you feel uncomfortable about, just call me and ill be here in seconds ok." She turned and sat on her haunces, her worried expression still plasted across her face. "Oh your all so grown up." She sighed and hesitated before getting up. "Remeber, ill be just a call away. Play safe." She turned and walked away, her head a little limp.

"We know mom! We know!" He rolled his eyes all through him moms long speech. He was excited to play without being looked after every second, though he tried to contain it. When his mom was out of reach he turned to his siblings and sat down and yawned a little, his eyes lazy looking. "So what would you runts like to do?"
