-- Lonewolf_Eyes and Ladyfirefox89 both have RP Rights, as long as RPs are known to each other. -- LadyFireFox89 gets sole ownership of a basket from this soquili's second breeding, unless she chooses to co-own it with someone -- Breeding and other important decisions (such as naming and plots) are subject to Ladyfirefox89's approval. Should Ladyfirefox89 not reply in two weeks, the decision is solely Lonewolf_Eyes'. -- Should I not hear from Ladyfirefox89, or should Ladyfirefox89 not log on, for the period of 1 month, this co-ownership agreement is void and the pet will solely be Lonewolf_Eyes' Agreed!

iGotGreen Thamin Co-Ownership Agreement For Akira Between Thamin & iGotGreen  Breeding Rights: - Both Thamin and iGotGreen must agree on any breeding partner for Akira and permission must be posted in the permission thread. - If the first breeding results in only two baskets, iGotGreen will receive one of the resulting baskets. - In the event that a third basket is available in the first breeding, ownership of the third basket must be discussed between both participating parties. If Thamin and iGotGreen receive the third basket, ownership goes automatically to the co-owner that did not receive a basket due to the agreement above (Thamin). - Any Male Akira may be Lifemated to may be decided only by Thamin. - The act of Lifemating must only be approved by Thamin. Display Rights and OOC Rights: - Both Thamin & iGotGreen have full display rights and OOC rights. RP Rights: - Both Thamin and iGotGreen have RP Rights. - Neither Thamin nor iGotGreen may interfere or post in an RP started by the other Co-owner unless permission is given by the Co-owner Participating. (For example: Thamin Starts an RP with Akira and another Soquili. iGotGreen May not post in this RP as Akira unless Thamin gives Permission and vice versa.) Notes on RP - Thamin has already set a personality for Akira. iGotGreen may not change it or have her have multiple personalities. (iGotGreen's permission is not needed to dissolve said agreement) - iGotGreen relinquishes co-ownership of Akira if she receives full ownership of a basket, foal, or full grown soquili and then decides to co-own said soquili to make it to where she no longer fully owns said soquili. (iGotGreen's permission is not needed to dissolve said agreement) - Thamin has the right to end the co-ownership for any reason (though she doubts she will need to).. (iGotGreen's permission is not needed to dissolve said agreement) As iGotGreen Now officially fully owns her own soquili this co-ownership is now void and all rights to Akiri revert back to me (Thamin). iGotGreen's permission is not needed to dissolve said agreement.

Breeding Rights

This is an amended co own agreement for the mare Adela. This voids all other previous agreements made previously. Mew-neko (Primary owner) gets: - Signature rights
- Full rights to first breeding; this means that the first breeding will not count against Faid in raffles and Faid is not entitled to any spare baskets. However, spare basket decisions are to be decided by ALL owners of the Soquili(s) involved. Faid Shadowlight (Secondary owner) gets: - Signature rights
- Full IC and OOC RP rights
- Teepee and Stats Display
- Full rights to second and third breedings; this means that the second and third breedings will not count against Mew in raffles and Mew is not entitled to any spare baskets! However, spare basket decisions are to be decided by ALL owners of the Soquili(s) involved. Other terms:- Faid may give up co-ownership to Mew but may not pass on co-ownership to another person.
- Life-altering decisions are to be discussed with Mew and thus, Adela may not be altered without mew-neko's permission.
- Adela, must be RPed at least once a month.
- If Faid is away from Gaia for more than three months without prior notice, full ownership of Adela goes back to mew-neko.
