Gambler nodded satisfied. It was good to be in charge. She turned on her heel and walked out again. This time she was leaving the city but was she going to tell them? Hell no. She wanted a quiet walk out the city to enjoy the stars. Kyoshi's knocked out stars that is. In the end, she was his shoulder to cry on....That's if he did cry.

Kyoshi was in Area 45 and stopped. This place was hell incarnated. He liked what he saw and went in search for an apartment on the top floor that over looked the city. He did punch a few people to get answers and he found the tallest apartment building. He entered and went up to the top floor. He set up shop there and the landlord was glad for it. Kyoshi handed him a large sum of money and told him to that no one, not even him, where allowed to be up in his floor. The landlord nodded just staring at the money and left with a greeding grin on his face. Kyoshi closed the door and locked it. He summoned a protective ward to lock the whole thing. Looking around the place was a dump and it mirrored how he felt inside. There was a broken down sofa against the wall and he went there. Laying his head back he just....fell apart. All that was his companions was the silence and the darkness. Even they gave no comfort.

"I hate him..." Rave's eyes were wide. "What?" Dusk had now completly covered his shirt with tears, "I. Hate. Him." Never in his life had Rave heard Dusk say that she hated someone. "Child...You're hurt, you're angry... you don't hate him...if you did then you wouldn't feel this...bad." Dusk shook her head, "Then that's why I hate him. He said he would protect me...all he did was hurt me. I have no reason to care...I hate Kyoshi..."

Even though the words were soft, Joker and Monty, maybe even Eldin, wouldn't be able to hear them, Kalore could. He was a tracker and a hunter, raised to hear what others didn't. And what he heard worried him. Sighing, the blonde elf walked over by Eldin and sat down. "You hear em too?" Eldin's voice was soft and sad. What Dusk was saying was killing him.

Kalore nodded, "How can any elven ear not?"

Gambler was on Kyoshi's balcony. She opened the door with her mind letting some form of fresh air in. Kyoshi opened his eyes and was startled. Gambler looked like the devil and it scared him that she found where he was. He was angry by that. He went at her and she tripped him. "Too easy." She said and dragged him to the sofa. He wanted to stay on the dirty floor where he belonged. He sat there and she hugged him. Kyoshi leaned into the embrace and began to cry.

After some time passed he sat up straighter, looking at the floor. "So-" "I don't want to know anything about her." "I know but-" "She lied to me. She never trusted me. I gave her my heart and soul. But she threw them away as if they were trash. She threw me away like trash. Then she has the nerve to bring another male when she told me that she loved me too. How can I look at someone like her the same?" "Okay, but-" "I never thought in a milliion years I would dispise someone....But now I do." "You what?" "I dispise Dusk. She....She's the cause for all this. She's selfish without one ounce of understanding of anyothers feelings. She not worth...my time." He broke down again. Gambler could only hug him and be that shoulder.

Dusk was mumbling things about how she truly hated Kyoshi, and Kalore had enough. Eldin, go play outside or whatever it is you do..." Eldin glared, "Nothing I do is here..." Turning to Monty and Joker, he asked, "Can one of you take him somewhere that is far from here and loud? And at least a little entertaining?" Eldin glared at the blonde, "What? At least I asked for entertainment with exile." Kalore needed to talk to Dusk, and it wasn't going to be a Rave talk.

No. It was going to be a b***h to another b***h talk, and that was something Eldin did not want to see...

Joker and Monty both nodded dragging Eldin out by the arms. They dragged him for out and deep into the city. They looked around that was remotely loud and well....A club was no place for him. It was loud but he looked too innocent to be in a place like that even if he was old enough. They took him to a video aracade place. "Sit down and play. If you leave with us knowing your going to get five to ten bullet holes in your....rear." Monty said with a look that would make him former master proud.

Joker nodded. "You even lucky he warns you. Often times people just die."

Giving them a complete WTF?! look, Eldin stood up. "What the hell am I supposed to do here?!" The man, who honestly did look like a boy, was never a video game person. He always either went to one of the clubs with his girl friend or worked on his magic and medical skills.

Kalore smirked, loving how they worked at the moment. Very efficient. Turning to the door, he put his hands on his hips and yelled, "Cecilia Mashenta, get your shadowy a** out here!" Rave muttered curses at Kalore as they both walked out. "Kal...be a little nicer here." He shook his head, "Nope, not gonna happen..." Walking to Dusk Kalore looked at her like she was an idiot.

"What do you want, blondie?" Dusk was so not in the mood.

"Simple..." Kalore smirked at her, and b***h slapped Dusk across the face.

Monty glared at Eldin. "This place is louder than a damn club. You will pretend to like these damned toys or I'll make note of this to Gambler and when she finds out about your insubordination she will flip the lid." His voice was deadly, calm and held promises. If that wasn't enough to keep the male in his place then they had another place they can and that was the shooting range where Eldin would be Monty's target tied down with an apple in his mouth or duct tapped to keep him quiet. It was an idea that Monty liked. His smile was very demon-like, scaring some of the nearest kids away.

Joker rolled his eyes. He wasn't used to being a sypathetic person but it seems that with the new males in the group, he was turning into a mother hen of sorts. He sat down at the table and rested his head on his hand. He went into deep thought while Monty said things to make Eldin shudder in fear he noticed something or someone missing. "I wonder where Gambler is...." He whispered.

Gambler sat on the sofa cradling Kyoshi's head on her lap. She stroked his head to calm him but it was no use. He was so torn up from the inside that he was projecting it to where she felt it. She didn't like feeling it because she felt that once and well it reminded her too of a long time ago. It pained her to see her best friend in the universe, literally, like this. Maybe she should put him out of his misery because this was too much.

"I have no more reason to be here. I'm just something that exists." He muttered. He was being to go mad, insane and that was something that Gambler didn't want for him. "She gave me a reason to live....I hate her." He said softly. Gambler had to reach a decision before he does it himself. Which would be really bad if he did.

Eldin glared for a while and then turned, admitting to the fact that Gambler scared him. Not so much Monty...the demon was slightly intimidating, but the kid grew up as a warrior, not the kind of warrior that most people thought. There were only five people that actually scared him. Sir Rave was number one, then Gambler, then Princess Cecilia, then Kalore, and then God. Muttering curses in elvish, Eldin went to a game that he recognized, rubbing his fingers together, coins coming to him. Starting up the game, Eldin gave Monty a slight glare, and then when to the game, doing quite well in the old game of Galactica.

(I love that game...)

Dusk was speechless, and Rave just stared with a mildly surprised look. He expected something drastic, but this was...this was more than Rave thought that even Kalore would go. "You just hit me..." Kalore nodded, crossing his arms. "Yes. Yes I did. Do you know why?" A few moments passed, and Dusk's eye were hard. "You have nothing to do with this, Kalore..." The blonde shook his head. "I do when you're my Princess and when the Princess is in trouble, talking about hate when she had never hated anyone, it becomes my business."

Rave walked out of the room, sitting in Joker's old spot, waiting. Kalore was good, almost as good as he was in getting people to see the faults. Only, his methods were more...more like Rave's when Rave was aggravated...

Monty returned the glares at Eldin. That male was going to soon find out why he was Gambler's weapons expert soon enough if he so much as steps on toe or hair out of line. He was muttering curses to both God and the Devil and then at everything that was elven, except for Joker being that he was sort of elven. The reason for that is Monty and Joker are like brothers. Monty being the oldest and Joker just a few years in human years, behind.

Joker just looked at Eldin. "He's older than he looks you know." "Then he should act his damn age. If he did then we wouldn't be here now." Monty replied. "I know but some people are just not fit to listen to things especially from higher authority. Clearly, Rave and Kalore are his authority figures. Just like ours is Gambler. Without her, we would be....in trouble with the law or dead." Monty thought about it and agreed. He just stood there keeping an eye on Eldin.

Gambler had left Kyoshi in his dispair and returned to Joker's place but went into Monty's shed where all his weapons were. She looked at the array of swords he had on the wall, trying to pick one. It was hard because each one where very beautiful and held historical value. She picked a katana being that that was one of her favorite swords, and tested the sharpen of it. She then tested the other ones that would be good for what she was going to do....

Eldin rolled his eyes, getting annoyed. He was trying to block out the conversation, but both of men were just so loud. Turning to him after his first life died, Eldin crossed his arms, "I act my age, sir. In fact, I'm acting older than my age normally, but this is pretty demeaning..." Being in an arcade was just annoying. A cafe would be nice...coffee, tea, decent music...those were some of the things that he liked. Not...arcades...

Kalore and Dusk were in a stare off, so far, neither one being able to win. "Listen, you have nothing to do-" "I have everything to do with this, Dusk..." The girl was surprised at being called her new name. "Oh don't be so shocked... I'm only calling you that so you don't throw a fit. It's a name...nothing more, nothing less." at that, Dusk went back to glaring at Kalore. "I don't need you."

"No, but you need Kyoshi."

Gambler went back into the house and ignored the little display between Kalore and Dusk. She went through the whole house and got blankets. She took them to the kitchen and was putting them into a black trash bag. She took a break to drink some water to refresh herself because what she was going to do was going to forbid her to return to the heavens.

Joker laid his head down on the table. His madness was bugging him. He got up and took Eldin by his wrist. "I can't stand this place. If you don't mind, I want a place of peace." He told Eldin, Monty muttering foul curses behind them. "Plus, I think Monty is liking that place too much." He shot a glance at the scowling Monty.

Both looked at Gambler. Dusk ignored Kalore when he tried to talk to her and sat across from the other woman. "What's going on?" Kalore just sighed and sat by Rave at the table, muttering in elvish. Rave just ignored it all, knowing that at the moment, it wasn't his business.

Eldin nodded, glad to be out of the place. It was too loud for his ears. "And where would you like to go? I don't know if Kalore is finished...whatever he was panning..."

Gambler looked up but her expression was grim, and looked somewhat eery with her now bloodless complexion. She sighed her eyes full of sadness. "I have to...do something that involves blankets." She wasn't going to tell them her little, well it's actually pretty big, plan of putting Kyoshi twelve feet under. She would have done six but she's seen too many zombie movies to be convinced in putting people a few feet down in the dirt.

Kyoshi was left alone in his broken down apartement that really was ironic because it reflexed how he felt inside. He felt like he was nothing anymore. So much doubt plagued him. He felt worthless. He tried. He really did try but it was too much that cost him. He was in the corner of the bedroom, wrapped in a blanket that he found and curled up into a ball. This was how he was after hit jobs in Area. He has been like that for many years. Kyoshi felt a welcome in the old routine before Dusk invaded his life, invaded his mind and everything. He was done with the world. He would just stay in this dark hole and at least try to make sense of the whole thing since all he had in the world was time.

"My dear friend. We are going to get some coffee because I now have a headache from hell." Joker said looking at the cafe up ahead with delight.
