"Oh dear," she repeated again. Ashiri blinked a few times, wondering how many more times she'd end up saying those little words. She knelt down, grasping his arm gently as she lifted it, pushing it against his torso. "Can you fix it yourself? Ah, probably. Would you like some assistance?" she persisted, wondering why her heart was fluttering at such a normally distasteful sight.

It was nice to get away from the family every now and then. Truth be told, he didn't even know most of them. Gee dad, thanks for spreading your seed.
Blake had settled in quite nicely on a bench, the edge of a razor held in his teeth, glasses set low on his nose. One hand toyed with the netting of his shirt. For a moment be pondered lighting a cigarette, but it seemed wrong here. "At least it's quiet," he mumbled around the razorblade.

Johari was drifting through the cemetary, her toes barely skimming the surface of the ground as she lazily hovered. Her feet finally landed flat on the ground, and she started walking along a path. She was playing with a match, lighting it and letting the flame go out repeatedly without strking it against anything. Fire was very fascinating. She noticed something, or someone, sitting on a bench nearby. Demon, demon, demon, maybe? she sang in her head, approaching the man who was fidling with his shirt. She stood, watching him silently, her hands clasped behind her back, her light blonde locks swaying in the breeze.

Blake stretched his arms and wings, then his neck, before standing. Quiet, sure it was, but he didn't know what to do with too much quiet. He turned to leave, took a step, and stopped, noticing Johari. "...Hello," he said, lifting a hand and taking the razorblade out of his mouth.

"Hello," Johari said politely, bowing her head just slightly. She stood, her ankles crossed, both feet firmly on the ground. "Were you leaving?" she questioned, her accent strong of Africa. This was her very first encounter with anyone in the Underground, so she was rather excited about it.

Blake adjusted his glasses and flicked his razorblade across his fingers. "Maybe," he said, looking around. "I don't find the dead to be very good company."

"I guess it may depend," Johari told him as she nodded matter-of-factly. "My father, dead, very nice company," she admitted, watching him move the razor blade. "I won't stop, if you want to go. Nice to meet you though."

"...I see. Well, unless you can speak to the dead, and I certainly can't, the conversation with them might be a bit one sided, don't you think?" Blake raised an eyebrow, as a few stray hairs fell into his eyes. He brushed them aside, then adjusted his glasses.

Johari watched him, then slowly she smiled. "I suppose it may be that way after all," she admitted, coyly kicking at the ground. She pushed her own blonde locks out of her face, her pale green eyes not leaving him.

"Though, if you could...I'm sure they would have interesting tales to tell. Stories they heard before death, stories of their death itself, long forgotten lore..." He looked out at the graves. "Certainly a novel concept."

Johari watched and listened, considering the things he told her. She smiled slowly, nodding as she thought about it. "I don't think like this before, else I might have story to tell you," she told him. She talked to many dead people before, but never thought about story-telling. How interesting!

"Mm. I suppose the mystery will remain, then." Blake shrugged, then chuckled. "Unless you planned on having a seance with the dead shortly."

"Want to talk dead? We can, come," Johari said, smiling as she put a hand against Blake's back, leading him towards the vast amount of graves down the path. She was looking forward to it!

Blake blinked, going along wth it. "...So we're having a seance?" He seemed a mixture of confused and amused. And why not? Certainly it'd be interesting, if nothing else.

"Yes, we can have speak to the dead," Johari stumbled on her words, smiling to the demon. "Ask for story or even just chat," she continued, finally reaching the graves. She looked over the multiple headstones, wondering who to reach first.
