Carina smiled back at Raven. "Ooh, news! I can't wait." She replied, beginning to eat her food. She wasn't all that interested. Her stomach was still kinda in knots from thinking about Halloween. However, she still ate because it was necessary. After a few bites, Raven mentioned Neville. "Oh, just fine, I can tell he worries about me though..." She said, briefly gazing off to the Gryffindor table to spot the back of Neville's head. Before long, she was finished with her meal, and got herself a small piece of pie for dessert. The chocolate pudding and Irish Cream Pie Raven was wishing for were also on the table. "Well, looks like you got your dessert." She told Raven before taking a bite of her apple pie.

Raven frowned. Swallowing the last bit of mashed potatoes, she looked at Carina. "You're worried aren't you?" She said quietly. They hadn't gotten a chance to talk about the possibility of Carina recieving the Dark Mark that very weekend. Even Raven had worried about her own possibility, but she was still on either side of a decison. As far as her wedding plans were concerned, Carina's delimma was more imprtant, and the plans could wait fo a whil longer. "Talk to us, Carina." She said reaching her hand ot towards her best friend.
Draco looked around, seeing if anyone was in ear shot. "Wanna use harmless spells on some Slytherin's? No first years, but how about some fifth years?" he said with a s**t eating gri on his face.
((I liked your idea on wha cam would have done if not walking wih Draco waaaaayyy too much lmao!))

Cam grinned. "Read my mind, my friend." he said, casually slipping his wand out of his pocket. It was a bit of an oddity...standard design, but made of Canadian maple, and a little long at about 12 and a half inches. It was also really good at charms.
"Any particular favourites?" he asked casually.

Carina nodded when Raven mentioned that she was worried. "I'll talk, later..." She said, casting her gaze towards her brother down the table. He's the only one who was suspicious of her, and he took to keeping an ear out for anything she said. She knew Raven would understand. "Tell me about the wedding plans? I'm curious..." She stated, taking a bite of her dessert. "It'll distract me for a while, plus, I wanna know the details!" She said with a sincere smile.

Draco smirked as Crabbe and Goyle walked around the corner from their Potions class. "Those two boneheads are my favorite to mess with." He said getting his wand at the ready. At nine and a quarter inches, his Grenadella and unicorn hair wand was perfect for curses. "I can't believe I ever used to hang with them. They're so dim." He said with a chuckle. "I'll take Goyle, hes on the right, if you would like to take Crabbe?" Draco said in a whisper. I'm going with Levicorpous, what about you?"
Raven nodded gravely. "I still can't believe I ever dated your brother, though we could have been sisters if he hadn't of nearly killed the entire Quidditch team." She said gagging at the thought of marrying Carina's brother. "As far a the wdding plans go, I've only made two decisions. The first is that we're getting married on St. Patrick's Day. The second is that you and Cherry will be my bride's maids. And you can't say no." Raven said with a broad smile.

"Sounds like a perfect plan." Cam said with a laugh, raising his wand and pointing it as his intended target. "On three. One, two...three!" he said. "Levicorpus." he mumbled, so Crabbe and Goyle didn't hear him. Crabbe immediately flipped upside down in midair.

Carina shrugged, she knew how her brother could be all too well. She was glad Raven wasn't dating him anymore, although, it seemed that he had moved on to Draco's ex, Pansy. "My brother is what he is, and always will be..." She stated simply before Raven spoke of the wedding. Her eyes lit up with excitement. "Ooh, St. Patrick's Day! So, I take it the bridesmaid dressess are going to be a shade of green?" She guessed, seeing as that made sense to her. "And, don't worry, I'm not going to say no!" .

Draco muttered "Levicorpous" As Cam did, and both Crabbe and Goyle turned upside down, and went up into the air at the same time. Darco fought to hold in his laughter as hard as he could.
Raven watched as Carina's brother, and Draco's ex Pansy snogged deeply for all to see "Are they trying to mke up jealous or something? It's not working." Sh turned her attention back to the wedding discussion. I'm going to let you and Candy fight over whowears green and who wears orange. I'm in white...either way it's the Irish flag." She said with a smile.

Carina ignored the fact that her brother was snogging over a bowl of pudding. "I think the orange will clash with her red hair, so I'll wear the orange." She said with a smile. "Unless Cherry insists on it." She added on. She noticed her plate was clear. "Well, I'm finished with lunch, how about you?".

"Well if she doesn't have any complaints then it'll be so." She pu the last bite of pie into her mouth, and chewed, swallowing quickly. "Yes, I'm finished eating. I still have half an hour before i have to meet Draco so where shall we go to get away from these jerks?"
((a friend of mine did my avi art smile She usually charges 100k a commission. I'm going to have her draw me and my fiancé anime style <3 ))

Carina shrugged. "I don't have a real idea, maybe out on the grounds. What do you think?" She replied, standing up and putting her bag over her shoulder..
(i've been looking for someone to draw my avi/oc combined...and 100k is in my budget for avi art!)

Raven nodded. "The grounds sound fine to me. Then I'll just meet Draco before class. I'm sure he'd like to see you since we've all been so busy with papers, and class work." She said as her plate suddenly vanished. "Shall we?"

Carina smiled. "Yes, we shall." She said, linking arms with Raven like any good friends would do. Carina made her way down through the great hall, outside, briefly catching the gaze of Neville before exiting into the entrance hall. ..

Raven laughed at how carelessly they acted around each other. She had to admit that Carina was her very best friend. Even over all the muggle friends she had in America, Carina took the cake. It could be that Raven ws the only witch in her group of American friends, but hanging but with Carina was, simply put, magical. They both saw Neville, and she waved to him from under he sleeve of her robes. She hated that they had tokeep the relationship between Carina ad Neville a secrete.

Carina lightened up and had completely forgotten about the Halloween situation since she had met up with Raven. Things would be even better if she could hang out with Neville in public, but eventually she would be able to. They walked outside into the sunlight, Carina leading them towards the black lake. "Yeah, I'm finding a way out of the whole Halloween thing. I'll go for show, but I think we convinced the Carrows that me not having the mark would be best for undercover work in Gryffindor." She started to talk, remembering the slumberparty meeting in Raven's dorm room. Raven had become her closest friend in light of this situation, something she was greatful for.
