Well, Article Four, Remus just recited in the RP. I have a list, there are ten articles, and numerous sub articles, including property ownership, relationship, and a variety of other things. It's all wonderfully racist.

And Sirius, since his return, is going to rant constantly about storming the Ministry while dragging Harry along (for Harry is a very influencial person to have on your side), and might actually do just that once or twice.
Which is why he runs the risk of getting mauled or killed by morons at the Ministry, so he's got his will all set and ready to go with instructions on what to do for a memorial service and all that jazz.
Right now it's a Party with the theme of "He had a Proper Death! Hooray!"
