I have 3 horns, a 1998 Holton Studio Brass Trumpet, a 1941 World War II Military Silver Cornet, and a hand made German Bugle. The last 2, especially the cornet, are my babies. I used to play my trumpet at military ceremonies, but now i can use my bugle and get payed xd .

I have a bach strad named twilight that I love and cherish dearly. It was my 16th 17th and 18th birthday present from my parents. She is amazing, although sometimes when we practice I get very angry at her for my incapabilities. lol

I have an old Emperor for forty years ago that my mom used but surprisingly its the best trumpet in the section. Everyone else has the new sucky Bach's...I'm getting a black Cannonball next year when I get into 9th grade! YAHZ!

haha, I'M SO CREATIVE.
We played our Symphony Orchestra concert tonight, freaking owned Capriccio Espagnol and Jupiter (Holst). Awhhh yeah. Even though I majorly F'd up a solo in Jupiter. Whatevz. haha

I started on a wrong partial. It has nothing to do with difficulty. I was asked to play that particular solo measure literally 5 minutes before our performance and was uncomfortable with the intervals. All of the other solo measures the principal trumpet asked me to play, I played perfectly.

I HAVE 1 TRUMPET NAMED TOGO. I USE TO HAVE 2 BUT I GAVE IT TO A GIRL IN BEGINNING BAND BECAUSE HER DAD WOULD NOT GET HER ONE. SHE WAS GOING TO QUIT, I COULDNT LET HER QUIT SHE WAS GOOD 4 A BEGINNER.
DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY TIPS ON HOW TO GET A MOUTHPEICE OUT OF MY TRUMPET. IT GOT STUCK WHEN MY BROTHER IN LAW THOUGHT IT WOULD BE FUNNEY TO LET HIS SONS PLAY WITH TOGO. I'VE TRIED RUNNING HOT WATER OVER IT. NO LUCK.
HELP PLEZZ....

Your band director should have a metal contraption to get it unstuck. Just ask if he/she has a mouthpiece puller.
