The Nidoran female would appear from around the bend. A smile was on her face as she seemed to be skipping a bit. Afterall, she had just have a very lucky encounter with a very handsome male.
A blush was on her face, but she stopped the moment that she saw the trainer there. Her blood went cold, the story of what had happen to the last lovey dove pair came to mind as she would literally scream.

Though the desert she was expecting to go for mile around would suddenly shimmer as the girl would find herself standing before a giant cave instead as it vanished. A huge clock embedded at it's top ...as the time read on it was different that what she knew. It would seem that instead of the path she had thought she would be traveling she was instead stuck on a much cooler journey.
A Pawniard stood at the entrance of the cavern with his arms crossed over in an X. Now, that they had her trapped in the cavern, there was no way that they would let the girl get away.
His eyes would fall upon Celeste with nothing but deadly intentions in them, but he wouldn't move an inch. If she choose to turn around and head back the path she had come from ..he wouldn't bother her.

Raven would only raise an eyebrow at the blue skinned Nidoran, oblivious as to why she was screaming. Instead of reacting to it, the boy would simply step around the Pokemon and continue toward the entrance of the cavern.((And off to work i go.))

One second, Celeste was standing in a desert, and the next, she was standing in front of a cave. Had her surroundings literally changed in a matter of seconds? And as if that confusion wasn’t enough, there was a pokemon standing in front of the cave that looked like he wanted nothing more than to kill her… She debated turning around, but there was nowhere to go. The boat was out of sight, which meant she could only go forward. Therefore, it was time for her very first wild battle. She walked up to the entrance of the cave, and faced the Pawniard. If he wanted a battle, that’s what she would give him. She called Mazu out, and waited for his reaction. Mazu ~ Squirtle, lvl2

And just as Raven prepared to leave it would seem that ...
.Celeste was preparing to enter. The Pawniard hearing her words and challenge of battle would leave his post then ..freeing him to continue onwards as he would come at the Squirtle with his full force.
Rage was there, because, he wouldn't allow any more aid to come to that devilish girl.

The girl would continue on in silences. Whether or not her challenge would be met wasn't up to her as she walks slowly towards the entrance of this place. She didn't see it directly, but she knew it couldn't be too far but she had said she wasn't running from a fight. Thus, it was easy to understand the reason why she was taking her time, she didn't want to give anyone the impression that she was running away.
The Nidorino would follow after her slowly.

Still there was nothing to stop her ...as she wondered if maybe, the cavern itself had decided that it had enough after that last fight. Animus walked behind her ...his head up as though he had caught the scent of something. Though he would quickly drop his head the moment that he was sure that it was nothing ...nothing at all ...as he looked around this place.
He saw his beloved everywhere he looked, and he couldn't help wishing that somehow ...he would see her here. That this nightmare of being captured by the creature before him ...was just that a nightmare.
Though that was wishing almost for too much.

As the young girl and her Nidorino continued forward into the cavern, they'd find that one of the many exposed gears in the wall wasn't quite what it seemed. It had a set of eyes, starring at her as she walked by. Surprisingly however, it made no attempt to contact or halt them. It just starred, eyes seeming to burrow into her skull.

"Good gosh, why are you so angry?" Celeste couldn't begin understand why the Pawniard refused to let her enter the cave and seemed so angry at her. After all, she had only just arrived on the island... She hardly had time to make enemies.
Mazu had barely managed dodged that last attack. It was now her turn to make the Pawniard sweat... She charged towards her opponent, hoping to crush some bones with her tackle.

There was of course, no getting away, but then, that was the job description of being a distraction anyway, her wings were gummed and stretched taut to the walls, looking indeed for the situation, rather like the fly in the proverbial spider's web.
But she was by no means helpless as they rushed her with poisonous attacks,I luckily her new body no longer required her wings and arms to be joined in tandem as she would bash backwards at the spiders with her claws, but she also had one sting in the tail of her own.
Or two even, that claw at the end of her tail, she grabbed at the first spider, looking to send the Joltik into the second's cross poison as she threw him!
[You serious, trying to nab me like th-] she stopped in mid sentence, as if someone were whispering to her, before she continues- [I mean, thy foolish spiders, which crawl upon not eight legs like your cousins, you seek to poison a beast summoned of the earth?!]
[Your attacks INSULT me, now feel the fires of my pride burning become realised!]
And we roared, as Burnout meanwhile behind her would open his lid, the fire already working and overflowing from his glass lamp, before it would blast the air underneath Lindbergh, rushing along the ground as she would flap - or attempt to flap - her wings, showing a shockwaved of boiling air now rushing into the path of the two loyal Joltik that remained for their leader!

The Pawniard would move his blades up to block the attack. His feet skidding backwards as he would never notice the boy exiting ..he was of course focused on this fight ..as he would push hard to try and send the Squirtle stumbling backwards and away.
His own eyes narrowed angrily at the girl's question.
Stupid in his mind, afterall, there had been a murder by a trainer inside of those walls. ONe outside of battle, so of course he was to be anger. A human had step on their laws and mashed them into the earth.
He wouldn't allow such a thing.
