miss_fawcett, who usually handles the Dueling Club, hasn't returned to take the helm. Miss Love Tantei mentioned she might try taking over but she would need assistant refs to help her with it. Plus, she's really busy right now. So if you know anyone who would be capable of handling Dueling Club, you should probably have them PM Love about it.

Junimaia Aight. Listen up, people. After looking at the Entrance Hall, I realize we should consider making changes to the format. Why? Because of:
A. Graduates. This guild can't only be about Hogwarts anymore (especially if we plan to make new subforums for Hogsmeade and other wizarding world places). ...also, I have no idea where we were going with that blank graduates post. Seriously, what were we gonna do with that, mods? Anyone? Anyone? Bueller? Chief? McCloud?

Miss Love Tantei Opinion on A. : Errr...yeah I've been meaning to ask what that post was about. I think either Icee or Angil left it there for a reason, but that reason was never relayed to us. But what could provide information about what happens after you graduate Hogwarts. Something like a "Congratulations! You've Graduated Hogwarts...now what?" kind of guide. It would help to keep these members informed and not feel the need to abandon the guild after they've passed 7th year.
Opinion on B : I have to agree with theRestless here. Its convenient for the mods if the rules are repeated in the Entrance Hall for the reasons that we ensure that new members are informed of the rules and that the mods do not get excessive PMs regarding rules already stated in the EH.
Opinion on C : The other guild positions should be posted in the EH. Maybe make a short section on post # 7 of the House Elves and Special Positions in the EH for the other positions?
Ah... I just looked what Juni's alternative of the EH. I agree with 1 & 2. FAQ should definitely be pushed to the bottom of the EH and in need of a serious face-lift. House Points and How to Earn them should be mentioned somewhere in the EH...maybe as a link to the actual info?

With the graduate post: I was originally going to do something with it when DevilsDarkAngel and mystic_emerald became a graduate. The point I wanted to do was reserve their own place because if they graduated it meant they were involved in the guild for quite a long time and deserved recognition. It also would've been the place where what grads could do and such would be posted. Angil volunteered to make better of it (and I apologize for not letting you guys know what was going on because after that I figured Angil would handle it. I reminded her once or twice)

I'm still interested in doing the Dueling Club and having some referees. So anyone interested in that should PM me about it. If time allows, I'll be able to start up the Dueling Club this coming Friday. Or more like next Friday...yeah next Friday's looking good.
@Juni: I like EH Outline #2. More thorough.

Do I still post my questions here? Or, is there somewhere else now? If this is the place, then what happens when this school year ends, does it become inactive over the sumer? I think that I joined to late to be sorted; I joined with in the past week... sad

We do have summer terms. Usually we have terms for every season. Right now Spring Term is just ending. And in May we'll have some sort of event that everybody can get in on; we'll probably have a sorting during that time too, so don't fret about joining too late to get sorted. You'll get your chance, promise! 3nodding

and your the only active mod that i know of so im sending it to you
my idea-
there should be some kind of thread or place where every one can rp their vacation liek what do they do when they arent at hogwarts school of witchcraft and wizardy? it would be for rp purposes only

I just updated the list in our common room about a week ago, so that should be able to tell you now. For future reference, if the list isn't kept up to date, just ask the Head of your House, and they should be able to tell you, or at least help you estimate sweatdrop

Do you know where everyone has gone? I mean, I know you don't know about Adonis, but what about The Slytherin head and KT weird chick? Allutain comes around occasionally.

i see some of them, online once and a while but they never really come to the guild. I know love is coming because she is doing a class. but i dont really know about the others
