She in fact, did notice Kerrigan’s little smirk as she passed by but Edith decided to use disgression and leave the incident be in case her vampiric self decided to emerge to prove that it was stronger than Kerrigan’s. Her vampiric counter part was quite egotistical and it had a dominant mind-set that made it have dominance issues where it had to prove that it was the best or strongest. The last thing they needed was her vampiric part going on a rampage or fighting Kerrigan while she was unstable and obviously in need of blood. Edith could sense Kerri’s longing for blood and it somewhat fired her own longing for it, however, right now, she wasn’t going to act upon it. She could hold it and push it a little longer, she wasn’t out fighting or anything so she would be perfectly fine if she waited a little longer. Yeah, she’d learnt in the past not to push herself to the point where she was parched, but she wasn’t parched right now, just fairly thirsty so she’d have to take care of it pretty soon. A blood pack would probably be more than enough for her since drinking other people’s blood really grossed her out still.
Edith was still positioned against the wall, her back to it and her hands over top of her knees, somewhat disguising her face. However, upon Tokeru’s entrance into the hall, she decided to get up and assure herself that he was alright, after all, Sethe had been really pissed at him and she didn’t want anything to happen to him. She held back and restrained herself from going right to him since he was talking to Skiaska and explaining to her what’d happened in his riddles that she had a hard time making out. Edith could only imagine how much more confused Skiaska was since she hadn’t been there and didn’t know the actual story and here Edith was struggling almost as much to understand him when she already knew what had happened. She continued to hold back, allowing Tokeru and Skiaska their space in order to talk and figure things out, she didn't want to interfere, that and she was afraid that Tokeru wasn’t going to be able to see or hear her again. That’d been the most painful part of the whole ordeal for her, she’d been right in front of him and it’d taken five or more people injured or killed before he’d come to realize that she was actually there. She’d held herself together well enough and she’d continue to do so now even though she wanted nothing more than to just cry in Tokeru’s arms and make sure he knew he wasn’t alone.
When she heard Tokeru asking about her, she decided that she’d approach him now and let him know that she was there and that she was perfectly fine. “Angel,” she said softly to Tokeru with a saddened smile that was pretty faint, “I’m right here. I’ve been waiting for you. Are you alright? You’re not hurt are you?” She came up to him and embraced him gently, checking him over for wounds, making sure that he wasn’t hurt very badly. “Maybe you should rest up,” she suggested to him, “you took a pretty bad beating from Kiriyama and Sethe so you might want to rest so you have your energy back.” Yeah, she knew that he was going to answer her in riddles that she’d more than likely have a difficult time decoding but she was willing to at least try to understand them. Even though Tokeru was very different, she wasn’t about to give up on him just because he’d made a few mistakes. She knew just how much pain he’d been through and it made her want to sob for him. However, she felt that those tears would never be shed because she didn’t want to upset Tokeru and make him think he’d done something wrong.
Yeah, her psychic powers had become much more powerful these past six months, but she still wasn’t strong enough to see why the experiments had been performed on Tokeru or what they were doing to them. She could only see them externally what they’d done to him and she knew that he’d been through far too much all alone. As opposed to saying anything else, really, she just stood there and embraced him, letting him know that she was there, but even more so than that, letting herself know that he was there. Six months had been far too long, she’d given up hope and had thought that he was dead and then she’d happened to come upon him by chance and find him. He was different, but he still had some things about him that were from the Tokeru she’d fallen in love with. She was going to try her best to help Tokeru return to his normal self but if he didn’t, she wasn’t going to abandon him, she’d stay with him and make sure that he was alright. Right now, she just hoped that he could see and hear her. “I love you, Tokeru,” she whispered softly, holding him more tightly now, more protectively as if she were afraid of losing him.

Kiriyama smiled."No I dont.I.....went a little crazy. I had to just to survive."He said smiling at her."I dont get what Tokeru is saying either. It kind of creaps me out."He leaned over to Ski and kissed her on her lips."Im sorry if I worried you and Leo love."

James walks out of the infirmary. He see the huntress he saw in the ruins."Hey you ok?"

Tokeru smiled, and brushed Edith's hair out of her face. "Dove cares too much for the bear, the bear isn't deserving of care. Bear can take care of himself. But dove cares, and the beast loves."
He kissed her lightly on the lips, and hugged her back.

Edith turned to James for a moment, not daring to let go of Tokeru, fearing that she'd somehow never see him or speak to him again. She was afraid that she was going to lose him, that he wouldn't be able to see her if she let him go. It was quite true that she was now afraid to let Tokeru be on his own, but she also wanted to be with him. She still loved him whether or not he was the same Tokeru, she knew that he had the same heart, he just seemed bashed up from his torture. The very thought of Tokeru being tortured was enough to make her tremble with anger and that's exactly what she did while holding Tokeru. However, she steadied herself and finally brought herself to speak to James. "Yeah, I'm fine," she informed him nonchalantly. "How about you? You didn't get too badly injured, did you?"
Seeing Tokeru smile again just hit Edith really hard and she melted at the sight of his sweet smile. However, she soon frowned upon hearing his riddle-like speech, which, she actually understood this time. She'd come to realize that he referred to her as 'Dove' and in his speech, he was referring to himself as 'Bear' and 'Beast'. "Dove cares a hell of a lot for the Bear and he more than deserves the Dove's care. The Dove knows well that the Bear can take care of himself but the Dove is weak herself and needs her Bear. She loves the Bear very much and doesn't want anything to happen to him."
She, of course, kissed Tokeru back and continued to hold onto him.

Tokeru smiled once more, and fell asleep. His legs collapsed and his chin slammed into Edith's shoulder. Held up only by Edith's arms, he began to snore.

Skiaska smiled in relief and gave him a gentle kiss back. "Leo was a little scared, and I should go back and tell him everything is going to b okay. He bit me pretty hard to wake me up. He's gonna be a real fighter when he's grown."

Kiriyama smiled and got stood next to her."I told you he has a hell of a bite on him. I know from experiance. And apparantly you know now to. When he grows.....he will probly be the next Omega Hunter or Leader of the Hunters."

Edith smiled, returning Tokeru's smile, grateful that he was there, alive, and back to his senses from what she'd seen. He no longer registered allies as threats and he was now able to see her and he'd even been giving a guilt talk about how she cared for him too much and how he could take care of himself. Yup, that definitely sounded like her old Tokeru, she missed his jokes and his laughter that she shared with him greatly, but any part of her Angel salvaged for her, she was more than eternally grateful for. Perhaps he just needed some time before he'd be back to how he used to be, it took a while sometimes, she knew.
As she held Tokeru in her arms, somewhat more motherly now than desperately, she picked up his legs and held him like he was some overgrown child. She rocked him gently, hoping that moving him hadn't awakened him, though she left his chin on her shoulder, not wanting to move him around too much. Once again, she turned to James as he spoke, seeing him rub his shoulder just in time to raise her eyebrows at him, one of those looks that said "Yeah, sure you're not that bad". "Lemme take a look, what happened to your shoulder?" Momentarily, she disregarded James' question, after all, Tokeru was asleep, he wasn't going to be much of a threat unless he started sleep walking or thrashing about.
"Tokeru?" she asked rhetorically, turning to look at him snoring away on her shoulder. "Yeah," she assured him with a tired smile, "he's safe now. He was just really confused and disoriented before but he should be fine now. I'm going to pick something up from Gail and then I'm gonna bring him back to my apartment so he can have a proper rest." She would have considered inviting James along but for one thing, she hardly knew the guy, second thing, he probably wouldn't want to come because of Tokeru, and third, Sethe would rip off his head if he left while his orders were still issued. She, however, being a Shadow Stalker no longer had to go by the Hunter's issued orders unless she was put in a team mixed with them and wasn't appointed the leader of the team.

Skiaska shrugged. "Maybe one day. If we even survive that long.." With a sigh, she stood and helpe him up. "C'mon. Let's go comfort the pup. He should still-" A blur whipped by and attatched itself to her middle. With a huff, she fell over. "SHOULD still be in the room." Ski groaned a bit.

Kiriyama smiled."Have to get used to that huh?"He picked her off the ground and had both of them in his arms."Lets head back to our room." He said smiling as he carried his wife and child to there room.

he stepped slowly into the general area's, noting the vampire as another new arrival, looking around, he didnt immediatly spot anyone so he turned his attention on the vampire, his white robes shifting silently as he walked, the only sound the clacking of his wooden sandals on the floor
his hands were hidden in the folds of his sleeves, elbow resting on the hilt of his katana, its black sheath and wrapping a stark contrast to his white silk robes.
"so you claim to be a traitor to the vampire race? tell me, why should i not take you for a spy, or some form of assassin? what proof do we have that your story is valid?"
