Phia made no move to stop him as he grabbed her and slammed her against a tree, she deserved it all and she knew that. Even as she watched him leave, tears formed in her eyes, one hit his hand as he stroked her cheek. She was mourning the loss of their relationship, it had been wonderful, and great. It was her fault that it was gone now. That it was over and she felt horrible for hurting him, something she never wanted to do. All traces were gone from the mansion of her existance save the children obviously. Her things had vanished from their places, as she took one last look at the mansion and stepped into the shadows, leaving the place behind. She wanted dearly to explain to Aria and to see her son but Aria's anger was a good indication that she didn't want to see Phia. Devon was smart, but he wouldnt understand and she didnt want to ruin his happiness just yet.

Aria burst into tears as she felt her parents leave from the place that was once home. Her mother no doubt returning to that b*****d and her poor father, she wasn't sure where he went.

"I hate her.....I hate her so much for ruing our family..." She said into Aethi's shoulder. Aethi would kill the woman if she weren't her mother. But the pain of being utterly abandoned by the woman was harsh, at least that's what it felt like. Phia wouldn't truly leave her children, ever.

Appearing in the entry hall of his mansion, Draeken glanced around quickly before moving towards the main staircase. Various memories floated through his mind, but for the most part he ignored them. His death. His children. Various visitors. Phia. He paused for a moment, shook his head and laughed quietly to himself before continuing up the stairs. He could sense that at least two people were in the building as well as himself. He moved quickly, but quietly towards the library, where he knew them to be.

Aethi: With Devon in her lap, Aethi softly read a story to the young child. He seemed to like it when she read to him, though he was getting proficient at reading on his own. In mid sentence though she paused as Devon had stopped paying attention and was staring at the door. "What is...?" She stopped her words as she then felt it. Draeken was coming towards the door, but he felt...odd. "Oh! Looks like your daddy is home!" Just then the door opened and Draeken stood there smiling at the two of them. Devon seemed slightly shy for a moment but then slid down from Aethi's lap and walked over to Draeken. Looking up at him, Devon just blinked a couple times before hugging his fathers legs.

D: Kneeling down he wrapped his arms around his son and spoke softly to him. "I've missed you. Have Aethi and Ari been taking good care of you?" Devon would nod quietly, still hugging him.

Aethi: "It's good that you're home. Perhaps I shouldn't ask, but where have you been?" Aethi was looking at Draeken calmly, but also with a great deal of curiosity present in her eyes. Her breath caught however when Draeken looked up at her and she noticed his two different colored eyes. "What...?"

D: "I'll tell you a bit of what's happened recently. But later." He smiled crookedly at her before turning his attention back to his son.

Draeken smiled as Aria arrived and hugged him. He wrapped one arm around her as well. "I've missed you as well. All three of you." Inhaling deeply for a moment he contemplated whether or not to tell the whole story or just tidbits. "To make a long story short, I thought of a possible way to regain power. I based my idea loosely on how my ancestor got his abilities, races, and powers built up within him. His was all mere accident, however and sloppy. Because though, of his ability to easily integrate other races and their abilities to himself, I thought perhaps I could as well." He grinned then in a sly, yet wicked manner. "And it worked."

Looking to his right, Draeken raised an eyebrow. Now this was interesting, he thought. A visitor? "It appears someone has come to pay us a visit. Can't tell who it is, however." Shrugging, he took his arms from his daughter and his son and smiled. "I'm going to go meet them. You all should stay here. Though likely you'll follow me anyway."

Nodding to Erike he turned and walked from the door, not hesitating in the least. He was quite curious to see who exactly was barging into his home.

Viper, realizing she had been found out, decided that a straight out confrontation would be the only way to get the answers she was seeking. She walks in the direction of this being, spinning her twin double ended serpent blades in her hands.

Are you him?! Are you the source of these energies? Yes, I can tell that you are. Such an abundant well of power flows from you, you have to be him.

Viper smiled with delight at the thought that her search was over. Her eyes were fixed on Draeken, vicious intent in her soul.

Is this your family? How nice to see what you have created for yourself.

Don’t play with me!!! You know exactly who I am and why I’m here!!!

Viper un tucked the end of her razor whip and let it fall to the floor, with the handle still clipped to her belt, it looked as if she had a razor edged tail.

You have the answers im looking for, you are the reason I exist!!!

Viper began walking slowly twords Dreaken. Pain and hate in her eyes. She griped her blades tight and ran both thumbs along their edge. A red green blood poured out from the cuts and onto her fists, energy pulsating from it.

WHY!!!!!

Viper lunged forward attempting to slice at Dreakens chest, from right to left with the bottom edge of her right blade. She would also swing up to his ribs from below with her left blade.

Aria stayed relaxed holding her girlfriend's hand, a smirk on her lips upon hearing the girl's comment. She looked out at the fight with her father's gaze and marked the moves of both her father and the woman, who had quite the deal of faults as she watched her.

"She fights with agression and it commands her." She said casually to her lover.
