A logical observation, though my Arancarr fandom is more directed towards Grimmjow, the guys a badass! On that note I actually plan to bring in my favorite OC, a Vizard. I may even pull my old Bounto out of the archives if earth gets more activity.
That's a real bummer. The minor OCD in me is cringing at the incomplete Espada lol

Yes, division 12 is still open and we only have 5 Espadas +1 Fraccion :T I don't know too much about Vizards so what info I can give you are the info found in the faction thread. I would suggest you direct your questions to Aaron.

Firstly, Would you allow a Vizard who made the transformation from Shinigami without the virus? Essecially having an inner demon birthed within his soul from a corruption which had gone unchecked until finally blooming into a full fleged inner hollow? A sort of natural transformation rather than a manipulation by outside sources?
Secondly, Has there been a 12th Taicho (NPC or otherwise) in the seat since the last one was killed during the Vizard incident? This would decide if I try to toss my 12th Taicho character in or not.

There was a 12th division captain, but he didn't stay long and his character history was never finished so pretty much everything is up to you if you decide to take up that position :T If you want to find some of his old posts/threads, look up "Roka Fukunaga" in the Archived Threads subforum.

Hmm. I suppose I would be okay with it, but you would be the only one. It would be a purely a history aesthetic, if you catch my drift.
Edit: You will be able to be a Shinigami who sort of undergoes his transformation in secret. If you get caught with hollowification, you will be jailed in the 10th Division. Also, your RPC's age no longer has the 1000+ restriction in that case.
There... was a 12th Division RPC, but I don't know of his current situation.

I have just finished the Bio section of Domon's profile. I will post what I have now and give you the link, Please keep an open mind, as this character has been aged and carved into the masterpiece he is after 5+ years of role-playing him actively in various settings. Another friendly budge to remind you guys that you attempted to make Vizards. Note, that this is not the first, but second time I have tried to resuscitate your appetite for finishing the profiles.
Your Vizard is currently a skeleton. Please attempt to finish said skeleton and produce a profile.
I realize you may be busy, but your last attempt at said profile was over two weeks. I doubt it takes that long to at least do an update.
Please understand, respectfully, by failing to produce a profile you are not only harming your own roleplay but the roleplay as a whole as you are a valuable asset to activity and storyline.

Yeah that's a common problem in bleach guilds I've noticed, keeping enough literate people active to fill all the power positions.
...Speaking of which I noticed the 7th division has become open 3nodding

Hmm I can't finish Niwa's Profile right now as it would be to difficult to write it all out on an IPad but hopefully a relative will be lending me a laptop until mine gets fixed but anyways.
I'm only going to be giving Tsuri one power in the subplot which is manipulation of a Plant's movement and the speed it grows at.
