"Well..." Minoru asked politely, "Would you mind telling me where you got one of those things? I'd like to get one sometime." Minoru was slightly afraid to ask what he wanted, but he knew he had to ask eventually. "Also... Could you show me that clone thing? I saw someone else do it and I wanted to see someone of your ability use it." Minoru was completely sincere in his request. He truly was in awe of Moku-sama. "If you're too busy I have other things to do I just wanted to know if you'd let me see it." Minoru truly felt stupid asking someone so powerful to show him something so basic. Still he had no one else around and it wasn't like he had asked Moku-sama to train him or anything.

Moku stared at the boy, he had asked moku that if he could see the clone jutsu. “ the Bushin no jutsu?...sure I don’t see why not.” Of course Moku knew the jutsu every student learns it in the academy. “ if I do you have to get some work done afterwards.” Simply putting his hands together Moku performed the technique. In a puff of smoke five clones appeared each looking exactly like Moku himself. After a good thirty seconds of just standing there each clone disappeared. It was a simple matter for Moku to do the bushin no jutsu since it was a beginner jutsu. “ there ive done the jutsu now you should get to your training.” Moku still didn’t really understand why Minoru wanted to see the jutsu but he didn’t really care himself. Moku wondered what the kid would do now.
Bunshin no Jutsu: This is a basic technique taught to ninja at an academy. In certain years, Ninja are required to know this jutsu in order to advance to the Genin level. Bunshin no Jutsu creates one or more clones of the user, which can be used as a means to create a diversion, distraction, or cause confusion. Unlike Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Art of the Shadow Doppelganger), these illusory clones will simply disappear if come into contact, thus, they are without substance, and cannot do anything to damage the opponent. Cp cost: 1 pt. per bunshin. Damage: N/A Requirements: Academy students learn it on the academy as a basic jutsu. Training days: Academy. Chakra control check DC: 5 per bunshin. Special: Can create 1 per 5 points in Chakra control. Up to 5 bunshin can be created. *The user assigns a number 1 through 6 to themselves and each of their clones indivudually. The attacker rolls a 6 sided die to see what they hit. The Intelligence check DC to see through an attacker's bunshin is the 1/2 the attacker's int mod + half the attacker's chk mod.

Rhaim nodded approvingly as Conan tore the rope free of the three boys and let it fall to the ground before them. Without wasting any time the young Nara began stretching his arms and rubbing his wrists and forearms. He was glad that the three of them were able to work together so efficiently that they took down the first part of nawanuke training is a fairly short amount of time. The boy however was no about to rejoice since he knew that the knot that Moku had made was a very simple one and that he would likely make something much more complicated for their second go. Continuing to crack his neck and stretch Rhaim spoke up, "Well way to go Cone. If I ever get tied up in a rope for real I hope it's with you and Kazu! At least I know now that the three of us at least stand somewhat of a chance."

Moku before Moku could watch Minoru begin his next training exercise Moku herd a shout of joy behind him. Turning around Moku saw that the three some had broken free of the knots he had tied. Before any of them could celebrate or get any proper rest Moku went over and said” you got out once but your not done you should still have to get out twice more.” Moku took the rope again and started tying the three together again. This time Moku made it a harder by tying just there wrists. He intertwined the rope so it would go around each one of their wrists and all meet in the center for another knot that he would tie together. Finishing the knot Moku said “ there now try again.” Moku figured that they must of worked pretty well together if they were able to get out that easily.

Minoru needed to find a way to make the Bushin no Jutsu work. Of course it wasn't as easy as it looked; the last two training sessions were proof of that. The first thing that Minoru needed to do was form the handseals needed to control his chakra. This part was absolutely critical if he planned to get farther as a ninja. Taking a deep breath and trying to relax his body, he attempted to reform the first seal, the "Tiger." Minoru prayed that the seals worked and they didn't fail miserably like last time. It was one thing to mess up a hand sign, it was quite another to mess up a Jutsu. These were dangerous skills to be learning for someone with no chakra control. Minoru wondered if this was the first step towards learning how to control his chakra effectively.

"First one down," thought Minoru as he moved on to the boar sign. The first sign had gone off without a hitch and he hoped the other signs were just as easy to accomplish. Considering that this was supposed to be the easy part of the Jutsu, Minoru didn't want to mess up here. Doing so would cost him valuable time and energy. He really didn't want to take up the majority of his time trying to get the first part accomplished when it was the second part that mattered. If his luck held out and he preformed the way he was supposed to, everything would go his way and Minoru would be one step closer to becoming the ninja he always wanted to be.

Rhaim spread out his hands wide as the rope was tied around his wrists so that once the knot was comlete and he relaxed he'd have enough working room to manipulate the rope behind him. Once Moku was finished with his work and stepped away from the boys Rhaim began twisting his wrists as much as he could in order to determine what he had to work with. Confident that being the shortest boy in the group he should not focus on the knot in the center, the Nara placed his attention on pushing his hands in towards the center of the three of them and trying to dig some space in between Conan's wrists and the ropes. Staring ahead of himself the entire team, "Cone, you and the Uchiha are taller so you have longer hands. It'll be up to you guys to undo the knot in the middle. I'll try to loosen your guys wrists as much as I can while you work."

Conan barely had anytime to do anything before he found himself tied together again with the two boys. Conan felt the ropes were tighter this time and sighed “ aww and I was ready to give out high fives…okay Rhaim-Rhaim ill work on it, say Rhaim-Rhaim you seam to know a lot about how to get untied…is it knowledge or something else?" Conan paused as he stuck out his tongue and fielded with the knot a bit. “ and just because were taller then you doesn’t mean we have longer hands. It means we have longer arms. Did you guys know that if you put your arms straight out and measure from one tip of your hand to the other that’s how tall you are?” Conan was talking about random trivia. It made no sense other then he fact that in involved a body parts and height but maybe that was enough for Conan to go off in that direction.

It seemed the hand signs weren't the hardest part of this assignment. Using his chakra had been harder than he had first anticipated, and although he felt like he could do this with a reasonable amount of effort it still felt like Minoru was getting nowhere fast. It really sucked to fail so often as a rookie; it was the kind of thing that made you wonder about your path in life. Sure Minoru had a role model in Moku-sama; the man was nice enough to show him how to do things and help him out when he was struggling. The thought made Minoru think back to the rubix cube debacle... It was not a fun thing to think about. It was actually quite shameful to have that many problems in Minoru's eyes. The little thing was so simple to solve now, and yet it had been the most annoying object he had ever seen. Maybe it was supposed to be a lesson that if you worked hard, you would reap the rewards later. Only time would tell as Minoru tried making the "Boar" seal again.

Yet again it was the hand signs that screwed him over. Maybe Minoru should have gone to practice them a bit before he tried to make more of himself. Of course that raised the question: would making more of himself allow him to learn faster? Two heads were better than one, and five heads were better than two. That was assuming of course that they weren't all on one body. Even so, they still were just copies of him. They probably couldn't know more than what he already knew, but then how did they act on their own? Were they controlled remotely by the user of the Jutsu? These were all things that were on Minoru's mind as he tried to get the second handseal to work with his chakra yet again.

This was rapidly turning into a disaster as Minoru couldn't get the simplest of hand signs to work. Was he really cut out to be a ninja? Perhaps he wasn't and that would be proven if he failed the Genin exam. He really hoped he wouldn't fail that, he had a mission to accomplish in his life and there wasn't much he could do without becoming a ninja. The best plan of action was to stay focused and not dwell too much on the past failures. Minoru tried to figure out if there were any differences from when he succeeded and when he failed. Maybe he wasn't holding his hands in the exact position? Minoru adjusted his hands slightly and tried managing his chakra again.

Well it wasn't the way Minoru had been positioning his hands, since that hadn't changed anything he had been doing. Maybe he wasn't standing correctly? It was an odd thing to think about but maybe there was a way to stand that would allow him to better manage his chakra. He tried standing the way he had seen Moku-sama do it, and had second thoughts about trying this. When he tried to focus, he ended up focusing more on how he was standing, instead of what he was doing. After getting in position, Minoru tried to focus his chakra into the seal once again. Perhaps this was the key required to manage his chakra, almost like how the algorithms were part of the Rubix cube's secret.

Minoru had been closer to getting it that time, he was sure of it. He tried to visualize how Moku-sama looked when he was performing it. Maybe he was posed a certain way? Minoru didn't think that was it, but maybe there was some sort of special thing that you were supposed to think about while trying to perform the Jutsu. Minoru had met monks on his travels that spoke about visualizing rivers and things as they preformed there fighting styles. Maybe he had to think about leaves blowing in the wind or something? It was the village "hidden in the leaves" after all. They would probably need a very big leaf in order to hide the village, since it had gotten pretty large since its founding. Minoru tired to block that out and attempted to visualize leaves in the wind as he attempted the second seal yet again.

Well that was another failure, and it was another blow to Minoru's ego. He hoped that he would have been finished the hand signs by now at least. He figured that the biggest problem was that he wasn't focusing enough. Although he had imagined something peaceful, it wasn't close enough to what he was doing. Minoru figured that if he thought about nothing, even for a split second, he would have complete concentration. Thus he would succeed and be that much closer to what he wanted to accomplish. It wasn't like he was trying anything new, Minoru was just trying to tweak what he had done until it worked. It was entirely possible that he would just be going further and further in the wrong direction like he had been in the past, but there was no turning back now after all. Minoru tried to make his mind blank for a few seconds as he attempted the second seal yet again.
