Lilith's fun was stunted by some guy showing up and speaking to them. She huffed out a breath and turned to him, folding her arms just under her chest and emphasizing her breasts. "What makes you think that you'd be invited to that party, sweetie?" Lilith playfully asked as she sauntered over to Chase and plucked the cigarette out of his mouth. She took a single drag on it before blowing it it towards the white haired guy. She was about to continue speaking to him when the romance drama between Alistair and the zombie girl caught her attention. Lilith absentmindedly handed Chase his cigarette back. "Unrequited love; the worst and most painful kind." Of course Lilith herself had never experienced it. Love that was. Everyone lusted after her sure, but never loved her. Maybe one day, but this succubus in particular did not care for it. She did not need love, only servitude. She patted on Chase's shoulder in thanks for the cigarette before turning back to Nox. "Though I do have to say, this one here has a pretty good idea." Lilith said flirtatiously. She smirked and winked at Nox before turning back to Chase. "Are you one of the latest mindless peons or have you been around for a bit? I'm Lilith by the way, Lilith Odam." She offered to Chase, suddenly aware of a very anime looking fellow walking straight towards her. She listened to his offer and slowly arched an eyebrow as he spoke. An apprentice? What was this guy expecting. Lilith didn't even know the guy. For all she knew he could be some sort of serial rapist. She pursed her lips at the offer of the roses and looked Kumori straight in the eyes. "Oh, thank you. But I'm not looking for a master right now." Lilith said firmly. She had this thing about being put in a corner. She placed a hand on his shoulder as if consoling him. Lilith turned and let her hand drop to her side. No succubus needed a retainer these days and Lilith was intent on forging her own path. Being an apprentice was a lot of 'yes manning' and following order after order. She wasn't really down for that.
With that out of the way Lilith turned back to Nox and gave her a really blank stare. What the hell was wrong with her? Had there ever been a more awkward succubus to have been born on this planet. Lilith had heard of their male brethren not really being sure of their power, but a succubus always seemed to just know these things. It was almost as if Nox was dropped on her head. Luckily she was super cute, so Lilith wouldn't give up on her just yet. What was an enigma right now was what Nox was looking for. Happy? There were plenty of things that made Lilith happy. Sex, drugs, and rock and roll of course. What else was there to want? "Sweetie, you have all the power. It's inside of you." Lilith said as she dramatically swept her hands over her body. The looks, the confidence, the aura, it was a triumvirate of awesome. Before she could continue to explain, something odd started happening. When the lights began to flicker Lilith looked around to see what was going on. A dumb name and bad up-keeping? What the hell type of facility was this place? The explosion at the entrance made Lilith's body tense. Was there an attack right now? She quickly gazed around and realized that they would be perfectly fine. There was like nine people who looked like they could hold their own. When the screams came, Lilith was suddenly unsure. But when the enemies reared their ugly heads Lilith let out a laugh. Ghouls? Easy. Necromancers could summon these babies on a whim. They were weak-sauce and Lilith was confident. She took a step back and reached for her scythe, twirling it about before placing the butt of the staff onto the ground. Lilith waited for the first ghoul to run towards her, reaching out with blind eyes and decomposing hands. She briefly thought of the similarities between these suckers and Alistair's girlfriend before grabbing her staff with two hands and slashing the thing in two.

Radek Nekerat The Vampire Weapons Expertl ╔══════════════╗
Radek watched as Kumori took out a nice set of the ghouls before he held out his right hand. Kumori had done more damage to the ghouls than Radek could do with a Katana, shows him how good becoming an Adept would be. "Phantom Blade!" He shouted before summoning up a strange looking weapon, it was a rather long blade, but with three handles to hold it all together. Radek was holding a bladed Bo Staff before he enhanced his body with more energy. He was quick to move in quickly and slash off a few of the Ghoul's head with his accurate eye sight, finding the weakness due to the softest part on the neck. "I wouldn't underestimate these creatures!" He yelled to the trainee known as Lilith as he soon moved back to beside Kumori. "They may seem weak, but they can overwhelm us with shear numbers." He told her in a scolding voice as he noticed a few getting close as he used the Iron Pole of his to vault kick a set of Ghouls down, crushing one of their heads with his direct weight focused on his leg.

Lord of Dark Weaponry
The Lycan stared quietly as 'Red' came through. First through a vehicle that did not exist, while wearing shoes that did not exist as well. Her feet must've hurt, but you know, so did Brydent's. These Frontawear boots were mad thirsty for some arch support, and his wallet was not happy to provide that. He didn't care much, though. Irritation and pain weren't much for him. The armor beneath the heel was of the most importance, and armor was annoying and uncomfortable no matter which way you geared to look at it. Some men spent their entire lives trying to find the perfect fit, and they shaped themselves into their suit. Brydent only rather enjoyed a fashionable steel, so as long as it didn't rip through the seams of his shirt, he was content. His contentedness, of course, was tested when he could hear the dramatics of Alistair and Red. Suddenly she wanted something. He didn't know what, as she seemed to only speak it in her mind. Marriage, then after, was what he learned she wanted.
Marriage. That was a cold vine that tied people together, that sapped the lives out of them until they forgot of their individuality. He could not condone it, or he would be another of the masses that hungered for it. Unlike many thirsts, when it was quenched, you would not be happy. You wouldn't be anything at all. That was what Brydent thought of the vows. The only marriage he needed was with his pack, as that was something far more meaningful than the vanity of some rings.
Some monsters came, but he smelled them before they arrived. It was not until they encroached upon the barricades, though, that he struck. Living in Pronta, a land close to the monster-infested Val'Ghast, he had seen and known many beasts. They were common here as well, though only out in the cold deep trenches. Nocturne's people were strong, and so only the strongest of monsters could pose a threat. He did not encounter these monsters, and if he did, he was assured an icy death. These ones, they were small fries. He swiped his sword forward, as he leaped into the fray. Wind coated around it, and the 'triumvirate' became a reality. It covered the ends of the blade. He swung first at the ghoul, removing its upper half. Then, both hammer and shield descended onto him, and broke it apart. He knelt down to avoid a blow from the back, then turned his posture and blade to the side, striking upwards. The ghoul before him felt his life fade, then Brydent brought his blade down vertically. Dead, another.
He continued to work through them, his superior senses making him even more lethal in the close combat that they desired. His strength ensured that each slice would kill at least one ghoul, sometimes more. In the end, he had slain a whole twelve of them. He held his tower shield in front of him, staring into the remnants of the masses. "Hm," he started. "It's almost as if there's some outside force compelling us with plot convenience."

Pain. That was all he could see in the woman's eyes. Something that would have normally brought happiness brought despair simply because Alistair had ideals too different from this woman. She wanted proof that he loved her, and he thought that was unnecessary. The only proof she needed was his touch. She was the only one who really knew him... well, apparently not. She was stuck in a bridal fantasy whereas Alistair really only needed to be asked if he loved her. That was all that was needed. If she needed more, he couldn't give that to her. He gave her everything, just not this. When he heard a crashing noise, a loud growl escaped his lips. Whoever was playing jokes picked an extremely bad time to play them. The king was tired of warning people away from this building, obviously it was time to employ one of Fenrir's tactics. Just as he moved to see what was going on, several ghouls swarmed the courtyard. They swarmed his trainees, attempting to pick them off while they were weak. But as he saw Lilith kill her first ghoul, he smirked. If the newest trainee could kill one of these things, then the others would be fine. That wasn't to say the king wasn't going to do anything. As soon as the man saw the first ghoul head over to him, immediately his arms engulfed itself in azure flames before focusing into small points on his finger tips. As soon as he raised his hands, all ten 'missiles' fired at the ghouls. Being so small, it was probably something that most wouldn't care about. But upon touching them, the missiles all exploding with the force of C4. Seeing that there were endless amounts of the creatures, Alistair knew he couldn't stop there. He had to end it. No one else in the CAZ was strong enough to end it all in one go yet. Even then, not many people had skills that could affect several targets. So he realized there was only one skill that could end it. *Eternal Darkness*. As soon as the thought came to mind, two shadowy spheres formed in his hands, which he then devoured in a matter of seconds. As soon as they passed his lips, a bloodred aura began to eminate from his body. The aura rapidly expanded to cover the entire courtyard, reducing visibility. A shrill scream pierced the ears of every living thing in the area. The man's shadow began to grow, not just in size. "I'm through with playing games." Shadows began to pour out from his own shadow, pouring into the area, seeking an enemy to tear apart. In just 3 seconds, there were more Shadows than there were ghouls, yet more poured out, hacking and slashing at every ghoul they could find. It wouldn't take long for the shadows to finish their job, and yet Alistair kept them all here, knowing that perhaps a few stragglers would appear or even something bigger.

In the nether of that etherous span from whence the world was drawn to a close and was opened again. It simply was. As though it had never been anything but. In a blink it transpired. The event within the momentous fall and rise again of her eyelids as she saw in his eyes what he saw within her in blazing, shuddering, perfect memory. Like a hot flash of cold shivers up her spine, or oil in the pan of her mind aflame. A spiraling verse spells his name. Her name. Their names in prosaic fashion as the breath of a dawning understanding courses like liquid fire through his mind like a dead thing brought back to life. Elucidate twists of coruscate spears like burning embers upon dry parchment ignite between the walls of the world and compel the wayfarer forth through the door he created for her from his very thinking.
Who could say why it was here and not there?
Where the world would have plucked the clinging pieces of them from before or bethen or after or first or last had they been more brazen in their unknown exploration of the great thoroughfares of their mutual, joined fate. In what way they may have come to find one another had it not been this way. Even if they paid for it in the blood of every life they could ever live. Even if it meant the death of all and everything they were and would ever have been.
All of it was for the singular hope of a sliver of an impossible, implausible chance.
Here and now, it wasn't pain he wroth but disappointment, one that she is fine stomaching. He didn't want marriage, that was obvious but did it deter him in her eyes? No, all was just as it had been and ever was. His choice was made long ago. His die was cast before he even knew her. Before she even entered upon his life seeking freedom as only she who was trapped in the lies of the old worlds creaking cages could know the value of seeking. She was his regardless of title, she already told him that. She needed no proof, not really, she wouldn't be in this very place, with this man, if she needed validation. She already knew. Even as he opened her cage with every life examined and lived and died… Even as he released her from the bindings of her name and wrote himself upon her very existence. Her every existence in every reality across every scale of time and space. He had bound himself to her. Tamer. He had rode the truth of them all the way to the freedom of a prison of her choosing.
No sooner had the lights flickered that chaos ensued. NOW. This was when they struck their token. Paid the toll. Met in flesh beneath the wiry fabric of the worlds shifting, patchwork puzzle and set fire to the whole damn thing with truth coursing in their pulsing veins.
"Tch."
It was almost comical to her, ******** ghouls... It felt like the blinds over her eyes being opened to peer out across the Caz and deep into places where the truth beneath the truth lived. Brought to bear like some creeping sensation of crushing loss mixed with certain death mixed with absolute ecstasy of certainty. It rose and fell and ebbed and flowed and filled and emptied her very heart with the musings that turned up her lips. Gone was the shroud of green irises and in their wake, the bloodthirsty pools with tobacco stained spheres. It was comical, all the bravo of swordsmanship, the trainee cutting them down like hay stalks of some time long before this, and she was bathed in darkness and knew plenty well that ghouls did not stop. Their numbers can be boundless and they did not grow tired unlike the people that clung to their bouts of fortitude. Her eyes closed if only but a second, an immeasurable speck of time to the overall plot. It was all she needed before her steel form was activated and she was awakened.
Red discarded the jacket off into a corner, then her boots with ricocheting thuds in the coalition of screams, voices, and commands. All of which meant nothing because somewhere in her, she knew that this was the beginning. It was just foreplay, not that she wanted to reach that climax either. But she still knew. Her hands contorted faces, twisting off the putrid pus filled appendages with ease, her digits were coated not only in black blood but a concoction of acid. Nails dripping with the poisonous chemical that could cleave away at dead matter.
The Feral would still stay in the vicinity of Alistair but someone needed to close the doors or else they'd just continue to pour in. There was also the matter of WHO controlled these waves of walking dead, probably one bitchass necromancer. Instead of dashing through the mob, because ghouls never fight one on one, she would use the system of rafters to move above them, picking them off like fish in a barrel.
When Jace came to the CAZ he grinned. The CAZ was under attack from ghouls. It was quite the pleasant surprise. Here he was expected some tedious boring training but now he had a much more entertaining task. "Aww, finally something interesting happens in the CAZ and I didn't get invited to the party..." By the time he was finished speaking he had drawn his shotguns and began blasting away ghouls. There were so many he didn't have to aim very carefully. He also took in at a glance the others who were there. The king, Red, Radek, two new guys, two new girls, the white haired guy Jace could only remember seeing once before, and the diabolus that was chewing on an arm the first time he got there.
Not wasting energy on skills just yet as there were plenty of people to handle the threat easily, he emptied the magazines from his shotguns having taken out approximately 10 of the puss filled abominations before he ran out and traded his shotguns for his pistols. He was glad to have been a part of this. He always preferred a little bit of action to the tedium of training. his pulse quickened as the adrenaline began to kick in.

The dibalous would remain quite until the explosions would be heard echoing through out the CAZ. It would be awake up call for him, as his he knew that e would have to snap out of whatever hell state he was in. Turning around to the start hear the grunting and panting of feet, a horde of ghouls would have seemed to start pouring through the other entrance. They seemed like beasts, rather than humanoid beings. They simply trampled those that got in their way, and swarmed to whom ever was closest to them. It was choas, but rather entertaining choas at that. The diablous would start to reach for his longsword but would soon stop as the frontal groups would seem to have everything under control even with the one man sending some form of shadows towards them. He would not remain still for very long as the howls and grunts of ghouls would be heard coming from his end. Demacus would back up for a moment wondering how in the hell so many of these beings were able to get into the city. The noise had grown louder as they had drawn closer and the disablous only knew one thing to do. The earth element ran through his veins just as fire and he could actually start finding a use for it. removing his hand from his great sword the Diabluos would slam both his hands on to the ground infront of him. Right as the ghouls would bee seen turning the corner, a slab of rock would raise quickly from the ground just large enough close off all but a few inches from the ceiling. The sudden impact from the horrid of ghouls would cause the wall to crack. Raising back up from the ground Demacus would raise up and brace himself against the wall trying to keep it stable , trying to halt the swarm on his end the best he could. Skill:Earth & Stone Levitation Learned and used C rank Let The Fun Begin The Voice of Demacus
"I like beer. I'm a girl. Deal with it. ***** u jelly."
The small girl in the area seemed to disappear very ninja-like from the area once the ghoulds got there and everyone just started fighting. It was her first day out in the world and already trouble was happening. She looked upwards speedily, and jumped fast to a close-by shaft vent. She inched her way inside where she could fit, and hugged her knees tightly with a small grunt "Goddamn it. This kinda s**t always happens to me. I get the goddamned weirdos and weird stuff on my family and here too." While she lay in the shaft for everything to stop, she took out her Swiss army knife and started working on her nails. She heard all of those people fight and talk, but she could care less.
OHHHHH ahahahaha, this was rather priceless to watch as ghouls would go flying everywhere and just gore going everywhere with our group of advanced warriors. Victory was assured with Alistar leading the way! No Seriously, as the ten stars made contact with the ghoul horde. The explosions would start to start to send ghouls every which way but a few of those stars would seemed to do other damage than the king had intended. Shaking the wall and sending large cracks against the wall, so much so that it would strike the ceiling causing small sections to send cracks around it all. Where the shadows would collide with the shades, it would only seem to slow them down as no real kill blows were made against them. Where muscles and limbs were badly damaged it only delayed the advance. The group that had surround the trainees and the novices would take little time to close in on them, as a small group of ghouls would seem to be busy with the shades themselves. The lycan as he swung his blade would be surround be a total of ten, three would come from each side while another four would strike towards his front after a swing or go for his back trying to grab hold of him.
This would leave the two trainee women behind him, the ghouls would come at them with great force, sensing the weakness in the group they would fall first. It would almost be a small wave of them coming down on the armed incubus, each wanting to rip into her flesh and tear her limb from limb. Even with that nasty scythe of hers, did she really have the strength to cut them all down? Or did they out number her just enough to get the others to her. The Dragoon was the easier target of course and with the group surrounded at this point. A total of ten would move in for the kill trying to grab hold of her and tear her to pieces. But what about Kurmori? He was doing so well being brave and stuff. Welp, where his bravery was welcomed by both sides it was rather stupid. As he would quickly be over runned by the increasing numbers as the would swarm him as well trying to take him down quick enough to being to rip him to shreads. While Alistar had the ghouls busy with shadows, this left Demacus, Jace and Redrak on the ground. With his back turned to the fighting, Jace had laid down enough covering fire to slow down the assault on the diablous, this would be a bit more helpful than up close but they would be on him soon, as he held the advance from the other side the best he could, the wall would only hold so long thou.
Redrak had headed towards the others in the other room but would soon find himself distracted with the enemines infront of him to notice the massive wave of ghouls coming from behind him. They out numbered him by at least twenty five bodies, could he react well enough to take them all down? Or would the darkness and the sheer chaos around him distracted him just enough to be slammed to the ground.? Where the newest trainee feld to the rafters above, this left Red to become the overwatch for the group, but at this point would do any good? They would seem almost endless as the bodies would not stop coming through the gateway. The roof was cracking, and the everything was starting to become unstable thanks to those explosions. There was something new starting to appear in the hordes, slowly making its way through the bodies as they had all seemed to avoid the strange spider like being. Lanky and seemingly weak, these metal spiders would rock around the back of the horde with a small lantern swinging side to side above them. Strange how that the small light that was given off by the spiders would hold back the shades from getting close to them. GHOULSSSS Stats: 5/5 Group Sizes: Group 1: ?? ghouls Group 2: ?? Ghouls

Kumori The Shadow Magistrate ╔══════════════╗
Kumori managed to clear the ghouls before him, Alistair taking out almost all of the ghouls, but his technique had done more harm than good. Kumori shook his head as he noticed the others taking on the actions to keep the forces numbers down. While Kumori seemed to smile at the result, dodging the shadows that seemed to be moving to him because of directions. He noticed that the Ghouls were more resilient than he initially thought as more of the wall opened to let in another amount of Ghouls.
Kumori felt vibrations behind him, soon growing to being almost around him as Kumori gritted his teeth. He unsheathed his katana as he turned around in a circle, cutting the surrounding ghouls that were getting in from behind him. They were fast, but he was faster as he managed to get out from the bad spot, soon landing a bit ways to a safe wall. "They won't stop coming!" He shouted as he soon pointed his katana out towards the swarming group that was getting closer to him. Soon a large earth spiral tip shot out, destroying the group that was in a straight line towards him. He soon punched the floor as he felt the ground rise up onto him as he felt himself being armored quickly.

Zombies, ghouls, stick whatever label you want on them but these somnambulists are the greatest threat to humanity, other than humanity itself. They are a plague, and every other race their host. The lucky victims are devoured, their bone scraped clean, their flesh consumed. Those not so fortunate join the ranks of attackers, transformed into putrid, carnivorous monsters. She should know, she does. Conventional warfare is useless against these creatures, as is conventional thought. The science of ending life, developed and perfected since the beginning of existence, can not protect anyone from an enemy that has no 'life' to end. It doesn't make them invincible, they can be stopped but ignorance is the undead's strongest ally, knowledge their deadliest enemy. It isn't about victory or conquest, it is survival.
Red looked back at Jace, the sound of gunfire a sure sign that he had arrived..a huge problem being that so did every other ghoul in the area. These beings almost had superior senses...the tantalizing flesh, a throbbing heartbeat, the pulse of blood pumping through veins...they could taste it, feel it, smell it....
Then there was one of the new girls, curled up and fixated herself into a spot for safe keeping. As if anywhere was safe in this nation. Red seethed, crashes on her left and right from below, chaos ensued in all directions and it didn't help that there was that bloody ******** screeching everywhere. Hell hath no fury. None. The redhead gripped the beam she was perched on, nails digging into the wood to maintain a firm hold. It was then that her augmented tongue lashed out, wove around the girls waist. Oh this was gonna be tricky, there was no doubt about that but it was better than leaving her there to die. It was then that her head jerked, the tongue recoiling like a sling-shot. The vampire girl would sail through the air, no doubt in surprise but she didn't stop until she almost reached the door where Chase stood. "Armory. Now get the ******** out!" Her command was harsh but it could possibly save their very lives. While he may have been her ride here, he wouldn't be leaving. Not this time.
There was no pleasantries, there wasn't time.
It was a pick and choose moment but out of the corner of her eye she noticed something shift, crimson hues narrowed, focusing on the shadow. R'el-bay. It moved closer but she didn't hesitate to maneuver, the Feral would leap from one beam to the other, drawing near the Diabolus. "Demacus..use the dummies for support!" She leaned down over him, bracing the backside of the rafter. After all, they were steel and where connected, they could act as snow plows and he seemed to be the smartest of any of the newer recruits. Rocking back she stood, looking down at her King, a stoic expression on her face. He very well may have ******** them royally but he tried. Her voice would ring once again in his head, where words weren't needed to be expressed vocally.
You should get people out. Get supplies.
Red would turn her back on him, moving down the same rail to another in front of her, lowering down once again to a froggy stance. It was one of the spider-things...she wasn't sure what exactly it was but it was intriguing enough that she couldn't pass up the opportunity to grab it. Sticky bile spew from her maw and splattered against the mechanical creature, she hoped it would slow it down enough to snatch up...right about....now! Stitching rippled, her ribcage coming right out from its confines, it was only momentarily that she was left without one but soon that was rectified. The ribcage itself was fused with another skill of bone manipulation, causing each linear horizon to produce spikes that were stronger than steel. Red would whirl it around like a ball and chain and aim it directly for the spider.

Chase merely stood his ground, hands half-tucked in his front pockets, as Lilith playfully sauntered over his way. She teased him, but it wasn't anything new to a man like Chase. From all the time he'd spent running jobs in the red light district he'd learned about the usual charm and dance of succubi, and had since learned to take it in stride. Dark shades hid the quiet amusement of his eyes while she took his cigarette from him. A small smirk was the only reaction he showed to the cloud of smoke she sent around his head. Afterwards she patted him on the shoulder and returned his smoke. Getting touched by a succubus was a dangerous thing to most people, but Chase didn't mind. If he let himself live so cautiously, he'd never get to enjoy all the pleasantries un-life had to offer. Chase pinched the end of his cigarette and took another long drag before flicking it away. "Oh, I've been around for a while." He cryptically reassured Lilith after she'd introduced herself. "Name's Chase Lazaro."
Shortly after their introduction, however, swarms of ghouls pushed their way into the CAZ. They swarmed the others, but Chase merely stood where he was and watched the scene play out for a bit. The ghouls didn't seem particularly interested in him, but then again Chase was also standing near the back, far from the ghouls and much more tempting prey. They'd never be fast enough to touch him anyways, even with their numbers.
From his calm watching post, Chase observed much. He noticed the cracking walls and roof, soon to collapse, and the furious fighting maneuvers of the others. His new pal Lilith had some promising scythe skills, but they weren't enough to keep all of the undead off her back. Just as a few of them were going to close the gap in-between her movements to grab her, Chase quickly drew his pair of semi-automatics and blasted their heads off of their shoulders. Thin trails of smoke ascended from his barrels as he continued to watch their back. She could thank him for it later.
Shortly after, Chase noticed a girl being flung through the air. In a burst of speed he seemingly vanished from where he was standing and appeared again in the air to catch her in his arms. He landed safely and put the small girl back on her feet again just in time to hear the familiar sound of Red's commanding voice. Apparently, he had a job to do. "Alright folks!" Chase shouted over the roaring groans of the undead, and suddenly the white-haired racer was gone. Instead, a red testarossa sports car was parked in his space. His disembodied voice then added, "Hop in if you wanna go for a ride."

A hell of a lot was going on right about now. There were people summoning shadows and using them to decimate the ghouls, others shooting, some even covering her a**. Lilith winked and blew Chase a kiss and called out to him over the roar of the battle. "Looks like I owe you a drink!" She shouted, backing away once more from the these zombaddies.
Despite Lilith's attempts at keeping the ghouls at bay her area was getting a bit overcrowded. Earlier she had made the mistake of trying to slash through another ghoul and her scythe had gotten stuck. One of the nasties had managed to get its hands on her and dig its claws right into her arm. The pain was not of importance; she had experienced worse. What really set her on edge was how dirty the ghoul was. Luckily Lilith had taken off her jacket. With a bit of a ferocious growl Lilith shoved her body backward, knocking into the ghoul. She wheeled about and took a step forward, pivoting on her front foot. Lilith put all her strength into swinging her scythe skyward. A faint smile touched her face as her scythe's tip ripped into the ghoul, tearing it mostly in two. Lilith steadied herself and held her scythe in both hands, about to turn and face another ghoul when suddenly the one she had just sheared in two lunged at her. Instinctively Lilith raised her hand and pointed at the ghoul. Energy coursed through her body and surged forth and outward. From the ground shot out three chains aimed at the ghoul. One chain for each arm and the last for its torso. The smell of the emaciated creature's harsh breath in her face made her back pedal and Lilith turned her face away from it, holding up her scythe to bar the undead minion from her. Just before it could get its hands on her the chains wrapped latched onto the ghoul and pulled taut. The creature was gnawing on her scythe, empty eye holes seemingly staring right through her. With great disgust Lilith shoved it away from her. She planted her legs firmly on the ground and slashed her scythe through the air, officially putting the thing to rest. [Chains]
Lilith barely had a time to take a breath. The moment she turned around there were already more ghouls advancing. Everyone around her was deep in battle, shooting, hacking, hammering, or completely decimating these ghouls. Three of the bastards came shuffling towards Lilith. She adjusted her grip on the scythe in her hands and faced them all. As the first lunged forth with an ethereal moan Lilith swung out with the bladed stick of hers. She managed a cut but immediately noticed the error she had made. Scythes were great and all for chopping wheat or keeping opponents at bay, but the moment someone got in too close you were ********. Lilith mentally cursed the gods forsaken rule that all necromancers could only be efficient in scythes. The second and third ghoul closed in rapidly, one of them throwing itself straight at Lilith. She rolled backward with a swear tearing from her lips. Lilith held her scythe out like a bar to keep the ghoul from grabbing her and used her boot to flip it right over her. It landed with a thud and a few cracks. Lilith swiftly rolled to the side and out of the grasp of the third ghoul and quickly began to rise, spinning her scythe in a circular motion around her body. She took the legs right out from underneath one of the ghouls and felt the hairs on the back of her neck stand up. The dry and papery skin of one of the dead heads touched her shoulder and made her shiver. She knew it would lunge for her and try to take a chunk out of her. Lilith liked her body the way it was. She quickly brought to mind one of the necromancer abilities she had read over earlier and put the theory to the test. Her energy swirled about and summoned forth a limb. It manifested between Lilith and the ghoul, wrapping its own dead fingers around the ghoul's face to keep it from chomping on her. [Undead Limb]
Lilith tore her shoulder away from the fiend and used the staff portion of the scythe to knock it away. The animated limb squeezed as tightly as it could and shattered the jaw of the ghoul. Lilith quickly ran forward and liberated its head from its shoulders before giving it a sharp kick to the torso. A tight grip on her ankle made Lilith glance down; it was the ghoul who had lost its legs. She glared down at it and raised her other leg, curb stomping the s**t out of its head. Was there an end to this ********? Certainly did not seem like it. Lilith had tried her best to stick near Nox, figuring if the girl had trouble speaking to others what chance did she have with fighting? Lilith steeled her resolve and brought to mind another spell from the 'necronomicon'. Lilith could create her own minions to battle against these ghouls. She focused on the energy, ignoring the shouts, screams, gun shots, and general battle noises of the CAZ. Lilith felt the power shoot out from her body. She thudded her staff from the ground and spoke for the sheer purpose of theatricality. "Rise, rise from hell and serve me!" She said as the ground beneath her staff began to crack and break. An undead hand shot up from the ground and began to pull itself out. Lilith took a step back as her own deadhead began to rise. It was ugly of course and smelled putrid, but it was a warrior she could use. It wielded a rusted sword and Lilith briefly wondered how useful it would be. That question was answered quickly. Without pause her minion lurched forward and swung its heavy blade through the air, crashing it into a ghoul. Lilith smirked with pride and set her sights back to ghoul hunting. [Undead Minion]
Lilith could already feel the drawback of using so much energy. She was feeling an emptiness inside of her the more she used her energy and her arms were tired from swinging her scythe so many times. And yet the fight was not over. Lilith's undead minion was still blundering about, walking around in a circle as it swung its heavy longsword through the air. Sometimes it got lucky and hit a ghoul and other times the blade clattered against the ground. In other words it was rather unreliable. There were still so many and Lilith's scythe was barely doing the trick now. It was covered in crap and nicked in so many places. The blade had dulled from usage and Lilith feared it would shatter soon. Her musings cost her a dear price indeed. A ghoul lunged past her minion and slashed at her, creating gashes on her arm. Lilith had stumbled backward and fell to the floor. Her minion turned around and attempted to make it to her but it was too late. Lilith raised her hand and a battle cry tore from her lips. Out of her hand shot a spirit summoned from the further. The spirit reached out with ethereal hands and dove right into the ghoul. It hacked and slashed and every hit it did from inside was done outside. Lilith pushed herself to her feet and slashed right through the ghoul twice. Lilith took in a deep breath and pushed the hair out of her face, noticing the gashes on her arm had healed. [Soul Reap]
