Bouncy_Pineapple @Nana-Lizzie, after getting her mind together, went over to the fireplace where another trainer was cooking food. The sight made her mouth water... she hadn't eaten since this morning. "Are you..." She wasn't sure how to say it, so she decided to ask something else. "What are you making?"
((Bouncy, are you refering to me? If so, I was only boiling water, and I'm at the stream cooling it now.))
Shina carefully holds her hand over the pot, then dips her finger in. "Warm, but not scalding anymore." Shina removes the pot from the stream and starts walking back to the healers waiting for the water.

Kacen cut and tore holes in the fabric, steadily moving down the edge. The poles would be secure enough, with the thick blanket, and the fishing line he had yet to find. He finished just a little ahead of Flint and looked around. "Know anyone who had fishing line with them? Or anything like it, really."

Brianna nodded at Liam, "Sure thing." Opening the small metal box, she withdrew a tube of some knockoff Neosporin, or something similar at least.
"Here..." she said, handing him the tube, but otherwise feeling rather helpless with the situation. "If there's anything else I can do, let me know."

Kurai nodded, feeling a bit more hopeful. Between the three of them, they seemed to be doing well enough. "I can help with the splint, definitely. I agree that actually setting it isn't a good idea, since we're not doctors and I'd...rather not do something wrong. And once we've gotten him taken care of, I've got an extra blanket back with my things we could use to keep him warm."

Assuming the others were too busy to have heard me, I shrugged and retrieved some of the vegies I'd had with me and found a fire to slice them near and cook them over. I took a moment away from the wok to poke through my bag before pulling out a water bottle and some dried beef, throwing the beef into the wok as I picked it up and starting up again, adding the water to revitalize the beef. "If anyone would like some, Stir-fry's almost done!" I called, smiling, wondering if anyone was even interested. The medics could probably use a good meal, and more than one cooking meant more of them would be able to eat something they didn't have to make.

Kacen nodded and opened his bag wide. He pulled out an extra bandanna he'd brought and hummed again as he thought. His hand rummaged around the bottom of the bag and he grinned. "Ahha!" He lifted out a color with a buckle. "Mom makes me keep a collar for Gwend, since I don't use his pokeball often. She's paranoid." The thin scrap of leather wasn't much, but it would hold.

Rhia took the water from Shina. "Thank you. No, I think this is all we need for now. After this it's just cleansing his wounds and getting him bound up." She pulled a cloth from her bag and dipped in the water, carefully rubbing the broken arm down to get it clean. Once the tiny cuts and such were cleaned out, she moved around to his legs to leave Kurai and Liam room to work.
"All yours." She smiled at them and then tilted the pot slightly to wash out the wound. Scrubbing that would just be painful. She needed to rinse out the dirt she could so it didn't get infected. She poured as much as she dared, checked the wound as best she could in the firelight, and then soaked the cloth in the bucket again before squeezing some of the water into the wound and patting it down to get the surface dirt scrubbed away without breaking the gash fully open again.
Rhia caught the teasing in Liam's voice and smiled, blue eyes flicking briefly to him before going back to her work. Once she had thoroughly cleaned his bad leg, she draped the cloth over the edge of the bucket and grabbed her bandages to bind the gash and hopefully slow the bleeding.

Kurai smiled at Shina. "Ah, thank you!" She clutched the zip-ties and turned the smile to Liam, a bit embarrassed at the faith he had in her and Rhia. But she set to splinting the now cleaned arm as quickly and carefully as she could. Oh, this man would be hurting when he woke up. She vaguely wished they had something that could keep his waking pain at bay.

"Well, if you have it under contro-o-o-aaawn," Shina is interrupted by a large yawn. "Oh, I'm so sorry. I, if you think you have it under control, I'm going to get some sleep. I rode hard to catch up, and then with all this excitement, I'm about to fall asleep." Shina stifles another yawn as the adrenaline crash starts to really kick in.

Kacen's grin spread and he gave the collar to Gwend, who ran to one end, ready for the poles. Kacen set the bandanna by his knee and reached for a pole and beginning to thread it through the holes, over and under for the best stability. "This should work really well. Just thread it through and then tied the last hole to the pole with your belts on either end. It'll be perfect enough."
He concentrated on his task and then tied off the bandanna, holding the pole still as Gwend used his little paws and teeth to fasten the collar.
Dinner time, so I gotta go. Have Flint bring the stretcher to the healers, perhaps? c: You can god mod Kacen a little bit and have him help if you'd like. <3

"Oh... okay!" Brianna took the tube of ointment and knelt down next to the man's leg. She looked a bit nervous for the wound was definitely ugly and she wasn't a doctor by any means. But this was the best they could do until they did find one.
Once some water was used to clean the wound, she got some cotton balls out of the kit. Then proceeding to dab the ointment onto the gash, soaked up a bit of blood as well. Once that was done, she applied a gauze pad (or several depending on how big the gash is?) and used medical tape to keep in it place.
"There... how's that?"
