How many Orders are without Judges? It's hard to believe this is the Ivalice I left after I graduated High School. Also sorry about my absence [feels forgotten.]

Wanted to drop by before I had to go to work...I didn't really sleep last night....I was on here til about 3 am...got off....went to sleep, woke up at 6...woke up at 8 and now been up at 9:45 XDD I CAN'T SLEEP!!
