Staggering out of the cage, Grace leaned on the bars for support and sighed. Her head ached. Everything ached, honestly. So much for a relaxing break... She held out her hand to Rebecca, smiling weakly when the Gastly nudged her palm. It was almost like touching the surface of a strong soap bubble - if you pushed a little bit your hand would go through, but there was still a moment of resistance. A little scrap of reality.

"We'll be all right, old friend," she said, trying to be reassured by her own words. "We'll get out of here soon. ...Oh, what've you got there?" She'd just noticed that the ghost was holding something carefully in her mouth - her headscarf, wrapped around something round and solid. Taking it from Rebecca's unresisting grip, she unwrapped the scarf and...

She distinctly remembered catching Rebecca. The memorial tower had been full of ghosts, but only one, the half-blind misfit, had seen fit to steer her safely through the mist instead of trying to confuse her. She'd defended her against that big Haunter blocking the exit, and the Sitrus Berry from a wayside tree had come in handy when the strain of the fight began to show.

And then Grace had taken her one Pokéball - a Dusk Ball - from her pack, and held it out in the palm of her hand. An offering. A request, not a demand.

Come with me - we make a great team...

"...This isn't your Pokéball, love," she said to the Gastly with a small frown. "I think you've picked up some other trainer's Pokémon..."

But Rebecca shook her head, nudging the unfamiliar ball into Grace's hand as if to say it's for you, and Grace - not knowing what else to do - could only pat her gently and tuck the Pokéball into her sash. Whoever this unknown Pokémon belonged to, she'd have to take care of it for now.

Finally blinking awake as other people woke up, Aurore sat up and rubbed her backside that kinda ached a little. Scratching her head, she smoothed out her hair and repositioned her clips, all the while Dream was sitting in front of her and quietly watching his trainer right herself. Rubbing the sleep out of her eyes, she blinked and saw Dream there and gasped, leaping towards him and giving him a huge hug and morning kisses to his little nose.

He trilled happily and nuzzled against her, curling around her happily. Looking down at the bag on his back she smiled, rummaging around inside it, not totally aware what was going on, but about to get some food for him, and found a pokeball and crumbs left instead. Picking up the pokeball, she frowned with confusion. Looking to Dream she held it up.

"You know where this come from?" she asked, tilting her head and knowing that she was okay with getting out of here for now. She didn't know why, but she felt more than rested, and wanted to get up and go. Dream just nodded and pressed the pokeball over towards her, trying to tell her it was hers now. She'd figure out WHAT it was later, he figured.

"Fuuuuuuuurrr...." he purred, giving her cheek a quick lick ash she looked around at the other confused trainers. "I wonder where we are.....and why are we in a cage? Is this some kind of activity I don't remember showing up for? ...........I guess we'll just make due and wait, huh sweetpea?" she smiled, ruffling Dream's fur up and down his body, just like he liked it.

Alessa heard in her mind Menudo's reply. She turned her head and saw clearly it was the Mewtwo who was expressing his dissatisfaction. She lowered her head in shame and respect. "Oh. Huh... I'm really sorry. It's... it's my job, you know. And all of this is just so... I meant well. I swear. Well, if you've gone so far, I guess you'll help us escape..."
She was really not used at her subjects objecting. So awkward right now... She should maybe just go back to taking pictures of wild Pokémons and fights between famous trainers... none of those are supposed to protest.

Meanwhile, before he forgot, Buddy stuffed the Safari Ball he used earlier in the woman's bag. She'd better not be ungrateful once she finds out he caught something for her.

Liz recognised the rental trainer at once. No mistaking that red hair.
She rolled over with her poke ball and squeaked in her ear. A very long squeak.
"What the hell were you doing renting me out, dammit! i mean, for this?! Damn, your a stupid human. ugh. thanks to you, I'm in this stupid lame-a** mess. Wake the hell up already! You smell horrible!"

---

Flari didn't hear the squeaking. but she did hear laughing. She had heard D FLari laughing for the whole time she was asleep. she turned fitfully.

---

Liz dodged the rolling human. One thing for it, she'd have to nudge her awake... Although... How she was feeling right now...

She opened her jaws and bit Flari's ankle, not hard enough to break skin, but hard enough to hurt.

---

She felt that.
She woke up with a yell, the laughter of her alter ego fading into a sullen murmer, then vanishing.
She checked herself mentally. groggy, smelly, unwashed... that was her physical state.
She checked the mental presence she knew was D Flari. Good. Still asleep. No need for meds...
Where was her stuff? Where was she?
and what had bit her?
She looked down to see, by the light of the laptop, a ratatta.
A ratatta? oh yeah. the rental.

"Hi Liz... What do you have there?"

She picked up the poke ball.

----

Phooey. the damn trainer took her poke ball. Well, she had been planning on giving it away anyway.
"Rat rat Ratta!" (lets get out)

----

Flari didn't understand what liz said, but she was thinking the same thing. this wasn't the cabin, and it was not a good place.
She picked up Liz, found her stuff and put the poke ball in.
She listened to the people asking questions... A mewtwo?! neat.

Her eyes grew very wide. rockets?! kidnapped by Rockets?
Wow. Well. If she hadn't been asleep, she would bet that it would've been quite exciting.

Lisa finally staggered out of the cage, fiddling around for her glasses. Merlin was leading her, rolling his eyes as she tripped and stumbled. He, of course, knew the whole glasses thing was an act. She had 20/20 vision. Eventually, she found the cart and her things, including her glasses and her book. "Ah! Merlin, did you try reading while I was out?" Lisa asked. She was still groggy, and not the wisest person in the world.

Merlin chuckled. This reunion was better than he expected. He actually cuddled up to Lisa, taking the darkness as an advantage. No one would know except him and Lisa.

Zyk, using supersonic, noticed a certain ghost named Merlin cuddling his trainer. The zubat snerked. Guess ghosts weren't all as heartless as they made out... Zyk fluffed up and resumed preening Zinnia. It was none of his business; he was just glad to have Zinnia back.

The human was leaning against the wall for support, a faint smile on her face. She was hungry and groggy and confused, but she felt that things would turn out all right in the end. She vaguely recognized a lot of the trainers, but kept to herself and waited to see if anything else would happen.

Once the door was pry open with quiet some effort, the trainers and pokemon bounded down at long hall that almost had a breeze to it. It had a slight slop but it was barely noticeable.

As they came up to the door that would let them out of this hell hole, but at said door was a group of grunts, seemingly getting ready to get out of there themselves. When they spotted the trainers, several turned white, one even fainted. Adriel stepped over and grabbed teh closest one, hands wrapped tightly around the grunt's neck. "If you value your life, you maggot, you will open this door right now." He hissed.

He dropped the grunt and watched it go to open the mechanical door for them. As everyone stepped out, they could see at the first that the entrance was disguise as the entrance of a garage for the busses.

But that soon left everyone's mind when a loud cry out of pain rumble on everyone's ears. Looking away, towards the center of the camp, there was such a sight to be seen.

There, trapped under nets, shackles and wounded was a....

However, RP can continue now here as if the Raikou was freed/caught already.

Police and rescue group has just now arrive(too late) to take the rockets away.

A certain mewtwo and mew have gone directly into hiding, now.

((Can we rp the Raikou at all in the entry? Not the main focus, obviously, but little bits and pieces. A roar, or a reaction to something, etc. Would that be allowed?))

[Yes you can control the raikou, but nothing extreme.]

((Would 'extreme' include making him do an attack? Since.. he's trying to electrocute everything anyway. >>; Or would that be a bad idea?))

Phoebe couldn't help but chuckle nervously. What a crazy day it had been! Or at least it seemed like one day. The redhead couldn't help but ponder if maybe the group had been out longer than just a measly day.

Fortunately, before they had left the room where the trainers had been stored, Dakota had located her bag, which was now slung over her back. They had exited through the bus garage, and when they thought they were Scott-free, the thunder beast appeared. Many of the trainers had gone to assist the legendary Pokemon, but Phoebe went and took refuge underneath a tree. It wasn't because she was cruel and supported Team Rocket. In fact, Phoebe disliked Team Rocket with all of her being. The problem was that Dakota was not in the best shape to fight. The breeder, taking pride in every single one of her Pokemon, knew that now was a time to tend to her puppy Pokemon's needs. Setting Dakota under the tree, Phoebe crouched down and began to dig through her bag.

Though Phoebe and Dakota were out of the sight of many, they were not alone. One of the 4 Electrike had escaped the Rocket confines, and now had his own personal mission: Locate his savior. Stalking up behind the redheaded human, the stray blue Electrike approached, his eyes narrowed and glaring at the human.

The black Growlithe, despite being injured, was aware something was approaching and let out a small "Growl!" to warn her trainer.

"What'cha doin', ya silly girl?" Phoebe attempted to reassure her Pokemon, still remaining clueless to the unseen companion. However, that seemed to be the final straw for the unseen Pokemon, for she suddenly felt her muscles tense up from an electrical charge.

"Ow... what th'eck happened?!" she shouted slightly, pulling her hand away to nurse it slightly.

The Electrike decided now it was time to protect his protector from this human. He jumped in front of the redheaded girl and snapped his teeth in her direction, growling in a protective manner. He eyed Dakota, then sunk his body lower to the ground, tensing his muscles so he could pounce if necessary.

Phoebe blinked curiously, and couldn't help but ask "Eh... well that's strange... where'd ya come from, eh boy?" This Pokemon had a rather rare sort of coloration amongst its kind, and would make an excellent specimen for Ma and Pa's Ranch. And it seemed this Pokemon had no tags on it.

All of that passed through her mind, and her main concern took precedence again. She had managed to scoop out a Super Potion from her bag, but this Electric Pokemon was clearly in the way. Using her hand, she gently guided the Electrike out of the way, her voice gently reassuring "I need ya outta the way, boy." Her hand was promptly introduced to the puppy's teeth.

The Electrike growled fiercely onto the freckled hand, signaling that it was not okay for her to touch his new friend. However, he was soon greeted with a different set of fangs, which caused him to yelp out and release his grip.

Dakota, though worn out, was still alert enough to do her #1 job: Protect Phoebe. Though she had been a nice and playful girl earlier, now she was seeing that her trainer was in danger. So she had nicely latched her jaws around this canine's hind leg. She let out her own fierce growl.

"Dakota! Drop it!" the trainer commanded, to which her Growlithe obeyed without question. "I think he's learned his lesson!" With that, she began to spray Dakota's wounds with the Super Potion.

Initially, the Electrike watched cautiously as he nursed his own wounds. He couldn't help but wonder why the Black Growlithe from earlier would attack him now of all times? He thought back to his own actions and noted that she only injured him after the human had been injured. And now this human was tending to the Growlithe's injuries.

"'Ey! Got some Potion left. Let me see yer leg," the redhead casually requested as she reached out to grab the Electrike's leg.

Not wanting to get a second injury, the blue Electrike let the human do as she wished, but let out a warning growl in case she decided to do something funny. Yet nothing happened. In fact, all that happened was that his leg began to feel better as this strange liquid was sprayed onto his injury.

Dakota's own injuries had been fixed, so by the time the Electrike was well, she had already decided to introduce herself by sniffing the electric type all over. Her nub wagged and her nose puffed short bursts of air in and out of her nostrils.

Phoebe smiled, then patted the Electrike on the head before putting the nearly empty bottle of medicine back into her bag. "So, do ya have anyone t'take y'home, boy?" she asked casually as she sat down, somewhat ignoring the situation dealing with the Raikou at the moment.

"Trike!" the Pokemon barked out as he shook his head from side to side.

"Hmmm... that's too bad," Phoebe mused aloud. She then pulled something out of her bag that was familiar to nearly any Pokemon: A Pokeball. She rolled it along the ground so that it stopped in front of the Electrike.

She didn't say anything aside from "The choice is yers."

The blue Pokemon glanced first to the human, then to his savior, the black Growlithe. The fire type seemed extremely happy, and willing to protect this particular red haired human. That sort of happiness must have been something worth protecting.

With his own wet puppy nose, he poked the button on the Pokeball, and with a beam of red light, he soon enough vanished to take a short rest within the orb.

Phoebe's freckled cheeks rose with a smile. As she picked up the Pokeball, she noticed that the situation dealing with the thunder beast had been tended to adequately. "It's good t'have ya on the team, boy!"

She'd have to figure out a good name later. Glancing to her hand, she also decided she should probably get some shots in her near future, just in case.

((OOC: JUST ME RAMBLING... YOU MAY IGNORE THIS 8D ))
