I was going for the pale, ethereal look, a black neck-wrap, no matter how sheik, would ruin the outfit.

^ was born with a rare, bioluminescent, winged gene that only shows up when the person in question was conceived at the exact moment that someone somewhere in the world decided to come out of the closet both figuratively and literally at the same time, only to discover that everyone had left and gone downstairs for tea with an assortment of small, exotic imps. Who happen to be homophobic, forcing the un-closet-ee to sulk by themself in an emo, yet slightly suggestive posture until someone catches on.
