Riku yawned as he stretched from his place on the couch. He rubbed an eye, and looked up from his book to see if anyone was here.
[[EDIT: HAHA!!FIRST PERSON TO POST ON PAGE 100!!WOO!! Wow, I'm obviously tired and hyper today. ;P ]]

Hotaru walked inside, seeming to be in a good mood judging from her expression. "Hi every..one?" She blinked and looked around. The Club was next to empty. Big surprise there. She closed the door behind her and looked around again to see if anyone was there. She didn't see Riku on the couch.

He heaved a sigh as he turned back to his book, but it wasn't long after that he heard the doors opening. Finally. He thought, then looked up to see a girl. Well no duh, this place is for girls,mostly. He yawned again, but waved from his place on the couch.
"Yo! Glad to see this place isn't totally dead."

Hotaru looked in Riku's direction, wondering who he was. Is he a new host? She thought then replied. "Um, well this place is knocking on death's door at the moment." she rubbed the back of her head. "What are you doing here?" she asked.

He blinked, but laughed at her comment.
"Yeah, it is. Reading, and waiting for any host to show up. I've yet to meet any of them, and I've only heard good things of them."

"Are you a customer?" She asked then walked over to him and looked at the cover of the book curiously. "Or are you looking to become a host?" Personally, she was hoping for the second one. She didn't really like watching two guys all mushy together.

"Hmm... I don't really know. I'm really just here because I'm bored, and there's nothing to do back home at the empty estate. But I guess you can say I'm hoping to be a host."
He blinked again curiously, but boredly as she walked over to the couch he sat at, and staring down at the cover.
"Ahh, this book doesn't really have a name, if you were wondering. It's a book I wrote with a few little touch ups by a friend back in England."

"Really? Well, what's it about?" She asked. "Oh, my name is Hotaru by the way. Nice to meet you." she said with a smile. Wow, he wrote a book. I wonder if he's a famour writer or something. It wouldn't be surprising in this school.

"It's a pleasure to meet you Hotaru. My name is Riku Kuramaki."
He bowed his head to her the best he could while sitting down, then gently lifted her hand in his own and let his lips graze the backside of her hand. He smiled gently at her.
"Well, it's mainly about a boy who sees his parents die a pretty gruesome death right before his eyes, and sees the face of their killer. He managed to escape, and he pushed those memories out of his mind, not even daring to tell the police, scared that he might go over him. Ten years later, he meets someone. He thinks he's seen them before, but can't really remember. One night, the man comes to his house, and then it hits him. He remembers him from before, and the man threatens him that if he tells anyone, he'll have his head. So now he has to live his life with a killer watching him every step of his way. It's a pretty gruesome story. I wrote it when I was... I think 13? Yeah, when I was 13."
He laughed slightly, but closed the book and set it down on the table before him.

Hotaru smiled a little as he kissed her hand then listened to the summary of his book. "Wow, that's a pretty dark sounding story but i is interesting." she commented. "13 huh? That's a bit surprising for a book like that from a 13 year old."

[[Haha, it just so happens I'm reading a Naruto fanfic. ;P ]]
"Yeah, I guess you could say it's interessting. I had my parents publish it after it was fixed up."
He ran a hand through his black/blue hair, pushing it out of his face.
"Yeah... but it was from personal- erm, I mean, it happened to a friend's friend. He saw his parents die infront of him, and the idea sort of came to me. But I also write poetry and other stories. It's just my other ones aren't published or finished."

"Cool." Hotaru responded. "I wish I could write poetry that well. My poems always stink." She laughed a little."Mind if I sit down?" she asked.

"No ones poems ever stink. Poems are what come from the inside, so they are always beautiful."
He listened to her laugh, then heard her ask a question.
"I don't mind at all."
