"Hey, I did say this would be my treat. I do have money on me, so put yours away." Yuhi pulled his own wallet out.
Tori just sat back, hiding a smile behind her glass. Either way she didn't have to pay so it was all good to her.

"You act like I'm not allowed to pay for myself." Anekio sighed, "Fine, whatever." She put her money away. She'd just buy him jello so he'd shut up about it.

"Hey, it's not often I get to treat two women to dinner." Yuhi put the money down on the table then yelled, "Ouch, what was that for?!" he reached down and rubbed his leg where Tori had just kicked him.
"I know where your mind is going, Yuhi, and I'm not interested."

Anekio giggled at them. "Aww..You almost look like a couple." She stood up, yawning softly. "Does this mean I don't have to buy you any jello, Yuhi?"

Yuhi rolled his eyes. "I don't actually want jello, Anekio." he got up from the table and started towards the door.
"And he's not my type." Tori said as she too rolled her eyes and shook her head. "Besides, you two are the couple, leave me out of it. And I get the feeling he was thinking something perverted when he was talking about jello."
"You two always think I'm talking or thinking about something perverted." He held the door open for them, then went out himself.

"Ah, you don't? That's good to know." Anekio beamed, turning around to walk backwards. "Of course he was talking perversions with the jello, I mean, look at him. Who grins about just saying 'Jello?'" She rolled her eyes at the comment about them being the couple and shrugged at Yuhi, "Hm..Could it be that you are the Pervert of the Year or something else?"

"Oh no, you found out my secret identitiy! Now I must kill you!" Yuhi grabbed Anekio, slung her over his shoulder, then ran down the street towards the theater.
Tori shook her head and hurried after them. They're both weird...must be why I like them.

Anekio giggled and punched him in the back lightly, "Put me down! Put me down! I don't want to die!" She giggled again, murmuring to him, "Or you'll never see me without clothes on."

"Konoha has always placed too much trust in people and I don't see that changing any time soon. It just means that we have to work harder to protect it." Kei said with a shrug. "There isn't really anything we can do that will change the Hokage's mind about such things. All we can do is try to make the best of what we have. If Ran is allowed back then I will still treat her as I did before. She hasn't actually done anything, after all."
