One question do I have to do any sort of rolls or just RP him having a conversation with some NPC?
On a related note: Why does Hiru get to relax at his house while we have to question people scream

Hoshigaki Hiru Go interrogate someone in the village with Shinzu! And for the half breed, we could always arrange something but if you've got half the limit you probably lose some of the clan's aspects. Also, it is possible the clan would reject you outright and not allow you to learn their hijutsu. Well, the mother was pretty respected amongst even them... well, until she married one of them. I suppose... Well actually... I could swap it around so the mother is a Hoshigaki. Meaning he would get the full features quite easily. Though, a little less blue would make sense... Are the water-shark techniques hijutsu or just the Samehada spawn?

Are you gonna try and reason with someone or scare them into telling you the answer? Check the DC Guide for assistance.

You wouldn't by any chance know when Andou's trial is during the timeskip? The first month? The second? The third? Kouri's story doesn't it make it that clear.
As well are you doing anything in yours that I should be aware of?

For my time skip story, I was so swamped with all the system changes, jutsu updates and now clan updates in sum of getting some missions around so people in Kiri have something to do that I think Hiru's time skip story will be:
~Classified~
Plus that would work with the way he fits in Andou's quest line.

I don't remember the 30% things existing anymore, and Bite and Tear have been changed to Hoshigaki natural Abilities. {treated as a jutsu} Medical Hoshigaki. Beast heart @Qyp: That story is fine as long as it doesn't transfer over to stats. {Like, you won't be getting a bonus to chk just cause of your parent or something XD} All techniques listed within the Hoshigaki thread are Hoshigaki only. So yea, hijutsu.

So yea, hijutsu. Heh, according to science, most features, talents, etc etc are transfered through woman. Also, your mother has to be a Jew for you to be a (part) Jew... so... I will go with that ;D

Well Hiru has the ultimate say, I don't know how the clan treats half breeds to be honest. smile It seems to be fine though.
I didn't know that about the Jew thing <.< I thought it was just one of Hitler's laws based on the eugenics of the time <.<
