"I promise Shortstraw." Prophet said, smiling at his friend. He then looked around the grave and found a few seals with odd looking symbols on them. "Well, that explains why they were walking with the living, for about ten minutes." Prophet said, picking it up an examining it. "But I don't get is why someone would put these things here in the first place." Prophet said, looking towards the shreds of flesh. His stomach then growled very loudly, and he said, "Man, I haven't eaten for a while. Hey! Guys wait for me!" Prophet then turned into his Night Fury dragon form, and ran towards Shortstraw, and stopped beside him, and started walking.

Cale raised an eyebrow and watched her intently. "Oh wow. That is interesting." He stared in fascination. "That's so cool..." He raised himself from the wall curiously. "How do you do that? I've never seen anything like that before. It seems... convenient to say the least."
Kiera grumbled from under the covers. "Piss off. I'm trying to get back to sleep. You were making so much ******** noise earlier I couldn't hear myself think." She gave a disgruntled sigh and reached her hand out from under the covers to grab some food and bring it back into her cocoon of sheets.

Shortstraw shrugged, "Well sorry, things go one with or without you in bed." He chukkled and went for his cloak, but decided to go back and sit on the bed, "well as i said, if you need anything let me know." He layed back on his side of the bed, "i guess i'll spend the day here untill you emerg from your cucoon into a butterfly or somthing." He chukkled witha joke, just to lighten the mood.
Meanwhile Veria stopped and through the second man away, holding up the final one as he looked to him, "most are scard of the way i eat... it's odd to have someone actully watching me..." She looked to the body and started to finish it off as she tossed it away and sat on the foot of the bed, "demons eat souls, however i do not by choice, so instead i use the anchant yokai myethod by eating the organs of the living. I am the second one in history to ever do what i do, but thats becuse i'm... spechal... and it's easy for me. It's a snake demon thing mostly." She shrugged unsure if she wanted to actully explain how it worked or not.

Cale smiled and nodded. "Ah, I see. So you're a special case among demons. I knew you were different than them." He nodded. "That makes you even more cute, to me." He smiled to her again before looking to the door suddenly. Moments later, there was a quiet knock. "Cale? Veira? It's me, Mordekai." Cale moved over to the door and unlocked it, standing out of the way to let Mordekai slouch his way into the room with bags under his eyes. "Mord-senpai.." Mordekai smiled and messed up Cale's perfectly styled hair. "I trust you've been kind to my niece." Cale almost snorted. "Your what?" Mordekai ignored Cale and he looked around the room but decided to ignore the empty corpses as he looked to Veira. "The leader of China is here. He wants you to be present in the meeting. Is that all right?"
Kiera grunted and some subtle munching was heard from inside the sheets. "You're just going to end up charred or burnt or bruised. Evelyn didn't have to spend five minutes with me to realize that."

*Shortstraw nodded, "Yea i know, but i'll deal with it. After all your my futcher wife. If i don't have the balls to stand up to you when grumpy then who could? It's my job to be here by your side, and i'm going to be. I know in the end you love me." He nodded, "besides i know you might need more food so I'll just bring things in for you and stuff." He nodded relaxed.
Veria blushed supprized and pointed to herself, "me... in a politis meeting?!" She put her fingers together, "i never done that before... what if i mess up?" She gulped, "my sisters useally handle that sorta thing..." she stepped toword him however, "this is going to be hard isn't it..." she seemed worryed, nerveus even.

Cale grinned to her. "It isn't so hard." Mordekai smiled to Veira reassuringly. "I won't let you do any big speeches or anything. Leave that to me. I'll be doing all the talking. I think he only wants you there as a formality, anyway. Can't be talking about you without you actually there to give opinions." Mordekai looked to Cale. "And besides, he can help you if you get stuck. I'll keep him as your guard for the time being." Cale had a little celebration go off in his head and Mordekai sighed tiredly but still smiled to Veira. "It'll be fine. Trust me."
Kiera mumbled to herself and grabbed more food from the side. "I suppose." She unwrapped herself a little. "You'll get bored, though."

*Veria nodded, "oh... okay." She followed after him. She was going ot be in her first meeting. This was a turnout she didn't explect at all. She better be carful still though. Just in case.
Shortstraw chukkled and shrugged, "nah. I get enough fasination just watching you." He blushed, "there is a slight side reasion why i'm okay with all this eating stuff... it's sorta a teenage boy personal thing..." He looked away, "but i figured i would maby mention it later when the effects your under ware off." He smiled to her and nodded, "and as far as me being here, you would do the same for me, and i know it." He nodded happily.

They moved down to the underground part of the building. The frequent meeting place for big politicians of Japan and neighboring countries and regions. The room was very big, circled with guards, although lit up pretty bright with a modern oval shape table in the middle and floor cushions instead of uncomfortable chairs. As they entered Mordekai looked to Cale and Cale nodded as he gently took Veira's arm and guided her to her seat, where he sat right next to her. Opposite them, sat the leader of China and some of his trusted friends and politicians. He looked deep in meditation while the others stared at Veira like it was some social-faux pas that she was even treated like one of them. It was eerily quiet in the room until Mordekai suddenly cleared his throat, still standing at the foot of the table. He wore no shoes, as always, and had his hands in his pockets. China opened his eyes and greeted Mordekai. There was a nice atmosphere, until Mordekai sat down and China's face grew grave. "What I simply don't understand Mordekai, and please don't take any offence by this, is why you have such a sudden change of face. It seemed to me like you were against the whole idea at first." Mordekai grinned. "You more than anyone should know how quick I am to change my mind, Hei." China stared curiously at Veira before looking back to Mordekai. "How can you be so sure to trust her?" China looked to Veira again. "Have you talked to Japan's leader since you've been a guest in this building?" Cale leaned over to Veira and whispered in her ear. "He's trying to catch you out. If you say yes then he'll assume that you've been telling Mordekai poisonous words just like your mother did. It'd be safer to say no."
Kiera looked out of one hole through the sheets at him and gave him a look. "A fascination of watching me eat..." She covered her eye up again and grabbed some more food. "I don't really.. understand that."

Veria shook her head, "actully no. I'm as supprized as you are..." she was afrade maybe no would seem more like this was rehersed. She looked to both of them silently. Scared to make any movement.
Meanwhile shortstaw nodded, "yea as weird as that is i know. I guess i just always wanted to see what the diffrence was between having a skinny girl and a big girl. I always wondered what the diffrence was with the... ummm... you know... fun stuff..." He shrugged, "i didn't relize though that it would... well..." he was red faced, "it turns me on to see you get bigger. I don't know why... i just... um... well..." He looked away now so red, "i gained alittle too... and i know you wont keep it all..." he gulped did it sound like a bad thing? He was unsure... he ment well big or small, keria was extreamly sexy to him. That and her face was the only thing that didn't gain anything, and that was alsome.

Kiera turned again although this time more slowly and moved the covers so that her head popped out. "Wait... what?" She shuddered and covered her face up again. "Oh Shortstraw... You really are very weird.." She curled up and had stopped grabbing the food. "And to think you count yourself as such a big boy when you can't even say the word sex without going all red faced." There was a quiet snicker from inside the sheets.
China watched Veira for a little then nodded and crossed his arms across his chest. "Well then Mordekai. You know I trust your judgement more than my own family even. You are practically my family after all. I think I may go along with you on this one. However I will accept no responsibility if this child tries anything." Mordekai chuckled. "I'm not a child anymore, Hei. I know what I'm doing." China nodded. "All right Mordekai. I trust you." Cale grinned. "Success." China looked to Mordekai again. "However considering the Yokai issue-" "I'm going along with you, Hei. I don't want to make Yokai enemies here, although I'm reluctant to talk with that leader, Miss Eve. I don't like her." China bellowed a hearty laugh. "That's quite all right, Mordekai. The thing I've always loved about you is that you're so damn blunt all the time. I'll talk for you in the negotiations." Mordekai smiled. "Thank you, I appreciate that."

Veria was confussed, what would happen now. Did she do good? Was that it? She looked around as if lost.
Meanwhile shortstraw sunk, "well... it's hard to say... when it's... i mean... no guy culd tell a girl they like them to gain weight... it's... a touch subject... and... um..." he was defently embariced now, "with a princess more or less..." he looked down and fiddled his thumbs, "i'm really ashamed... i'm sorry..." he gulped. Did he just mess up his sex life? He didn't know, at this point he was too embariced to even think.

Mordekai looked to China. "So it's all right to hand Veira back? Does it have to be publicly?" China shook his head and shut on eye. "No, not necessarily. As long as Eve knows she's coming I'm sure it'll go around anyway in the news. We'll be handing her over back to the Yokai for them to sort out. That is what it will be." Mordekai nodded and looked to Cale. "You can take her out now. I'm pretty sure that's the last we need her for in this meeting. However there are some other things I need to discuss with my friend here. I may be a few hours." He smiled to Veira. "You can either wait for me or Cale can take you back to your home. It's your decision." Cale stood up and pulled Veira up with him. He then guided her out of the room and back into the elevator. "That went better than I thought. Although Mord-sempai always did know how to talk to Hei."
Kiera couldn't help but roll over and come out of her little cocoon slightly. "You shouldn't be sorry for being honest. Silly Shortstraw." She leaned over and kissed his nose. She eventually did come out of the covers and hug him anyway, although grinned to him. "Since we're telling secrets now. It's the same for me when you're all embarrassed." She chuckled.

Veria nodded, "yes... however i wish to wait for him to finish. I feel the need to have him present will make it more belivable to my familiy i'm free and not just a excape artist." She nodded, "i do wonder much of my uncle. He seems diffrent then i though first."
Meanwhile shortstraw was still red, as he latched to her and nuzzled into her form, ".... i don't know what to even say..." he smiled happily though, even whin in grumpy mode, she was still nice to him. "Your so warm... and soft..." he whispered, "though i know this is embaricing for you too and... well... i sorta kinda maybe went to far..." He looked to her, "i love you keria." He smiled ever so happily, and red.

Cale laughed. "He might not be too happy about going to see your family. He hates meeting people." As they reached the floor they went back into Veira's room where Cale started to pick up all the empty corpses and stuff them all into one bag. "Mord-sempai is... socially awkward in that way. I don't know how else to put it. He's a nice guy though. He means well."
Kiera smiled and hugged him gently. "I love you too, Shortstraw." She kissed him then chuckled. "It may be embarrassing, but at least I don't go as red faced as you." She laughed again. "And besides, you go too far all the time. That's what I love about you." She kissed him again.

Shortstraw chukkled and whispered, "Does that mean a yes on later?" He smerked, "becuse latly i haven't got much out of you" He laughed and poked her, "though it does seem your feeling diffrent then before. Did it already ware off? Veria said it would be worse at the end. And your not eating." He looked to her with a smile, "also jsut so you know Evelyn and I took care of our little problem before. Well i just stood there, but still." He nodded and nuzzled into her again, he then whispered, "your boobs are bigger too..."
*Veria nodded, "Well he may not have to say much at all. More of just a apprince. If anyone would meet him ti would be Keria, my sister. However she's not in posstion right now to meet him, so at most he would just make it look batter when i get back. He is a good man so far. Although a powerful one indeed."
