Oh yeah happy birthday! biggrin sorry your sick. my friend usually takes a shot of whisky and a shot of vodka then sleeps for two hours and he says that it works like a charm

Ok since i cant be in 2 places at the same time, fordon, im gong to make you go with the genin and supervise them on a few missions while i will train the academy students in basic ninjustu, once im down with that we will switch and ill train the genin in more jutsu so they can be ready/ powerful enough for the exams. You will take the students and train them in the taijutsu(just the basic level).
So this is our plan lets make it happen xd
Luo i made this plan cause i dont know how active you will be, so if give you opportunities to just show up and check on everyones progress, and when your not on "Luo will be filling out paper work". I dont know our sannin's activity level so i didnt incorporate him in to my plan, i just did the plan from jonin down.
Oh and i want to know how you want me to treat you academy students, do you want me to be nice and supportive or do you want me to go Bloody Mist style on there butts!!!

Well, this seems good. Martin Spiralware will hopefully become more active in the next few days/weeks, but this is a good plan so far.
As for the treatment of the students, treat them however you like. If being kind isn't helping, don't be. But if being demanding isn't helping either, than be a bit kind. Just go with your instincts on this one.

greg dont worry, the bloody mist version is only for the academy students, i dont treat my squads like sh!t, i look out for my boys. xd the reason why is because you guys represent me, squad 3, and how well you preform says how good of a teacher and squad leader i am. But those academy students.... twisted twisted they arent mine... so lets just say i dont mind if they get broken twisted twisted
.... I think im going to punt a student.... twisted

Okay, that's just wrong.
And don't feel bad for acting like an a** at the mizukage's office, you had two do that before you. You were just the third to join in on the step all over the students dream party. xd
