Master Chief smiled at Celes' power. He still shot away until he remembered the plasma grenades he carried. He threw a couple and stuck two harpie's and three raven's. When they exploded they seemed to create large balls of dark feathers, each explosion killing several dark flightful creatures. He continued to shoot some down with his assault rifle. The black bodies began to create an almost ocean-like blackness to the solid ground they stood upon.

Kenpachi grinned and slashed at the ravens. While he slashed at the ravens he kept his free arm up to bat any of them that came close to his face so as to avoid taking any serious damage. He noticed hanpan having trouble and sighed and went to fend off the birds attacking him.

(indeed. It wouldn't have been as fun if kenpachi wasn't in there.)
Mog coughed and sputtered as he reached the surface of the water. Moogles didn't swim. It wasn't something they did. But after his bout in the Serpent Trench back home, he learned in a hurry. He did a makeshift doggy paddle and tried to get back to shore.
In the distance, rumbling could be heard. another enormous flock of feathered creatures came out of nowhere, being followed by the Harpy Lady Sisters and behind them Bahamut!
"Oh crap. No wonder I don't have summons! They are on the bad guys side!" Celes stared in awe at the approaching dragon.

Master Chief began to run out of bullets, so he began using the metallic gun as a melee weapon. Since his armor increased his strength 10 fold and he'd been in the marines most of his life, he was able to knock an unarmed harpie out of the sky with just the right hit. He swung it about, knocking raven, after crow, after other black birds, out of the sky. One by one they fell, continueing to peck at and wear down his energy shield.

Kenpachi saw the dragon and his grin widened. "Is that dragon strong?" He asked Mog, seeing that he apparently knew it. He slashed at the other harpies as he waited for the dragon to get closer.

Forte pointed his arm at the dragon, Gregar's head formed in Forte's hand and charged up a dark energy beam.

Mog looked at Kenpachi wide eyed. "Yep, kupo. It took us a long time to tame that thing. Now it's out to kill us, kupo."
Celes gulped a little. She remembered all the trouble they had in the past trying to take down Bahamut. Many were injured. This wasn't going to be easy.
Bahamut landed with a large thud and the ground shook. It stood back while the flying creatures and the Harpy Lady Sisters formed the front line. It would wait until the others were defeated before attacking. It recognized Mog, Celes and Setzer.

Forte shot the energy ball which took out a few harpies "Don't let the form a mob just balst'm." He said.
Burai nodded as he shot several fist blast at the mob.

Setzer nodded with that statement. Zero snickered and replied "With pleasure!" as he was bringing out the Z-buster.

Jack grinned from ear to ear as he pulled free his sword from a harpy and glared at the 3 higher-up Sisters. "I've fought the likes of you before. This shouldn't be any different." He laughed, a sinister tone to his voice.
The harpies laughed as a trio and glared back at Jack. "Well, indeed you are wise in ways of harpies, but have you the strength or the courage to take us all on?" The lead harpy laughed menacingly.
Mog watched Bahamut. Something wasn't quite right. He could feel something much like the past coming from Bahamut.

Forte' began walking twords the mob "Eternal Nightmare!" He said as darknes began emmiting from his arms.

Kenpachi put his sword on his shoulder and looked at the harpies. "tch he's not the only one who's gonna be fighting you." he said with a wide grin.

Master chief nodded at Jack and Kenpachi, he could fight the birds and use some as stepping stones while they take care of the bigger bosses. He didn't mind, he liked blowing the birds down to the ground, where they smash into the ground. Then he noticed Bahamut.((how many birds are there, cause I'm thinking like tota darkness, their blotting out the sun kind of swarm. and what's a bahamut?))
