He blinked looking at her with a now concerned and puzzled expression."Oh umm ok.Is there anything I can do to help?"He asked looking down timidly.

"I don't think so." Tianna said, feeling better after having just puked. "I have to go. I'll be back in a lil bit though." She jumped out the window, landing easily on her feet and walking away towards the heart of the city. (Exits to city)

Tianna jumped back through the window and hurried into the bathroom without talking to Niraj who was stil in her appartment. She read the intsructions carefully and tested herself. She came out of the bathroom wearing a half dazed smile and said, "I-I'm pregnant..." She collapsed onto the couch and leaned her head against her hand gently and thought back to her boyfriend. She hadn't seen him for five months and the pregnancy test said she was six months pregnant. "No wonder I've been so hungry lately. I've been eating for two. My lycan metabolism is probably the only thing keeping me from getting fat. Thats why I didn't notice earlier." She mused aloud to herself. "Well abortions no longer even an option to me because of how far in I am... I'm going to be a mom." The truth sank into her and panic set in. She glanced at the spare bedroom and said,"I'll have to buy a bunch of stuff for that room. And I was gonna leave it bare. Heh."

Niraj's eye's widened hearing her and he walked over to her nervously."P-pregnant?"He gulped but seeing the panic in her eyes said quickly."I'm sure everything will be fine."He looked down."I g-guess y-you'll want me to go now.You probably want to think..."He looked at her and smiled despite the emotion's that were head-butting in his mind."Umm c-congratulations I-I guess."He turned towards the door not really wanting to leave.

Tianna sighed ans said, "i never wanted to get pregnant. The idea of having kids has always seemed horrifying to me. I've been having simptoms for months now. But I always ignored them thinking that it was due to bloodlust. I see now all of the simptoms I've been having are because of one night with Gregory, my ex boyfriend." Tianna sighed. "I at least hope its a girl..."

Niraj walked back over and sat down beside the couch on the floor and looked at her timidly."Umm tianna...I'm sorry.Can I do anything to make you feel better?"He looked down."I've never known anyone like you and...I don't want you to think that I...that I..."He looked down and mumbled."think of you as just a friend."He looked up the timid expression gone from his face replaced with a happy confident one."Which is why I want to help anyway I can.I'm sure it'll be a girl."He nodded and looked at her not sure how she'd react but didn't let any shyness or nervousness back onto his face.

Tianna's face showed her shock and she said, "Well... If its a boy or a girl, its going to need a good father figure at the very least... And I see you as much coser than any friend I have... Would you consent to being the godfather?"

"I...I'd be honored."He said and nodded but looked down seeing the shock on her face."I umm err...thank you."He hugged her quickly and let go hastily looking down again.

"Its a shame. She'll never be able to meet her father." Tianna said with a snort. "Maybe its good thing. Maybe she won't have his horrid temper... Oh I hope its a girl." Tianna patted her stomach lightly and suddenly felt a small kick.

"If you think I'm kind then you obviously don't know me too well. I ended up killing the father of this child thats growing inside me. And I've killed countless others. Many of whom did nothing more than find out too much about my past." Tianna said, without remorse.

Niraj shook his head and mumbled."But...but your nice to me...so you did that in the past...it doesn't matter.P-people can change."Niraj said hugging his leg's to his chest.."I..killed my foster family when I changed for the first time...and probably other people I didn't even know.I don't think your a bad person."

Because until this blasted war ends its all we can do to survive."

"Your right..."Said Niraj.He couldn't think of anything else to say.Until now the war had alway's seemed somehow distant and almost unreal to him.Hearing Tianna speak of it like this brought it home to him."I guess I just don't understand yet."
