kameo5963 My friend was looking up 'itachi the superstar' on youtube (look it up, its funny ^.^) and we ran into some other akatsuki videos and I saw Deidara and was like "Who's the hottie?". Of course, she said "Um..I don't know his name." but right after she said that, on one of the videos they said something about Deidara and that is what started our (me and my friend) obsession over deidara ^.^
I never thought he was a girl..but one of my other friends did and still does even though I showed her the part in the manga when he rips his shirt off (I was in fangirl heaven ^.^) and she still said he was a girl. God. She even said that if she has a daughter, she'll name her Deidara. But I think she was joking.

brezzie What was your reaction when you first saw Deidara? We all know that not everyone fell in love with him at first sight. Like some characters, you may need to get usedto them, and then come to love them. What was your first reaction when you saw Deidara? At first I thought hewas a girl.. Srsly... Then I found out he was a guy... and I could see why xD When I first saw him I knew he was a guy. My friend told me all about him when I started watching naruto when it started back in 2005 on cartoon network. Well anyway I fell in love at first sight. Lol.

Haha, I've always known Deidara was a guy... even when I first saw him. xD But my first reaction: "WOAH THAT PERSON HAS MOUTHS ON HIS HANDS.....COOL!" And I thought his hair was awesome... =o

I first thought something like, "Hm?" XD But then, I saw a chibi version of him, and first fell in love with him <3. But now thers's this guy who looks like Deidara, and one time, a friend (?) joked that he gave blowjobs a lot or something... I pretended to be clueless, then laughed evily and began to draw... Yeah.

At first, I was like "Wow theres a girl in the Akatsuki! Awesome!" and then when I found out I was like "...oh...its a guy...wow...I can't believe it! He's so feminine looking.

When I first saw Deidara I knew he was a boy because if he was a girl his chest would show like konan's does, even when I didn't know here back then. Then I took a good look at his face and in all my years of watching anime I never ever saw a girl's face the same or similiar to Deidara's face in anyway. lol. I just thought the "hmms and uns" were smexy and his mouths on his hands too. lol.

Really I was confused trying to figure out if he was a gurl or not and when I found out he was a guy and how awsome he was and how he thinks art is cool. I instantly fell in love with him heart
